The Return of the Podcast! (#humaldoTV 019) - Duration: 10:50.

Hello and welcome to humaldoTV!

Today's main focus is on podcasts,

and there is an announcement.

But before that I have once again some things for you to share.

There's some sad news:

This will be the last episode with subtitles.

Subtitles, why am I doing this at all?

I just wanted to try it out

because YouTube provides this handy feature,

where you can enter and create subtitles

and which then adapts to the video. This is actually pretty cool,

but it's also quite a lot of work, because you have to transcribe the whole thing first,

since everything I say in my episodes

is totally unscripted.

It's then converted into a .srt file,

which YouTube creates automatically,

And then it has to be translated to English.

This was at first a very interesting task for me

but it costs too much time.

The translations take longer than making the actual episodes takes.

That's why I decided,

after episode 19,

so, from the next episode on, episode 20 - which is almost another anniversary -

there will be no more subtitles. This is, of course, a loss of comfort,

but I think quite few people used subtitles anyway.

And if someone doesn't get along with my dialect,

That's bad luck.

Or learn it! Attend courses on Mostviertlerisch.

For English speakers, it's bad, because I know a few people,

who are no German speakers, and

they are now excluded from being my audience, which is unfortunately quite sad.

But it is simply a rational decision,

an economic decision because those translations simply take too long.

I could use the time to make a lot more videos and to focus on real content.

I have already prepared today's topics, this time quite classically on paper,

To know where I am at the moment. Exactly, next point!

An anniversary! I've cracked the 200 subscribers mark recently!

Pretty cool, thanks for subscribing! But there is still room,

so if you happen to have a YouTube account, so an Google Account, for Android phones and so,

then you actually already should have a YouTube account, I think.

You can simply go there and subscribe,

That would be very cool, because this helps me to further improve my channel,

to broaden it and to cover more and more cool topics and to go safely into the future.

Recently I have overcome myself and I have created a trailer video for my channel,

where I explain briefly what's on my channel.

So, a new visitor immediately gets a good impression,

well, as well as it just gets on my channel.

I also released a new gaming video I played Resident Evil 7

with VR glasses, so I played it in virtual reality,

and was shocked, frightened and extremely enthusiastic, overall.

And that is actually the main reason, Why I stopped creating subtitles,

so I have more time to play games.

you have to set priorities, that's quite clear.

I have to come back to my question of the week,

which has mutated into the indefinitely prolonged question of the week.

Who else is YouTubing in Austria?

This time I researched the gaming landscape again

and I found Mr. Zsolt and Mr. Pauer,

they are editors at derstandard.at They actually release gaming vides very frequently,

let's plays, trailers, it's very entertaining, I can highly recommend their channel.

Then, of course, the Shock2 YouTube channel.

Shock2 arose from Consol.at, Mr. Michi Furtenbach

is still creating web magazine stuff, and here all the videos are released,

mainly video podcasts and so on. Then, of course, Nerdkeller,

this is another magazine which also arose from the Consol.at community.

Everything has its origin in Consol.at, but I will come to that later.

Gamers.at also has to do with Consol, more or less,

with Consol.Media, which no longer exists since 2013,

Die Digitale Spieleschau, which was also made by Consol.at at that time,

This was Hanns Peter's personal project, more or less,

This it's on hold since 2013 but the videos are still there

and that's all quite interesting to watch.

If you want to investigate on your own

about the Austrian YouTuber scene, there's the Austrian YouTuber list!

There are all Austrian YouTubers listed, at least those who did register.

You can also sort them by games, and also by district.

Here you can certainly spend a lot of time doing research.

Then let's start with the podcast part!

What are podcasts? For the case that you do not know,

that's basically small radio programs, which can be easily produced and put online.

Maybe you remember, around 2001, 2002,

the Apple iPod was released, and became the most popular MP3 player in no time.

It had a hard drive incluced, and people began to release

small MP3 broadcasts on the Internet, offered via a RSS feed.

People listened to them on their iPods, and so the name was coined.

"Cast" from broadcast.

Of course they can be played on all possible devices, and are not just limited to iPods.

But how did I discover podcasts at all?

Again, it was as all Consol.at's fault.

They produced the Consol.at podcast at that time, which was my very first podcast,

I listened to. At the end of the 2000's, the whole podcast thing took off

and everyone produced his own podcast.

And of course, I also had to make one.

That was the humeCAST. I produced a total of 12 regular episodes

plus 2 additional episodes.

You can also watch them on YouTube.

because over Christmas I made a humaldoTV break, and I uploaded

all 12 episodes to YouTube. The first three episodes I talked alone,

Which was a bit boring, though, but from episode 4 on, I invited guests,

and then the whole thing has become really dynamic. But back to Consol.at

In my opinion, they were very revolutionary at the time,

concerning modern media and stuff.

