Music(check description for details)

hey guys its and today i'm going to

be doing wall stretches and skills that you can practice on its actually.

so easy so if you like my videos which I know you do.

SO just you know okay.

You guys can go ahead and subscribe!!! to my channel.

also if you like this video give it a thumbs up because what else would you do if you like

this video.

And comment down below what your favorite stretch is that you can do on a wall.

So yeah lets gets started!!

So this first one is the hanging handstand and I love this its really fun todo and it

helps you keep your balance so maybe if your working on handstands.

This might help but overall we never do this at the gym I just discovered it and its really

fun so I though i'd include it.

Todo this you need parellel bars on you pull up bar and your gonna balance your hands with

your fingers facing inwards and just kick up into a handstand.

Super easy but you might need a little practice.

Music.

I think we've all been basically through gymnastics we've all done a wall handstand.

this one if fun if you wanna hod your handstand longer, this is very beginner coaches will

hell you al the time todo these if you need to improve your handstand and its good for

important getting your handstand.

Very actually to the wall handstand is the handstand similar, and its basically where

you walk your hands around in a circle.

And doing it on a wall just makes it way easier.

I really wanna get this cause you can challenge other people.

Okay i'm gonna admit I tweaked this one because I can't do a needle but if you can do this

is called a scorpian I think its gonna be way easier on a wall. and this is how you

actaully get a needle or actually is by doing it on a wall.

cause it helps hold your leg up so you don't crash like I am right now.

For the wall straddle stretch your gonna put your but as close as you can to the wall and

split your legs into a straddle and try to push your legs down as far as they can go.

I used todo this a lot when I was in dance and its a good stretch.

This is another one of my og ones.

Its a wall backbend and I think everyone who has a backbend has one a wall backbend and

this helps you get your backbend and if you just wanna stretch your back.

because doing a back bend is kinda scary if you haven't stretched.

And you could also kick up into a handstand this is like this first time i've ever done

this I saw someone on youtube do it and than I tried it now I can do it so i'm so cool

now right!

Music.

So thank you guys for watching this video you guys can subscribe down there over there

and also a follow my musically because i've kinda been doing that a lot more and yeah

i'l see you guys next time and give this video a thumbs up and yeah

The Guardian Deities are Frauds! - Pokemon Sun and Moon Theory | Pokemon Insider - Duration: 4:16.

The Alola region is full of interesting lore and history, and one of those pieces of history

is that of the Guardian Deities.

These Pokemon are said to be the protectors of each of the islands in the Alola region,

and they are worshiped by the people living there.

However, there are some problems behind the Tapus that make you wonder why the people

of Alola choose to bend to their every whim.

Today, I'll be highlighting some of the reason I think the Guardian Deities are completely

fraudulent.

As always, I'm Pokemon Insider, and let's get started.

Right from the beginning of the story, we see problems with how the Guardian Deities

operate.

After Tapu Koko saves you and Nebby from certain death, Hala says the following, "Although

it is said to protect us, our Tapu Koko is a rather fickle creature.

Yet our guardian was moved to save you."

This immediately raises a red flag for me, because it is essentially saying that Tapu

Koko doesn't do its supposed duty of protecting the island, yet the natives still choose to

worship it.

Akala Island's deity is not much better though, in fact, it is a lot worse.

In Tapu Lele's PokeDex entry from Sun, it mentions, "This guardian deity of Akala

is guilelessly cruel.

The fragrant aroma of flowers is the source of its energy."

Other lore mentions that it scatters scales around the region, which is said to heal injuries

and illnesses, but too many of these scales could cause negative effects.

Tapu Lele, will often use this these negative properties to amuse itself.

Tapu Lele is bordering on sadistic, and I'm sure if it weren't for the Tapu Lene Lene

meme going around, it would have a lot more negative attention surrounding it.

The Tapus are supposed to protect their islands, but Tapu Lele does quite the opposite.

You were the chosen one.

It was said that you would destroy the UBs, not join them.

Bring balance to the Alola region, not leave it in darkness.

Then we've got Tapu Bulu, who has quite the history.

There is supposedly an incident in which Tapu Bulu destroyed a market on Ula Ula island

to smite the people who built it.

Tapu Bulu is said to see the land as sacred, so putting a supermarket on his island was

unacceptable.

So he's not okay with having a supermarket, but he's okay with having a desert.

According to its Sun dex entry, "It pulls large trees up by the roots and swings them

around.

It causes vegetation to grow, and then it absorbs energy from the growth."

Then it goes on in Pokemon Moon to state, "The guardian deity of Ula'ula is a lazy

Pokemon.

It commands plants to immobilize its foes and then deals them a savage blow with its

horns."

So basically, Tapu Bulu is too lazy to do its job of protecting the island, yet people

still worship it.

Finally, Tapu Fini is probably the least inconsistent of the Guardian Deities.

The only flaw with Tapu Fini is the fact that it requires a demonstration of strength before

it uses its healing power.

So if these so called guardian deities, aren't even doing their job, why are the people of

Alola still praising them?

Considering Alola's lore is primarily based on Hawaiian myths, I think it's safe to

say that they do it out of fear.

Fear that if they don't please their deities, something bad will happen from their wrath.

This is a common theme in almost every religion today, and I think Alola's guardians are

no different than most religion's gods.

In Christianity, you go to hell for eternity if you disobey God.

In early polytheistic religions, nature would cause problems if the people did not appease

their gods through offerings.

I think you get the point.

In Pokemon, if the people of Alola don't satisfy the guardian deities, they risk the

wrath of the Tapus coming upon them.

This can be seen with Tapu Bulu's supermarket incident.

Alola's residents are so scared of what the Tapus will do, they do everything they

can to please them.

Well, that got a little dark.

FTC 2016/17 Season Compass Award Video Submission: Bearded Pineapples for Toni Carlstrom - Duration: 1:01.

Toni Carlstrom is a 23-year-old mechanical engineer

who had an Internship at SpaceX and worked on her university's Solar Car team.

Toni was a Girl Scout, just like we are now.

Tony likes the outdoors and always seems to have multiple projects going on.

Toni moved here from Minnesota while we were still in FLL.

She joined a few FLL meetings and when we decided to move to FTC she signed on

as a full-time mentor.

Toni often comes to meetings with a bike, even though it probably takes her

around 40 minutes to get there.

She is a good observer and always comes well-prepared.

She comes back with a list of ideas after every event.

Toni is a strong role model. She has a "soft" personality but still manages

to get listened to when she has something to say.

She encourages brainstorming, iterating, prototyping and listening to every idea.

She supports us in everything we want to try doing.

Toni helps us with anything that includes mechanical design,

including the Math and Science of it.

She teaches to use parts and tools and PTC Creo.

That's why Team 11104 would like to nominate Toni Carlstrom for the Compass Award.
