Waching daily Feb 9 2017

In this video, I'm gonna show you

the best way to track and analyze your business statistics

using just a spreadsheet.

Hey, everyone.

Megan here from meganminns.com

where I help busy entrepreneurs like you

save time running their business.

As a business owner,

it's really important that you are collecting data

about your business growth.

This will allow you to see trends

and analyze what is and isn't working in your business.

Plus, you'll be able to make smart decisions

about what to do next.

That's why I'm going to show you

the exact spreadsheet and process I use

to not only gather and collect data

but to analyze it.

Okay, so now you're looking

at the business statistics tracking spreadsheet

that I use in my business.

There are three tabs that I'm gonna walk you through,

goals, growth and log.

And I'm gonna talk you through what you need to do

to track your statistics,

how you're gonna analyze them for your business

and I'll even show you how you can actually snag

these exact same spreadsheets

so you don't have to figure out all the formulas yourself.

So the first thing you want to do

when it comes to tracking your business statistics

is go ahead and set some goals.

What I track is my email list,

so the number of subscribers on my email list,

the number of followers on Instagram,

Twitter, Facebook for my business page,

that's important,

and my Pinterest followers.

For me YouTube is a big emphasis in my business right now

so I'm definitely tracking my YouTube subscribers

and I actually don't have a Facebook group right now

but one of my clients does

so I wanted to make sure that this was included

for tracking her business statistics.

And I know a lot of you do use Facebook groups

to help grow your business,

so I definitely wanted to include this.

Now you can actually change the names of these

to be whatever you want

if you want to track different things,

that's totally fine.

So what you'll want to do

is go ahead and drop in these goals.

So I'm gonna go ahead and drop in my goals

for these real quick.

Okay, so I just went ahead and dropped in

some demo goal numbers here really quick

and you can see that automatically,

this has been updated as well,

which is just great,

I love when that happens

and we're gonna actually come back to this tab

once we go through the other tabs

because really once you set your goals,

the rest of this is happening automatically

so we need to actually drop in some data

for us to see how this all plays out.

But the first thing you want to do

is set those goals.

Okay, so I'm actually gonna jump to this third tab,

the log tab,

because an essential part

of tracking your business statistics

is taking the time to actually log them.

Now, this spreadsheet has made it super easy.

It takes me just one or two minutes a week

or any time I go to log this

so it's very simple and very quick.

All you need to do is input the date,

so I'm gonna put today's date

and then go ahead and quickly drop in

however many subscribers or followers you have

on each platform right now.

Okay, so I just quickly dropped in stats

that are somewhat similar to mine

and then under notes,

since this is the first time I am tracking my notes,

maybe I would just put what I do on a recurring basis.

So what you'll want to do is set a recurring task

for how often you're going to log your data.

I like to do once a week

just because it's super easy

and I don't usually forget

'cause I just have a recurring task

in my project management system.

What I really want to emphasize

is that you should have some kind of frequency with this

because the more consistent you can be, the better

and really take advantage of documenting

what you're doing differently.

So maybe if there's one week

where I suddenly sent out three emails

because I was promoting something,

I would make a note of that

so I could see what else happened.

So definitely take the time to fill out the notes section.

You can see how quick and easy that was

for me to fill this out.

It's not a hard process.

So now we get to move to the fun tab called the growth tab.

What this spreadsheet is gonna do,

again you don't have to touch it,

it's happening for you automatically

it's gonna pull the last entry for each month

and it's gonna go and drop in whatever that number was here.

So maybe you logged once a month

or 10 times a month,

it's gonna pull that last piece of data for that month

and drop it here

and then it's also going to assess

your growth month to month

as well as your overall growth

from the first time you started tracking

to the last piece of data.

So you'll see this for each social media

or platform we're tracking

and then underneath

is a visual representation of that growth.

I'm a visual person so seeing spikes and decreases visually

helps me more.

So let's go ahead and jump over to the built out version.

So in this demo,

again, we just have some random numbers pulled in.

You can see our log is a little bit more fully flushed out.

You can see these random numbers.

Just looking at this log isn't as meaningful

as seeing it broken down in this growth.