There I heard for the first time from Twitter, I again invested time in web forums,

and so I eventually started producing my own podcast.

Unfortunately, Consol.at was closed in 2013. There is a blogpost on my website, the HumePage.

It's basically an obituary, which I posted on 28 October 2013.

Here you will learn a lot of interesting things,

and of course it's quite nostalgic and heart-aching.

humeCAST!

I produced these 12 episodes and there was always a very long time between them,

half a year at times, because I had then the claim,

to reach radio-broadcast quality. I did a lot of audio sample editing, I've worked out concepts,

I often worked a couple of days, preparing a single episode.

In the end, that was way too time consuming, and then I decided,

no, I did not have the time anymore,

I now had different priorities, and I then put the humeCAST on hold.

As already mentioned in humaldoTV, last week I was invited to

a podcast about the Nintendo Switch. Afterwards, I had a very positive feeling towards podcasts again,

I thought, man, these podcasts are actually pretty awesome.

I only overdid the whole thing at that time,

I just put too much overcomplicated effort in my episodes.

The cool thing about podcasts is actually that they are relatively fast to produce,

especially if you have an interesting partner and just keep on chatting,

the outcome could be very cool and honest. You do not have to edit anything,

and you do not have to create all those graphical stuff. That is why I decided

to I resurrect my podcast!

I've updated my podcast feed, And it's now called

"humaldo & friends!"

It's still the same feed as before, but of course there's a new concept behind it.

It is now no longer a topic-centered podcast like before,

where I tried to put many different things in, such as games, movies, gadgets, sound, music...

This was simply too much.

That's basically what I'm doing now with humaldoTV, only in compressed form and with video.

My new concept, "humaldo & friends!", Will be a personal podcast.

The idea is, I just meet with interesting people,

and we just talk about various things,

for example, they introduce themselves, explain what they are doing and the history behind it.

This will surely be super-oftopic at times.

In any case it will be interesting, because you'll never know what the actual outcome will be.

I'm really looking forward to that,

because it is again something new, which should be relatively easy to produce.

And also for the listeners, it will be quite interesting.

Where can the whole thing be found? podcast.humaldo.tv

podcast.humepage.at will also work, both addresses point to this feed.

There you can listen to the episodes and download them.

Of course, you can also subscribe on iTunes,

you can also listen to them on the cell phone, It looks like this,

"humaldo & friends!", and there are all the episodes.

As an additional bonus, I have also put all podcasts on this feed,

where I was a guest lately.

You can hear me at the Consol.at podcast, and at the old Breakfast at Manuspiel's podcast,

which has now become Insert Moin. And at Nerdkeller, of course.

All episodes, where I was a guest, now also are on this feed.

I would be very happy if you subscribe:

podcast.humaldo.tv

That's it! Enjoy the last few subtitles,

because this was the final episode with subtitles.

If you liked it, please like the video,

post 100,000 comments below

and of course subscribe to my channel,

so I'll have already 202 subscribers next time.

Thank you for watching, see you on Sunday at the live episode, and next week at episode 20!

Have a nice day and Ciao!

Hey Dhoni

Why are you sitting here ?

Good evening , Sir Good evening

Just sitting here Sir

Sit down , sit down

Sit down

Sir my room mates are off for their duty

so being in quarters or here , the point is same Sir

and while sitting , what were you thinking of ?

nothing Sir

i was just siting here and nothing else

You have to speak out

it will make you feel relaxed

Sir i was thinking , what am i doing ?

i am a cricketer but i am working as a TC here on Kharagpur station

it doesn't mean that this job is inferior to me but i am not able to understand that how will i play further from here

whatever happens in my daily life , sir ? i know it well

between 8013 up and 8029 down , i am just jogging

and collect fine by standing in front of gate no.3

neither my game is improving sir , nor am getting any opportunity

i am just playing Ranji

how long and how will it work sir ?

sometimes i feel to quit and run away home

but then i visualize my dad's face

every night when i return to quarters i feel like i am out and i am returning back to pavilion

you asked me, why i was sitting here ? i think all about it wherever i sit

Oh my lord ! you were thinking all this ?

Sorry Sir , but i have started feeling depressed Sir

tell me one thing ?

whenever you get a full toss , what do you do ?

