Police are investigating this video of crying Ally Wakefield, a cheerleader from Denver,

Colorado being forced into the splits at a cheerleading camp.

Welcome back to What's Trending, I'm Ava Gordy.

In total, police are investigating 8 different videos of girls crying as they're forced to

do the splits.

Ally sustained an injury from this video, which caused her mother to e-mail the school's

athletic director.

"I have attached a video of the forced splits she and her other team members were forced

to do at cheerleading camp and practices; unless they had a doctor's note.

This is how Ally injured her leg.

My husband and I would like to know what the administration is going to do about my daughter's

injury and how it happened."

In response, Denver public schools placed the school's administration on leave.

Superintendent Tom Boasburg said in a statement, "Earlier today, I became aware of an exercise

used at cheer practices this summer at East High School.

We immediately began taking steps to investigate this issue.

In order to conduct a fair and thorough investigation, we have placed" the principal, the assistant

principal, cheer coach Ozell Williams, assistant cheer coach Mariah Cladis on leave.

"This is standard practice in an investigation of this type."

And the incident is now even being looked at by the Denver Police.

What did you guys think of the footage?

Let us know in the COMMENTS below.

Cheerleading is a very dangerous high school activity.

Cheerleaders often suffer more catastrophic injuries than high school football players.

Think about it.

Cheerleaders are being flung up into the air.

And they have to do things there and flip around and stuff.

And there's only other girls there to catch them.

You know it's just... it's not a lot of safety.

Meanwhile, football players are covered in padding and helmets and they rarely have to

go up in the air or do pyramids.

Video Testimonials - The What, The Where And The How! - Duration: 4:27.

One of the most powerful ways of generating business is to ask satisfied

clients for a video testimonial. Whilst a written testimonial is a nice-to-have

endorsement of your product or service a video testimonial by a third-party takes

this endorsement to a much higher level. In this video I'm going to explain where

video testimonials can be used to gain maximum impact for the benefit of your

business. Intrigued? Stay tuned to find out more. Hi,

my name is Jeff Laming from Video Cashflow and in this video I'll be

showing you how and why video testimonials can be so powerful when it

comes to converting prospects into customers. Before we do so, and if this is

the first time you're watching a Video Cashflow video and you like what you see,

hear and read then please click the Subscribe button at the bottom of the

video so you get access to more video marketing and business videos on a

weekly basis. Video testimonials can convert lookers i.e. the browsers, the tyre kickers

etc., into buyers. They can push people over the edge! Not literally, but just

over the line that says they're now a customer or a client. The more you can make the viewer

think along the lines of: "I'm just like that person" or "that's a sort of problem

I'm struggling with..." then the greater your chances of getting that telephone

call or email inquiry or the sale. However, what you don't want are testimonials

that say what a great person you are or what a great service you

provide. There has to be some structure to the video testimonial to make it

effective. What viewers want to know are: 1. What is the problem your client had -

and the more it relates to the viewers problem the more likely they are to want

to find out more - and continue watching the video testimonial; 2. How did you fix

it. This shows the viewers how you know how to fix a similar problem that they

have; 3. How has it made their life better. This can be the results their

businesses are now achieving or other major relatable benefits personal to

them. And the best time to ask for a testimonial is when the customer or

client has expressed their thanks. Depending on the situation, you can

either:- 1. Use your smart phone for a 20 to 30 second

testimonial. For example, this could be immediately after a training session

or seminar; 2. Arrange for the videographer to film the client at a

pre-arranged venue end time. This could be for a more professional presentation.

