Waching daily Feb 5 2017

Hello my friends.

I have an amazing story to tell you.

I came back from Florianópolis Island a few days ago,

where I spent my vacation.

I went to the beach to surf with my friends.

It was very nice.

And there has a lot beautiful people.

I am shy,

But I know how to flirt a bit.

But this time was different.

I saw a girl.

We looked at each other quickly.

I felt something different about her.

As she approached me it seemed like a dream,

She looked like an angel.

So I went to a party with my friends.

It was open bar.

It was on a beach in the south of the island.

People were around a bonfire

interacting.

While my friends

were talking to some girls,

I was just looking.

I preferred to get a glass of caipirinha

and I sat down in front of the fire and I stayed there drinking.

the sun was setting

and I was looking to the bonfire.

I raised my eyes

and I noticed some girls talking.

I looked them.

One of them had dark hair and light eyes.

I looked and looked her. It was her, the same girl I saw before.

I tried to look away, but I couldn't.

She was talking to her friend.

Without giving me time to look away,

she looked at me.

I was awkward

and I turned my eyes to the fire.

I've never been so nervous in my entire life.

I got up and decided to take a walk on the beach.

I sat down on the sand in front of the sea

to admire the sunset.

It was beautiful.

And I thought to myself:

"There is no place like Floripa."

I noticed a movement beside me.

It was the girl approaching with her friends

and they sat down next to me.

They were also admiring the sunset.

I was surprisingly nervous.

I tried not to look at her.

But I couldn't help me.

And she returned me the look.

That touched me a lot.

My heart pounded,

I almost lost my breath.

Then she moved her hair

and she smiled at me.

I couldn't turn my eyes away, I was hypnotized.

I was probably looking silly,

because she was very beautiful.

I looked

and she waved her hand to me.

I waved back.

Then...

She got up

and came towards me.

She stopped in front of me

and she stared at me.

She held out her hand to me.

I held her hand and she helped me up.

And without exchanging a word, we started walking.

We walked to a pier and we went to the end of it.

There, she leaned against the railing.

I stopped beside her.

She was watching the horizon

and I was watching her.

It was the most beautiful woman

I had ever seen in my life.

She turned her face to me,

She took a step toward me

and brought her face closer to mine.

I kissed her.

It was a dream?

It was reality?

How could that have happened?

After the kiss, she hugged me long.

We stood there for a while

and we made our way back.

We were getting close to the fire.

She asked me to wait a bit.

She took a pen out of her pocket.

and she wrote her phone number in my hand.

She gave me a goodbye kiss

While she was going, I stared at her.

She went to meet her friends, who were waiting for her.

Her friends waved me smiling

and together they left.

I waved back to them.

When I was going to meet my friends,

they came running towards me

wondering what I had done to kiss

a girl like that?

I couldn't explain how,

but it was like magic.

And my friends:

"Magic? We don't believe you".

I replied them, "I don't know?".

She and I keep in touch.

She told me she is from France and,

using an translation application

from French to other languages, she told me

she couldn't speak Portuguese right, so she was ashamed.

I said it was ok,

She didn't need to feel ashamed.

I told her that I couldn't use Portuguese language so well either,

because my first language is the Brazilian Sign Language.

She asked me

If I would like to visit her in Paris,

that I could stay at her apartment

if I want to go.

What do you think I should do?

Should I go?

What do you think?

January Book Haul 2017! - Duration: 8:35.

Hi everyone, it's Sandy and today I am

filming my January book haul. I actually

didn't buy many books in January but I

also wanted to include all the books

that have checked out from the library

in January. Some of them I have already

returned because the due date past but

these are the books that I currently have

checked out so I wanted to include that

in my haul as well. I only bought two

books in January and the first one is

Wayfarer by Alexandra Bracken. This is

the second and final book in the

Passengers duology. I have a review on

the first book, which I will link down

below but basically Passenger follows Etta

who discovers that she is a time

traveler. She's basically blackmailed to

go on a scavenger hunt through time to

find this object that has been missing

that her mother has stolen. The last book

that I actually bought is History is

All You Left Me by Adam Silvera. I

already read it and I love it and I have

a full book review on it so if you want

to hear more of my thoughts, I will leave

a link down below. This book follows Griffin, whose

ex-boyfriend Theo has passed away in a

drowning accident.

Throughout this book, Griffin mourns Theo's

death and he's also struggling with his

worsening OCD. Fantastic book. Definitely

check it out if you haven't read it

already.

The next book I'm going to haul is one

that I'm going to unwrap because it's a

mystery book. This book was sent to me

from Rebecca and she has a BookTube channel

called theworldofbooks. She also has an

Etsy shop where she does like blind book

dates. I've never bought one of those

blind book dates before so I'm really

excited to open this package that she

sent me. Her Etsy shop is called beccaslittleboutique and I will leave a link

to everything down below in the

description box. In the package she also

included this tea bag and its chai tea.