Sir...???

whenever you get a full toss , what do you do ?

i hit it

when you get a juicy half pitched ?

i drive it

when you get a good out swinger ?

i leave it

when you get a good in swinger ?

i defend it

and when you get a unplayable bouncer then what do you do ?

i duck it

that's it , that's life

think as if these are unplayable bouncers

and you have to duck it

what is it ? to think all about it

you won't get same balls in life

you have to play in merit and have to stay there

the scoreboard will keep moving

Yes Sir!

and you don't worry about the job

As long as i am here , whenever and wherever you want to play , you just play

Whatever your attendance will be ? i will take care about it

Don't worry !

Thank you , Sir !

Sir i was thinking whether i should play the tennis cricket tournament though it is played on 18 yards instead of 22 yards but i think it will be quite handy to me

Yes, sure !

But everyone says that it will spoil my game

SPOIL YOUR GAME ? Yes Sir !

Who says that ? Sir ... your game didn't improved to be spoiled

Your plus point is that you are a natural player , got it ?

Yes Sir !

Let's move now

Let's move

You don't be so serious for such silly reasons

ПРОМЫШЛЕННЫЙ ФЕН в работе с полимерной глиной ✿ HEAT GUN with polymer clay ENG SUB - Duration: 11:51.

Hello! I'm Karina Formanova. Welcome to Evrazhka Studio.

Today I want to tell you about one tool.

It is absolutely not mandatory to work with polymer clay, but sometimes it can really make your work easier.

It's a heat gun.

And the first case it can really make your work easier is if you make a lot of small incremental baking.

For example, when I made this pony, or rather, did its eyes.

It's polymer clay only.

I baked each element separately. So I did one piece, baked it, added new color, once baked, and so on.

I've done this that all elements had been smooth and neat, and not accidentally moved and not smeared.

At that time I didn't have a heat gun.

And I have to put the pony in an oven, bake it, even 2-3 minutes, but still it heated up.

Then I got it out, it cooled down, I sculpted on and so forth.

In this case you have either working oven all the time, or you turn on and off it constantly, and all these cycles last a long time.

The stove is hot, you put the figure, it was baked, it is hot, then you got it out, it is cold.

You worked a bit, put it up again, it heated up again, and so on.

All this last for a very long time.

In that moment, when I was making this figure, I have not got the heat gun, but I wanted it very badly.

And I got it after that work.

So if you do a lot of small baking, it is very convenient.

The second point. You can make craquelure with it.

It dries the top layer of clay quickly and easily, leaving a bottom layer soft, and you can make craquelure due to this.

Of course, craquelure can be made not only with a heat gun, there are several ways.

So I can't say that it is absolutely indispensable, but it is also a nice bonus.

The third case. If you need to bake liquid clay on some volume object.

For example, when I made this vase, all transparent elements are liquid colored clay.

I hope I will make a tutorial on this vase soon.

You just can not make it without a heat gun, it's very difficult.

Because each element, each cell is filled with liquid clay. You can fill in 2-3 cells, but then you need to immediately bake it.

If you pour just a lot of cells and put it in the oven, then liquid clay just get drained.

Because clay becomes more liquid in the oven and will just drip, and you will have nothing.

The heat gun is very convenient in this case because you direct a flow of air, holding the vase in your hands.

You control the movement, and gel is baked very well, very evenly.

Even on some balls or on some complex elements.

You can bake clay a little bit. This is done very quickly.

Clay hardens in 20 seconds literally, you don't need to wait even a minute. It is very fast.

And it cools very quickly because the object still does not have time to fully heat up. It is heated only on the side where you warm.

The other part is still cold.

So the process is very quick and very comfortable.

Plus the fact that you always keep the object in your hands and you can rotate it and control the direction of air flow.

It turns out to be more accurate and more convenient.

And another case when I use it. If I need to fix something.

For example, I have some detail and I'm afraid to put it in the oven immediately, because it can crush or fall off during baking.

I can depart and will not notice that it have fallen off and baked, and then it turns out that everything is broken.

Not very nice.

The heat gun allows to bake this item immediately, so it hardened a little. So you bake it directly in your hands, so to speak.

And when clay is hardened, you can already see that all is fixed and well kept.

And you can send it in the oven, without fear that something will fall off, will be damaged, broken and so on.

It's also very convenient. I often use it, especially in some complex structures.

When you work with a heat gun there are some features which you should definitely remember.

First, bake with a heat gun does not replace good baking in an oven.

This is an intermediate step.

It serves to make clay harden, but you should still bake it in an oven.

So be sure to bake it in an oven at the right temperature and the right amount of time after doing all the work.

The second point. When you work with a heat gun be sure to remove all clay around, which may be accidentally baked.

Because the temperature is high, and if clay accidentally fell into the place impact of a heat gun,

it can partially polymerise and will not be fit for work.

So remove everything very carefully so there are nothing.

