Hi guys! What's up?
As you already know
This month of February, all my arts are going to be on black paper.
And if you don't follow me, this is the Instagram with all my arts.
This month I'm testing new materials to see which one looks better on black paper.
So today I'm going to show you,
all these pens and how they look on black paper.
Let's start with colored pencils.
I took only the lighter colors, pastel color,
which are the ones that will look better on black paper.
There is not such a vivid color on the paper, but it still goes well on black paper.
And here is the result with normal colored pencils.
And now metallic colored pencils.
I'm using scholar Faber-Castell.
And you can see that it appears much better on paper.
And as the light strikes it shines.
Now gel pens.
The only thing I advise about pen gel,
Is that it is very easy to find gel pen,
But these cheaper gel pens do not work very well on black paper,
I have tested some
And these 3 are the ones I really found work well.
Let's start with the cheapest, it's Gelly Roll da Sakura.
They are super simple, very handy and work super well and are soft.
This one is super easy to find around here
The only thing about these pens
Is that only the metallic actually works on black paper, the others don't look very good and don't give much coverage.
And finally this one from Uni-ball
It's more expensive than the others, but for now it's my favorite
It's super soft and has great coverage.
And here the results with Sakura's gel pen,
Gel Xteme,
and Uni-ball.
Next up is this Sharpie Metallic Collection,
They have only these 3 colors. Silver, bronze and gold
but it's fine for me cause they are my favorite colors.
I'm really enjoying working with them,
the coverage is great,
The only problem is that it ends up very fast
and as it is thick, you will need a gel pen to make small details.
This pen I discovered this weekend in the store,
It's from a brand of spray paint
And the result of it in paper is simply amazing.
Look how incredible.
And lastly, acrylic ink pens
I have here the most famous one that is the Posca,
And another one that is from Montana.
To use these pens you have to mix very well so the ink stays very opaque and covers the black paper well.
And you squeeze the paper to get the ink down and then write.
Posca fine point, thick and Montana.
And here are two arts I've done with these pens.
In this I have used Sharpie Bronze and Uni Posca white.

Have you tried any of these pens or do you know other good pen for black paper?
Let me know, leave a comment.
This month I'm doing lives there in my instagram
to show you how a draw on black paper.
So stay tunned.
That's all for today.
Big kiss and see you soon!