I highly recommend Clare Jones of: http://www.BrightLightFilm.co.uk

to prepare professionally crafty videos for your clients testimonials; and 3. Use

written testimonials in a video montage. So, where would you show video

testimonials? You can show them in your sales letters; on your website; and

other marketing material; and even in your emails; anywhere potential buyers

are likely to be looking for solutions that you provide to problems that they

want solving. Finally, the benefit of showing a video testimonial over a

written testimonial is the video itself - viewers have a better chance of relating

to at least one of the people giving a testimonial and follows the "know,

like and trust" principle referred to in earlier videos. I hope that's given you

clarification on why video testimonials are so powerful. For help with getting your

Katy Perry's New Video for 'Swish Swish' Features Nicki Minaj, Terry Crews and More Stars - Duration: 3:56.

Katy Perry's New Video for 'Swish Swish' Features Nicki Minaj, Terry Crews and More Stars

Katy Perry has released the star-studded music video for Swish Swish, the third single from her latest album, Witness, just days after teasing that it would be the hottest mess in history.

Nicki Minaj, Game of Throne's Hafþór Björnsson, Stranger Things' Gaten Matarazzo, Glee's Jenna Ushkowitz, and viral stars Russell Horning "Backpack Kid" and Christine Sydelko are among the eclectic mix of celebrities who joined the pop star on the basketball court for the highly anticipated music video.

Molly Shannon and Terry Crews also make special cameos as the teams' coaches in the meme-ready clip. Director Dave Meyers and Perry seemingly didn't shy away from some references to Swift in the basketball-inspired video. The teams playing against each other are The Tigers vs.

The Sheep, whose team mascot is a wolf in sheep's clothing. The wolf costume is likely a reference to the "Roar" singer's 2014 tweet about the 1989 singer that said: "Watch out for the Regina George in sheeps clothing..

Bill Walton and Rich Eisen serve as Swish Center's announcers, and when introducing the Tiger's team captain, Eisen says, "And then there is Kobe Perry. Despite her best efforts, she just seems to keep falling flat on her face.".

Minaj appears during halftime to perform her verse on the song, throwing a basketball at the "Firework" singer at the end and telling her, "Get it together, Katy!" The Tigers' energy is revitalized in the second half of the game, and they go on to take the trophy.

Hours before the release, Perry shared a photo of her jumping over a pyramid of basketballs on Instagram with a message to her fans who have been waiting for the video for months, writing: "SITTING ON A PYRAMID OF YOUR PATIENCE FOR THE DEBUT OF #SWISHSWISH #MOMENTSAWAY".

The song was first released on May 19, ahead of the album's June 9 release, following the videos for "Chained to the Rhythm" and "Bon Appétit." The Swish Swish video comes a day after Swift announced her new album Reputation, slated for a November 10 release and a new single dropping August 24.

Perry will be hosting the MTV Video Music Awards this Sunday, and Garrett English, the executive producer for the show, addressed rumors that a reunion between the two pop stars might take place on stage to end their long feud.

"No, that's not happening as far as I — I have certainly seen all the rumors flying around but no, that's not happening," English told ET Online. Watch Perry's celebrity-filled video for "Swish Swish" above.

Mary had a little lamb, Little lamb, little lamb Mary had a little lamb, Its fleece was white as snow

And everywhere that Mary went, Mary went, Mary went Everywhere that Mary went, The lamb was sure to go

He followed her to school one day, School one day, school one day

He followed her to school one day, Which was against the rule

It made the children laugh and play Laugh and play, laugh and play

It made the children laugh and play To see a lamb at school

So the teacher turned it out Turned it out, turned it out

And so the teacher turned it out But still he lingered near

it waited patiently about, Patiently about, patiently about,

And waited patiently about Till Mary did appear

"Why does the lamb love Mary so?" Love Mary so? Love Mary so?

"Why does the lamb love Mary so?" The eager children cry

"Why, Mary loves the lamb, you know." Loves the lamb, you know, loves the lamb, you know

"Why, Mary loves the lamb, you know." The teacher did reply

Mary had a little lamb, Little lamb, little lamb Mary had a little lamb, Its fleece was white as snow

And everywhere that Mary went, Mary went, Mary went Everywhere that Mary went, The lamb was sure to go
