reading my first diary... - Duration: 9:11.

hey y'all so today is going to be a wild

ride because we're going to take a look

at my first ever diary, I started

journaling when I was 10 because my mom

gave me and both my brothers diaries and

like made us go write in them and I just

kept journaling after that and I still

journal so all of those years I have a

lot of material and so today we're just

going to take a look at my first diary

this first one is just...it's just comedy

gold man and I...ugh, and it's funny

because as the journals go on

they just progressively getting more and

more emo. So the first like 10 pages of

this are me writing about birds and like

drawing birds because i was really into

bird watching for some reason even

though I didn't know anything about

birds like nothing *laughs*

so the very first entry I'm like writing

and describing some birds that I'm

seeing and then at the very end of it I

say "hey you, yeah you cat

stop staring and watching me double ugh"

except i spelled it doble and then in

parentheses i write

"sorry can't spell too great well am

only ten come on" what's funny is i would

also like describe the sounds of the

birds and so here's another entry "what I

am hearing is chirp chirp like people

usually say when they talk about birds

but this is a different chirp chirp and

now I hear a birdcall kind of like guns

that a star wars ship would sound like

and another it is like a regular gun how

like ratatatat" *laughs* this one is even

better

I...*cringe*

this is just comedy gold right here "i am

not hear anything

nothing. oh wait...i just heard one chirp.

two chirps make that four chirps, five

chirps, six chirps, seven chirps. okay, so many. One goes

like this

don don pause don don

I don't see any birds but I hear them

dot dot dot dot dot...not even a squirrel

I hear the icecream truck though ugh

noisy huh

hey I hear a bird that is squawking

squawk squawk squawk squawk ugh noisy

truck still no birds. Whew it's windy

dun dun dun dun dun same but faster no

pause it's mating season I think don't

know *laughs* I knew nothing about birds

so what I thought is really funny is i

would write as though i was talking to

another person and sometimes i would say

stuff like "I'm sorry couldn't write in

you" or like whatever as if someone was

reading it or it was a real person I

don't know and I would always end my

entries at least in this first one with

"Bye!" this one is like that it reminds me

it says "hi sorry sorry i could not write

over this time I just didn't have time"

and then later I say "oh another reason

why i have not been able to write in you

is because...I have another diary, but it

is in my head...I write down my

thoughts in my head silly huh? bye"...what the hell

so before I tell you about this next

page i need to say I used to be obsessed

sort of with the twilight series and the

thing is I was embarrassed that i really

liked the series so I never told anyone

and my mom like I wasn't technically

allowed to read them but somehow i

secretly like read them all and I was

like super into it but like whenever I

was around my friends and stuff I was like "ugh what

twilight that's for losers"

I write in like big letters "i love

twilight! team jacob! i love jacob blah

blah blah

Bella and Jacob and all this stuff and

what's really funny about this is

looking at it again it is very obviously

crossed out over like I love edward team

edward blah blah blah and written in

Jacob and the reason for that was

because even though i wouldn't

talk about it people would always be

like "Oh jacobs cooler you know no one

likes Edward" so i guess i went back to

this entry and crossed it out and been

like I actually like jacob and after

I read the twilight series

um I wanted to be a vampire really

really badly and so I would like try and

convince myself that I was turning into

a vampire and so the entry after that

one says "my mom today said I am freezing

cold as ice cubes

I don't EVEN feel cold it reminded me of

twilight because vampires are freezing

cold

I FEEL extra strong...maybe I'm turning

into a vampire" and then right after I

say "hey you know the candy reeces is so

good i'm gonna make a wall full of candy

wrappers, bye!" this makes me hurt inside

reading these things, so i also read the

warrior cat series when I was younger

and was also really obsessed with that

and so not only did I want to be a

vampire but I also wanted to be cat and

so I was convincing myself that I was

turning into a cat and so this entry

I am age 11 and a half is what I have

written this is this entry talking about

that "I believe I have a sixth sense

I can sense trouble or anything I can

wiggle my way out of anything mom calls

me vampire girl"...which she did not call

me that no one ever called me that that

is a lie "because I bit my brother two

times" this is true i bit my brother on

the neck two times i don't know why "i

feel alert and I feel like a cat i love

the warrior series i wish it to be true

and it-and I a cat

I can't wait till my Tamagotchi comes in

it's been over a week" *confused*

wait what? okay yeah i had a tamagotchi

I was into that but here's the gold the

comedy gold part turn the page "reasons

why I think I'm related to a cat

number one: I find cat dry / canned food

appealing"