This paper right here is a coupon for

my next purchase and this is the package that she

sent me and wrapped up. I love

this like crochet type of thing. I don't

know if that's the proper word but we'll go with it.

but it's wrapped up really cute in a bow

and there's a quote right here that says

"in the midst of life we are in death."

With Rebecca's Etsy shop, you can pick a

genre and Rebecca will find a book

to send to you that fits that genre and the

genre that I selected is mystery.

So I'm going to go ahead and finally

open it. I'm going to keep this crochet

type of thing. I don't know what I would

do with it...

there you go... but it's cute. I'm going to

finally rip this open.

I don't want to look at what it is yet

but... don't know what it is, but on the

back it says "one of us in this very room

is in fact the murderer" so that sounds

awesome and what is it... *gasp* oh my gosh it's

an Agatha Christie book: And Then There

Were None.

Okay, I'm so excited. I've heard Joce from

squibblesreads talk about Agatha Christie

quite a few times on her channel and she

seems to really enjoy her books. I have

not read an Agatha Christie book yet. I

have seen one of her plays, which is

called The Mousetrap. I watched it when I was

in high school. I went on a field trip with my

AP English class and I really enjoyed

watching that play. I'm really happy with

the book that I got I cannot wait to

read this book. So this book is basically

about a group of people on an island

being slowly killed off. On the inside

flap, it's blurbed by Gillian Flynn, who is

the author of Gone Girl, which I also

really enjoyed, so I cannot wait to read

this book.

Thank you so much Rebecca for sending

this to me. If you guys are interested in

looking at her shop, I will leave a link

down below, definitely check it out! The next

three books are books that I got from

Quarterly. I was sent one of their past

boxes. I already filmed an unboxing of it so I

will leave a link down below to that

video but I'm just going to quickly

mention the books that I got from that

box and the first one is The Diabolic by

S.J. Kincaid. This is the main book that was

in the box because the author is the one

that curated the entire box. I said box

like 10 times the past 30 seconds. This is a

sci-fi book about this girl named Nemesis

who is supposed to protect this other

girl and in order to protect this girl,

she ends up masquerading as her and she

is now involved in a bunch of court

politics. The next book in Quarterly is the

Scorpion Rule by Erin Bow. This book takes place in the

future where there is peace. Basically if

you're a ruler you have to give one of your

children as hostage to a different

country and if you end up going to war,

the child that you put up as hostage ends up dying. This

book follows Greta and I'm assuming that

she is one of the hostage because it

says that she's a princess. It sounds really

interesting and I haven't heard many people

talk about it. And the last book in

Quarterly is Unwind by Neal Shusterman.

In this book, parents can have their

child unwound, which basically means

that the organs of their child is

transplanted into another person's body

so technically their child's life doesn't

end. This book follows three teenagers who

are facing this procedure.

I read this a really long time ago so I

don't really remember what happened. Now

I'm going to go into all the library

books I currently have checked out. I

have quite a handful of them. A lot of the

books I read in January were from the

library so the first one is Something in

Between by Melissa de la Cruz. This follows

Jasmine. She and her parents are from

the Philippines. She has been awarded a

full ride scholarship but she later find

out from her parents that she's

undocumented so she doesn't have a green

card and she's unable to accept this

scholarship, which is basically the only way

for her to afford to go to college. Next

is Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda by

Becky Albertalli. This book follows Simon

who is not openly gay and he has been

emailing with another person named Blue. Blue is

a person that goes to his school but he

doesn't know who Blue is and Blue

doesn't really know who Simon is either.

One day, one of Simon's classmate ends up

coming across one of Simon's emails

because he forgot to logout of a

computer. This kid named Martin has a crush on

one of his good friends named Abby. Martin

ends up kind of blackmailing Simon to

get Abby to go out with him. The next

book that I have checked out is The Female

of the Species by Mindy McGinnis. This book

follows three teenagers one is Alex and

her sister has been murdered three years

ago but the killer of her sister was set

free. The second person is named Jack.

He's basically the valedictorian. He is a popular

guy and the last person that it follows is Peekay

and she is the preacher's kid. I know

that this isn't my wrap up but I do

highly recommend that you check out this

book. It is so important and it brings rape

culture to surface. Definitely check this

book out if you haven't already.