So I can see some pretty consistent trends here.

Again, that's cause it's demo content,

so I was just kind of putting in some demo numbers

but let's say all of a sudden we spike here

to 1,800 email subscribers within a week.

I can see this spike really easily visually

and I can see it up here in the trends too

but it's much easier for visual, at least for me.

So I would look back at my business and be like,

"What did I do in September?"

'Cause this is the last day of August I was here

and the last day of September I was here.

So what did I do in September,

that caused such a big increase?

And I could come back over here and say,

"Oh, okay, I did three more videos

"and I did a new giveaway

"and I did this new challenge and I launched my course.

"Wow, no wonder I saw all this growth."

So this is where the notes really

become more powerful and meaningful

is you can go back and see

what caused certain spikes.

Okay, so that's the growth tab

and all of this, again, happens automatically

which is just my favorite part.

It's so fun to see it

and see it visual

and make it feel more tangible.

So if we go back to that goals tab

on our original spreadsheet

and if we come over here,

we can see where we're at.

So really when I'm looking at the goals tab,

yes, I can sit there and read every line if I want

but I'm really kind of looking over here

just to my current stat.

The last piece of data that was put in,

where does that leave me

and how far away am I from hitting that goal?

Okay, so that is how I track my business statistics.

I take the time on a weekly basis to log the statistics,

I look at the growth

and see how I'm doing for that month

and see where it's taking me

and what's working and what isn't working

and then I look at my goals.

This is always at a glance,

I quickly check in and just see how am I doing,

where am I plateauing,

what do I need to try something new.

I think that's one of my favorite things

to look at in the growth tab

is I can see really quickly

on a visual element with these charts

where am I plateauing

and am I okay with that.

If I'm not really growing that rapidly on Pinterest,

is that okay because I'm not focusing on it

or is that bad because I'm focusing on it

and everything I'm doing isn't working?

So definitely take the time to create a chart like this,

log your stats,

have some visual aids

that are making these assessments for you

and compare it all with your goals

and see how you're doing.

This is how you can really start

to take just basic follower numbers

and actually make smart decisions in your business

'cause you know where you're making an impact

and where you're not.

Now you know exactly how to track your business growth

but I understand if you don't want to take the time

to recreate this spreadsheet yourself.

So if you want to save yourself some time

and I'm sure you do,

then you can actually download these exact spreadsheets

right now.

Just click the link in the corner of this video or below

to find out more about how you can get these spreadsheets.

Now I want to hear from you.

Let me know in the comments below

if you're gonna be using these spreadsheets

to track your business growth.

I'll see you in the next one.

As an entrepreneur,

it's really smart,

no,

as an entrepreneur,

you really want to make,

okay, hold on,

should've written this part out in more detail,

okay, I'm on the struggle bus with this one.

Seven and a half minutes in

and I have recorded like one sentence.

Just making last minute notes,

wasting film and battery.

DBRB3 - Ep14: Updates 2017-02 - Duration: 4:40.

Hi everyone, Treevax here!

It's been a HUGE while!!

Consequently, I'm glad to make this short video for you!

Just a friendly reminder for the newcomers:

The Dragon Ball Raging Blast 3 Project is not a game currently being developed.

It's a game CONCEPT, based on the major requests from the community,

which I gave to Bandai Namco a few years ago.

They are the ones who said "if fans ask for it insistently, we would consider making it".

That's why we're gathering on the DBRB3 Project / Treevax page on Facebook,

the link is right here,

in order to convince them.

The question I've been receiving the most recently is:

"Why don't you make new videos?"

The reason is simple:

first, I receive a lot of private messages from you guys, which touches me,

I also take care of the additional concept arts, which takes a lot of time too,

furthermore, you may have noticed: the project is now available in new languages.

This also takes some time to work on.

You may know it, but I'm absolutely no professional Youtuber!

Passion drives me. I don't earn anything with my videos.

In parallel, I have my real job. Which means I have to work on the DBRB3 Project,

V-Jump Archives or J-Patrol, I have to do it on my freetime.

Moreover, I'm not a student anymore.