*regrets life*

no i don't and i did not

"number two: I can walk / run very quietly

number three: I can climb trees well

number four:

sometimes i feel like i have a tail

*regreeettt*

number five: raw meat is appealing to me"

wtf

this is especially does not apply

anymore because I don't eat raw meat

...I don't eat meat at all. "number six: I like

to eat anything

number seven: my eyes are like a cat's

and they twitch change colors and my

pupils take on different shapes...number

eight:

I think like a cat and rely on my smell

and hearing. Number eight again for some

reason i have two eights: blood and guts

doesn't bother me...much" but then i went

back and i crossed out much in a

different colored pen and then in a

different pen i write

"I have keen eyes" and then in a different

pen i have in parentheses "(even though I

wear glasses)" so I went back two times to

write those...um *laughs* I don't... i don't know what

was wrong with me so i just found the

entry after I bit my brother as I

previously said in my other entry and it

is very dramatic and emo and i will

show you the picture after i read what I

wrote

"I bit my brother for NO reason, he hugged

me and I bit him

god help me I don't know what I've

turned into I am so violent these days i

am an animal" and then i wrote "what have

I become"

and then i have like a crying face right

here *laughs* I mean first of all why the hell

did I bite my brother but second of all

like...drama

yeah that's all I'm going to read today

it is all I can handle right now but I

hoped you enjoyed that and tell me about

your cringey stories or write something

down there that maybe you wrote when

you were younger because I mean not to say

i still am pretty cringey and but yeah

why you need them, or why they're

crucial for your brand and what you need

to include in your own brand guidelines.

Hey there! I'm Holly Meyer, brand designer

and creative director behind Holly Meyer

Design. On this channel I share brand tips

and tutorials that empower online business

owners like yourself to define, design,

and develop their brand so they can

captivate their dream audience and

stand out in their industry. (intro music) First things

first, what the heck are brand guidelines?

Brand guidelines are a file or document

that lists and displays all the visual

elements that make up your brand. Having

guidelines like this are crucial for

your brand because they help you stay

consistent and cohesive across all of

your brand content and graphics. If

you're ever stuck creating new content

for your brand like marketing materials,

promo graphics, launch graphics,

product photoshoots... you can refer back

to your brand guidelines to remind

yourself of the elements you need to

include to stay on brand with all of

your other existing content. Brand

guidelines are super helpful if you have

team members like a virtual assistant or

social media manager that create

graphics for you. When the whole team

knows these brand guidelines, no matter

what they create everything is going to

be on brand.

Now, let's take a look at an example of

guidelines I created for one of my brand

design clients, Fresno's Underground

Suppers. Included is a primary logo color

palette, alternate logos and submarks,

as well as brand patterns and font

specifications.

You can also include more information

about your brand fonts like font style,

size, weight, and letter spacing. You

can even take it a step further and

include brand photography and a section

in your guidelines for brand vocabulary

and copywriting standards. That covers

brand guidelines in a nutshell!

THAT MURPHY SEXUALLY ASSAULTED

HER AS WELL, WENT TO POLICE ON

JANUARY 30.

MURPHY HAS BEEN A YOUTH FOOTBALL

COACH WITH THE BOYS AND GIRLS

CLUB IN LAUREL FOR 3 YEARS.

THE BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB

PRESDIENT DESCRIBED HIM AS A

"DISCIPLINARIAN" WHO COACHED

KIDS 8-YEARS-OLD AND UNDER.