Ideally, when I am working, I switch on a heat gun somewhere away from the workplace.

I've done some detail where I usually work, and then I have moved it to that place, have warmed it, and have brought it back.

So, in my opinion, it is the easiest way. If you have the opportunity, it is best way to do that.

So nothing is baked in your workplace.

One more thing. It's the best to bake on any wooden board.

The fact that glass and ceramic, if you are working on glass or ceramic tile, a heat gun heats up it very quickly.

And you got a hot work surface. Especially if you work and bake in the same place.

So your working tile is heated up with clay, but it cools for a long time.

And you have a hot surface, it is not always convenient to work.

Therefore it is better to put a wooden plate, it heats up much slower and your working surface is always cold.

So it's much more convenient and easier to work with.

For the fourth time. Allow to cool a workpiece a little after you have warmed it with a heat gun.

If a workpiece becomes too hot, for example in the candle holder, and glass is still heated, though only one side.

Here it is very hot.

And if you pour liquid clay immediately, it can be baked directly on glass, you will get a lump.

You do not even have time to spread it normally throughout the cell.

Therefore, we need to be very careful.

The same thing will happen with usual clay, if you will put in on a too hot surface, it will stick, bake and become brittle.

So please be careful.

But if a candle holder is just warm, then it is even a little easier to spread liquid clay, because it just heats up and becomes more liquid.

Then you need to catch the moment, to trace it. Be careful and keep in mind that you shouldn't put raw clay on a very hot surface.

And the fifth point, be sure to protect the hand which you hold a piece.

It's best to do with regular cooking mitten. Put a mitten and hold a piece.

Because a heat gun is still very hot, air is very hot. It's not a hair dryer, which is difficult to burn yourself with, it very easy to get burnt with a heat gun.

So please be careful. And a heat gun heats up too, and this element is very hot, at least in my heat gun.

Do not touch it, and make sure that you do not melt something when put it on any surface, of course.

Industrial heat gun is possible to substitute with a heat gun for embossing. It is also suitable.

But it cannot be replaced by regular hair dryer. Unfortunately, it's two different tools.

A hair dryer has very strong airflow, but the temperature is low, it is not enough to bake polymer clay.

A heat gun air flow is very weak. It blows not much, but it is very hot.

Therefore, it is possible to bake polymer clay.

If you try to bake liquid clay with a usual hair dryer,

you will just blow it, you will have it smeared on a piece, and nothing gets baked. Because it has a very strong air flow.

So unfortunately, these two tools not replace each other.

And finally, a few words about what I use.

I have a heat gun of HERZ company.

It is unprepossessing in appearance, but gets the job done perfectly. I have got it from my dad.

It has two modes of temperature: 300 degrees and 600 degrees.

But it produces 300 only at the air outlet, and I have baked polymer clay somewhere on here approximately, and it does not burn.

So when you bake with a heat gun for the first time, take some unnecessary piece of clay and see what distance you have it baked, but not burning.

It is better to take white clay, you will be shown immediately, temperature has been exceeded or not.

It turns yellow immediately if the temperature is to high.

You may not see that black clay is burned.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend another heat gun, which is suitable for polymer clay.

Because I worked with this heat gun only and continue to work with it.

I think the main parameter is temperature. If it will be too high, for example 600 to 800 degrees,

then perhaps it's not suitable for our purposes.

300 degrees is a normal temperature, I think.

And the force of the air flow should not be very large.

If you have the opportunity to check and make sure that it is not blown all around, it is best to take a heat gun, which has lesser force of flow of air.

It's all things I wanted to tell today.

Well, the tool is not required. But, as I said, sometimes it make your job easier.

I am very happy with it. I have it constantly hanging in the workplace. I use it a lot.

Somewhere something to bake, fix and so on.

So if you don't know what else to buy to satisfy your inner hamster, it seems to me that such a tool will be very useful for you.

And I hope you liked this video. Don't forget to subscribe to the channel.

It will be even more interesting and useful videos and tutorials.

Also don't forget that you can always support me on Patreon.

And that's it for today. Thank you all for watching and bye!

Hello Sir.. Am asking you only.. Why are you laughing?

You are excited for a petty thing, that's why I laughed

Do you really think getting visa stamped is a petty thing?

What's wrong in my saying! Its the same over there with no big difference..

There are differences. Right from the raise in pay to profile change and even getting a good bride matters!

What the hell we have here?

we have everything over here! You are looking for grandier whereas am talking about necessity..

Anyways am sorry for ruining your happiness! All the best..

What match is going on dude?

I know its match.. will India win ?