Which means the 15 or 16 weeks of holiday are far behind me!

That's why I can't work on new videos when I'm working on a 61 pages translation.

We'll catch up anyway!

Otherwise, I'm glad to announce that the project went over 88 000 supports!

It obviously doesn't go up as fast as it used to during the 2016 buzz,

but as long as it goes up, I don't give up.

Quick reminder: we're gathering blindly.

We don't know which number could convince the producers to start a development.

We just try, and if it works, we will be glad to have given it a shot!

It would please a lot of people, including me of course!

I'd like to thank Gabriel Medeiros, Ricardo Jimenez and Chaboten a lot!

They took care of the Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish and Japanese translations of the project.

It's now available in 6 language, knowing the English, French and Portuguese translations already exist.

In the future, I'd like us to have a German, an Italian and an Arabic version of the project.

I'm talking about the project sheets.

And most of all, I'd like to find time to make explanation videos in these languages.

I mean for the 6 existing languages and the 3 next ones.

We will see. I have that in my mind, I'd really like it.

About the latest updates now, I updated the project according to the latest major requests.

That's why Black, Zamasu and Gattai Zamasu have joined the roster.

The outfit sheets have also been updated,

with the outfits of Black, Zamasu, Gattai Zamasu, Trunks with sword and without sword.

Let me explain: if the DBS outfits for Trunks are at the end of the outfit sheets,

it's just not to shift all the outfits of the 10 sheets! (#lazy)

Especially because the project has 6 translated versions so far.

Furthermore, I know I will have more things to add with the new saga!

By the way! I'm also updating the sheet about the Stages!

Some emblematic stages from the latest movies and DBS deserve to be there,

They are requested AND they are essential for a faithful story mode.

It will obviously be translated in 6 languages, and I will make an announcement when it's ready.

To conclude, how about a look at the latest project's concept arts?

First, the concept arts about graphics!

We now have Super Saiyan Cabbe, Zamasu and Vegeto blue!

By the way, some fans asked me why he doesn't have a separated slot on the roster.

The answer is simple: the project is based on the Tenkaichi and Raging Blast mechanic.

Consequently, the transformations are available on the "normal form" slot!

In other words, Vegeto can transform into Super Saiyan AND Super Saiyan Blue!

About the Gameplay concept arts, 2 new pictures join the gallery!

The first one illustrates the standard fighting mode, with the 3rd person view,

featuring Super Saiyan Rosé Black and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta,

And a second one showing the in-game fusions, using the QTE system from Budokai 2 and 3.

Thus, we can fail the Gogeta and Gotenks fusions, just like before!

That's all for today!

Let me remind you that if you like the project,

you have the "DBRB3 Project / Treevax" page on Facebook,

You just have to add a "like" and your support is counted!

Bye everyone, I'm going back to work!

See ya!

Nioh's Long Road to Completion - Dark History: Episode 5 - Duration: 6:34.

In 2004 the first PlayStation 3 title was announced by Koei.

Oh, you thought you had to wait a long time for Final Fantasy XV?

Let me introduce you, then, to Nioh.

13 years, 3 dev teams and a big company merger later and the game has finally come out.

But how much does the current game resemble the one that started 13 years ago?

Final Fantasy XV and The Last Guardian finally got released within the past few months.

Now, finally, another game that was announced long long ago has seen the light of day.

After about 13 years of development, Nioh has finally arrived.

It's loosely based on the story of the first Western Samurai, William Adams, an Englishman

who travelled to Japan back in 1600.

Landon has a Lost in Translation episode all about the guy that you should watch if you

want to learn about the history of the real William Adams.

Cause I don't know if you can tell right now but none of THIS ever actually happened.

When Nioh was announced back in 2004, it was going to be a more traditional RPG.

Then, after a few years, it came to resemble a dynasty warriors game, involving the effortless

slaying of hordes and hordes of enemies.

Now, it seems to be quite the opposite of that.

It has become, essentially, a dark souls game set in feudal Japan.

Nioh was originally based on a script written by famed director Akiro Kurosawa called Oni,

which was never made into a movie.