Dude its highlights! Match is already over and we already won

Hey.. change it

Hey let me watch.. its a good one

How many times will you watch ?

[changing channels] Hey stop stop stop! Go back.. Go back...Yeah hold

Social activist Madhav died today morning in a suspicious manner!

I know him.. such a nice person he is..

I have even written article on him

Such a nice person, they have killed him..

Definitely its not a normal death, there is something wrong..

Where are you going?

This is not a simple thing, there is a sensational news waiting. I will go see the editor.

Sir, Madhav's death is a well planned murder sir..

See this article sir.. We ourselves have wrote about his protest agricultural and water related problems.

Not only that, right now am writing an article about his view on economical imbalance.

By fixing all the cards its clear that its a clean political vendetta.

Nakulan, what happened to the case?

Investigation started sir

Too much pressure from the higher management, i don't want any noise

Moreover the chief guest for this year's Independence day is Mr.Balakumaran who is also a social activist.

So if my guess is correct, to stop the meet of Madhav and Balakumaran someone have planned and murdered him.

Do you think that you are the only one who knows all of these ?

If we publish this as you say there might not be a tomorrow for us..

Am giving this article to you, cook up something good and then get back

When? Where? I will be there

Hey, if you co-operate I will let you go in three days.

Dont unnecessarily keep on repeating and irritate me

Leave me sir, I really didnt do anything..

Hey.. Saying it again and again.. With the pressure mounting up I can thrash you and go away just like that

With pity am thinking to leave you but you are irritating me.

Who are you? How did you come in ?

Our friend sir, why have you cuffed him up?

Investigation in progress, will you please get out?

Sir, instead of taking him to the police station why have you brought him here!!

Who the hell are you ? get out..

Sir am a reporter named Mathi, I wanna know why is my friend here..

come in

Haan..Whats the matter?

Sir, my name is Mathi, a reporter

Thats what you were shouting at! Come to the point

Why is my friend cuffed up

We need to investigate him on a case.. thats why he is here

What did he do wrong, why did you cuff him up ?

AS you are aware about Mahdav's death, he is the one who spoke to him before his death

So whomever would have spoke, will be arrested?

see here.. I have cuffed him as a case of doubt, will send him back in 3 days

Can't leave as such.. You and your police station will be in headlines

Since you are a reporter am talking to you.. Don't do anything stupid which will affect only your friend

Dude stay calm, we will see

Dont do anything stupid, i can assure you that your friend will be safely home in three days

Did you notice how did the policeman react?

He knows very well that mani is innocent

Even being a reporter I am unable to do anything

How can a common man ask ?

Can't do any heck about it

Whats the use of getting angry now?

How many cases similar to this before, have you ever raised your voice? But when it comes to you and your ppl only you tend to bother

There are no rights for a common man over here

The freedom what Gandhi has brought us is only in the air

You mean the freedom obtained by Gandhi ? Yeah, Isn't it?

I dont wanna comment on this

Because of this only we were let in by the police else we would have been treated like street dogs

If you can really do something with your pen do it else leave it. He will be out soon

What you gonna do ?

Thats what the policeman said right, to keep our mouth shut

Can't do anything right, will keep my mouth shut

Hey..Hey.. You are free to go now

Sir, have let him out, We won't be suspected

Madhav's case is closed now

Omega Open Challenge #003 Solution and Winners - Duration: 2:13.

Welcome to omega open challenge. In this video we present to you the solution of challenge

number 3. The challenge was to find out the moment of inertia of a spherical shell of

mass M and radius R by differentiating the moment of inertia of a solid sphere.

Let there be a solid sphere of radius r and density ro. The volume of sphere is given

by 4 by 3 pi r cube. Mass of the sphere is volume into density or 4 by 3 pi r cube into

ro.

The moment of inertia of a solid sphere is given by 2 by 5 M r square. Putting the value

of mass we get 2 by 5 into 4 by 3 into pi r cube into ro or 8 by 15 p r to the power

5 into ro.

Differentiating both sides we get dI is equal to 8 by 3 pi r to the power four into ro dr.

What this differentiation gives is the change in the moment of inertia of the sphere if

its radius is increased by infinitesimally small dr. In other words, dI is the moment

of inertia of the shell that was added to the sphere.

Since dr is infinitesimally small, the volume of the shell is surface area into thickness

or 4 p r square into dr.

Mass of the shell is given by volume into density or 4 pi r square into ro dr.

Putting 4pi r square into ro dr as mass in the expression for moment of inertia we get

moment of inertia of shell as 2 by 3 m r square.

This is our answer.

Now it is time to declare our winner.

The winner of omega open challenge number 3 is Divya Shikha from Malighat, Muzaffarpur