The game in its current form retains its original setting and foreign-born main character, but

little else from that initial concept.

Building around the hype of finishing a story written by Japan's most famous director, a

movie supplementing the game was in the works.

It was going to be directed by Akira Kurosawa's son.

It would have cost around 30 million dollars to make, but was canceled in 2005 for unspecified

reasons.

Probably the challenges of actually finishing the game in the first place lead to a focus

on just that one aspect, as opposed to the complete media mix approach.

The game missed its 2006 release date and seemed to be nowhere near completion even

by 2008, 2 years later.

It is here that things would take a pretty drastic turn that would completely derail

their vision for Nioh.

A Japanese game company called Techmo had been going through a rough patch.

Their president Yoshimi Yasuda stepped down, amid increasing costs and decreasing profits

for the company.

The next president, Kenji Matsubara, emphasized the need to "scale-up" in order to survive.

Techmo didn't have the resources to accomplish this in a timely manner, so the company began

seeking outside help.

Seeing their predicament, Square Enix stepped in and offered to buy the company outright.

Not exactly the kind of deal they were looking for, but one that would ensure their survival

as a company for many years to come.

Square Enix's acquisition proposal just didn't sit well with Matsubara-san, and

he began searching elsewhere for a more equal partnership that would enable Techmo to retain

control over their properties.

In steps Koei.

Techmo and Koei had enjoyed a friendly relationship for years, so when Square Enix set a deadline

on their offer, Techmo turned to them in order to find an alternative option quickly.

In only 2 days an agreement had been made between the two companies and the merger was

set in motion.

It would take a few more years for everything to become official, but by the end of 2009

the two company's were legally bound.

Kenji Matsubara commented on the good relationship the Techmo founding family and the Koei founding

family had that made it possible to strike a deal in such a short amount of time.

Nioh development was almost entirely scrapped in the merger, and its future was uncertain.

Many of the higher ups at Koei felt that there weren't enough 'fun' elements in the

game.

Development was transferred to internal Koei division to Omega Force.

JRPG's were going out and action games were getting bigger and bigger.

Omega Force is the team behind the well known Dynasty Warriors franchise.

They began to implement that type of gameplay into Nioh, sacrificing many of the narrative

and RPG aspects that had previously been implemented.

This changed the game's direction drastically, as it gave more focus to gameplay than story.

Team Ninja, from newly partnered Techmo, was brought on in 2010 to help with Omega Force's

development of the game.

They are a top team at Techmo and lended their expertise to Nioh's devs.

They didn't quite feel that a Dynasty Warriors type of game fit the story being told.

Team Ninja must have really believed in the concept because in 2012, after Ninja Gaiden

3 was released, they took full control over Nioh and began making it, once again, into

a drastically different game.

They didn't take it back to an RPG, though.

Instead, they pulled their inspiration from a very different source.

In 2011 a game came out by the name of Dark Souls.

There had been a few games before it that popularized a more difficult play style, but

Dark Souls really showed the industry how many millions of people were willing to pay

for that type of game.

Team Ninja took note.

They began to experiment with Dark Souls gameplay and had an Alpha build of Nioh by the end

of 2012 based on that concept.

It was well received and Koei Techmo officially gave Team Ninja the go ahead to finish the

game in this style.

Nioh was finally on its way towards release.

In 2015 Nioh was re-revealed to be a game that was still in development and was due

out in 2016!

After releasing a demo and getting feedback, however, the game was delayed once again to

make a few changes based on that information.

Thus, in February of 2017, Nioh, the first game ever announced for the PlayStation 3,

was released on the PS4.

It has received very high marks from almost everywhere.

When a game undergoes this many changes, it's hard to say definitively that the game we

see actually took 13 years to make.

But certainly the concept had been alive and just refused to die.

Only one game in history has spent more time than Nioh in development.

The trend lately is that games are taking waaay too long to make, but hopefully we're

finally passing the phase where game companies think they can turn out massive games in just

a short period of time.

[ENGSUB] 170209 Junsu's message to fans - Duration: 3:12.

Hello, everyone!

Did I surprise you? I'm Kim Junsu. It's nice to see you.

By the time you see this video,

it will be...

my first night...

It would be my first night at military training camp.

I said my farewells through "Death Note" before,

but I felt like I didn't really get to say good-bye properly before leaving.

I felt very sorry about that,

so decided to tell you through this video.

Really...

Recently,

up until today before entering the training center,

during the time I had once I had finished my performances,

I took some time to think and look back on things.

And I felt that

I had received so much love from you guys

and that I was happier than anyone could have ever been.

That's what I came to realize.

Really...

I guess I could even say

that it was my dream,

even the fact that I was able to sing on stage.

Even when I could have given up,

it was all because of you guys

that I was able to do that for the past 7 years.

I couldn't have asked for more

with all the opportunities I had to perform on stage

before going off to the military,

so I felt so grateful

during the short...

vacation? No, not vacation.

During the short time I had before going off to the military,

I thought the most about the gratitude

that I felt toward you guys.

That's all I have to say,

and I'm sorry that it's all I could say.

For the next 21 months,

I'll be away from you guys for a time,

but as I've always said,

a man's life begins in his 30s.

That's what I've always said.

I'll be back by your side even healthier and more mature than ever before,

so I ask that you wait for me until then.

Thank you so much.

You can listen to all the music I released

that received such an incredible amount of love from you guys while I'm away,

and wait for just a little while. I'll be back soon.

I love you guys. Good-bye.

The Ultimate Livestream Setup for £100! - Duration: 5:01.

In this video I'm going to be showing you how

you can have the ultimate live stream set up for £100

If you're looking to up your game with your live streaming,

if you really want to take this live streaming

stuff seriously, you want to use it

for business or to build your personal brand

then this video is for you!

Comprehensive tech review with Lloyd Knowlton

Here at KPS Digital Marketing

we've been working on live streaming for

a while. We've been tweaking this setup to make it the

best it possibly can be

so if you don't want to have to do all

that... rubbish then it's the video if you

To start off we got the Arkon Tripod Mount

with phone holder. It's a brilliant bit of kit.

it's sturdy so it'll keep your footage stable and

professional looking also you can hold

it like this if you are live streaming

a moving object or a moving person... you can

put it down a table and these actually

bend round, you could even bend it to

...a tree or lamppost...

...animal?

and that comes in at £20.75

so not too expensive and it does a really good job.

Next up is the FOTGA camera fla... Hang on

Am I saying that right? FOTGA?

Who Knows?

It allows you to have everything on top of that tripod so it's worth having.

and that is £4.39.

Cheap and cheerful

next up we've got the Boling hotshoe

extension bar, now because we don't just

want to turn up looking like anyone live streaming.

We want to be professional, we want

our audio, we want our lighting and we

want the phone.

This allows us to fit it all on top of the tripod.

Again pretty cheap and cheerful

£6.90. but allows you to do a great job.

Now we really had to do a lot

of experimenting to make sure we've got

this right, and had a set up that works so

if you've got those two products on top

of that tripod it's a pretty good start.

Right, you've got stable base, it's all

looking sturdy, you're not gonna have any shaky footage

Now for the exciting bits on top of it...

In the middle we've got the

Rode video micro compact microphones.

Rode... I don't know if many of you use it but it's a

really good brand, not too expensive but

they do a really good job, good audio quality

and we find it works perfectly

with live streaming.

and it's going to also fit on top of

your DSLR so double whammy.

WHAMMY

WHAMMY

So you're not investing in livestreaming.

you're investing in improving all of

your video content. Its also small enough

not to get in the way. Obviously with all of

this equipment and you want to keep it

compact so you haven't got a massive set up

this is small enough just to fit on there, not

get in the way of the camera. not get

in the way of the lighting, so really good,

really good microphone

This is the most expensive piece of equipment we've got

it's £44.95

right next I'm going to

save you a huge amount of time and a

huge amount of stress that we had trying

to set this up.

It's this...

This little wire here. Because the microphones are

made officially for cameras they are set up to

be on camera DSLR and that sort of thing.

It doesn't work when you try and plug

them directly into iphones so this

little wire here that we struggled to

find but we got there in the end

saves a huge amount of hassle and makes it all work!

That is the

Rode SC8 Iphone Accessory

and it's only...

£9.89

Remembered that one ;)

and finally my personal favourite bit of

kit on the whole setup is the lighting.

It's another long name, another weird

brand name the Andre CN126 led

5400 k video lamp.

Got that?

Again you can use it on your DSLR cameras you can use

it on top of a tripod, you can use it

anywhere but this lamp is really really

good and i personally think it makes the

biggest difference with the quality of

your footage whether it's live streaming

or taking video with a DSLR or

another set up. The lighting makes a huge

difference and these video lamps are

really really great and really really

good value.

they come in at £19.63

and I honestly think this is the thing

you're going to get the most value out of if you

want to be going from looking like an

amateur to a pro I think this is what

you want in your basket.

Straight in my basket

So there is the ultimate livestream

set up for £100 pounds

we love it i hope you love it too.

Arcades of Special Bar - The whore's arcade [PT-EN-ES] - Duration: 6:27.

I always went to the whore shop.

Hello YouTube people here your friend powermafia . So I'm going to tell the story of the Fliperama

of whores.

And really was a arcade arcade a lot good practically could only compare to

Playland level.

And they had really good machines in this arcade of whores had mad dog, machines

Very large type of shopping had art of fighting, had Golden Ax of course I always

I was going to play Golden and I was there looking at the other s too, I played Word Heroes 2 era

The cooler arcade and fits in the arcades of bar because it had a bar inside.

Then had the arcade had the bar and had the whores.

I was 16 years old at the time I still never had boyfriend I was a gourd, that one

was the true gourd is the guy who never made love with woman ready kkkk.

There were the youngest girls there and there an old whore always stayed, that was funny

Not to say it was tragic she was low Fat and ugly was kind frog so the face

her and she always got the guys by the arm and wanted to drag but had no way to date

A woman of that, she would come and take the arm pulling so let's go there.....

Where are we going?

Let's make love.... and I go out sai sai sai sai it was terrible.

But I really liked this arcade why - had these machines the best chips were

cockroaches, it was really cool to have a lot of fun there.

The ladybug was always there wanting to never leave with a wife gave there thanks to God.

You were going to have a soda and they came sawing.

You asked for a soda they came from can I ñ take soda?

And it takes to do what. Kkkk nor soda I wanted to share with them there is no right.

That there was a machine there that was the guess - what was Space Gun was a space game well

legal and even this was one of the machines was one of the first machines they had

more than one final, but the staff always do the bad end of it

had aliens from another planet

and the guys and I there to save on the final stage her has a kind of a glass instead of

personal facing the master the staff threw on the glass and died and died the monster too

but it was not the true ending the true ending you had to defeat the monster and survive

but that was what happened.

Logically had the Golden Ax, Golden Ax this machine and you can choose the old,

the girl and the warrior and all of them wanting Revenge against the golden ax before it is

that big guy with Ax

each of them has a story one of them brother died

the other he killed the mother or the father is always so and is a very interesting machine by

that because there was power the other machines did not have that power the machines beat up

normal and you just fought and you did not have that special power golden Ax I think it was

the first machine maybe had that special , that when you were in suffocation

You could let go of that power you got in those boys' bags and then you let go

the power that helped you and defeated enemies or bosses and helped defeat the master.

And to Mad dog McQueen that is classic classic of Fliperama

What is the old west

that you were the stranger there came the old man, who was a movie machine, the old man and spoke the stranger do not know what

You're going to help us out there a fat chump came and you shoot shooting machine got shot

in the bad guys and you could choose the way go to police station or if you wanted to go to

the bench or the bar a pretty cool machine had a part that was pretty hard because

because he had a knowing English because the guy the old man spoke to shoot such thing to disarm

the bomb and then the guy did not know what the old had said and tossed something else and exploded

exploded all you die and had the Pope casket as well, the Pope defunct and always came

and put you in the Grave and buried you and said what a penalty

I thought you'd last

I'd take the cheap from you.

Good people this here is my story of the whores arcade. A hug in powerMafia

Stay with God