The next book that I have checked out is

Tiny Pretty Things by Sona Charaipotra and

Dhonielle Clayton. This book follows three

girls who attend an elite Manhattan ballet

school and I've heard that there's lots

of drama but I also heard that there's

diversity in it as well, so that's

definitely the main reason that I decided

to pick this book up. The next book

that I picked up is Whisper by

Chrissie Kieghery. The back of this book

doesn't say much about the plot but it's

does say that the main character is deaf

and that's one of the reasons why I

picked this book up. This is on my

diversity bingo TBR. A lot of the

library books that I checked out are books

that I checked out for diversity bingo.

If you haven't seen my TBR video yet, I

will leave a link down below. I talked

about a lot of wonderful diverse books

that I am so excited to read. The next book that

I checked out is Made You Up by

Francesca Zappia. I don't know too much

about this book. The inside flap really

doesn't say much. It's basically a

conversation but I do know that the main

character in this book has schizophrenia

and I heard wonderful things about this

from Emma aka emmmabooks. The next book that I

checked out is Code Name Verity by

Elizabeth Wein. Jane from ItsJaneLindsey

actually recommended this book to

me. She's hosting this type of readathon

in February where you read feminist

books. I'm participating so this is a book

that I hope to read in February. I don't

know too much about this book aside from

the fact that it takes place in 1943 so

during WWII. Our main character is kind

of like a spy and the plane that she was

on crashes in this Nazi occupied area

and now she's facing this interrogation

by the Nazis. I cannot wait to read this

book especially since it was recommended

to me by Jane. The next book that I checked

out is Jane Steele by Lyndsay Faye. I'm also

planning on reading this book for the

feminist readathon in February. This book is

basically a reimagining of Jane Eyre by

Charlotte Brontë but our main character

is a serial killer, which sounds awesome.

Again I've heard wonderful things about

this book from Joce. This is one of her

favorite books in 2016.

You know that whatever Joce really loves,

you definitely have to check out and I'm

actually currently reading this book. I'm

about 50 pages in so I'm not too far in

but I can't wait to see what happens. And

the last book in this haul is Homegoing by

Yaa Gyasi. Again, I've heard wonderful

things about this book from Joce. Joce

just gives me so many book recommendations.

This book follows two half-sisters in Ghana

and they end up being separated and the

story is basically like telling the story

of them and the generations that come after

them. It sounds very interesting and I

cannot wait to read it. Those are all the books

that I'm hauling for my January book haul. If you've

read any of these books let me know your

thoughts in the comments below. Thank you

so much for watching. I hope you enjoyed

this video and I will see you next time.

Bye!

Кукла Дейенерис Таргариен крючком, часть 1. Crochet Daenerys Targaryen, part 1. Game of Thrones. - Duration: 11:43.

Hi!

I've decided to make a tutorial about this doll.

This is Daenerys Targaryen from Game of Thrones.

Size of a doll depends from a size of a hook and yarn that you will use.

For this one I was using a hook 1,25mm.

Using thin cotton yarn.

To do such doll you will need:

a hook, yarns...

of body, light grey, blue and golden colors.

This yarn - is an YarnArt Iris.

And this golden one - is Yarn Art Camellia.

As well you'll need sintepone (silicone fluff).

Scissors.

Needle for sewing.

Thin yarn as a marker.

Mouline yarns.

Black, white, and 2 clews of light blonde colour.

Starting from a head.

Take a yarn of a body color.

I'll use thicker yarn in this tutorial, to make it more visible.

Work 12 single crochets (sc) in the 1st row.

1

2

3..

..12.

Row 2: 1 chain (ch).

Into the second loop from the hook...

Work 3 single crochets (sc).

I'm working 3 single crochets (sc) into one loop.

Then work 10 single crochets (sc) by chain.

Then work 3 single crochets (sc) into the last loop of a chain.

And now working 10 single crochets (sc) along another side of a chain.

Done.

Now, I'm not doing a slip stitch (sl st) here.

Between the hook and the marker -

put a yarn of a contrast color.

And this yarn will show me where a first loop is.

Row 3: do 3 increases (inc).

Insert a hook into the first loop.

And work 2 single crochets (sc) into the single loop.

It is the first increase.

Then I'm working 2 single crochets (sc) into the 2nd loop.

And 2 single crochets (sc) into the 3rd loop as well.

Then 10 single crochets (sc).

Working 1 single crochet (sc) per loop.

Done.

Then working 3 increases (inc) more.

1 increase (inc)...

second one...

And 3rd one.

And working 10 single crochets (sc) more.

Reached the end.

Move the marker yarn on the working one.

Row 4: 1 increase (inc)...

1 single crochet (sc)...

1 increase (inc) again.

And 1 single crochet (sc).

And again - 1 increase (inc).

And 1 single crochet (sc).

Then working 10 single crochets (sc).

Done.

Then working 1 increase (inc).

1 single crochet (sc).

Then 1 increase (inc).

1 single crochet (sc).

1 increase (inc) again.

And 1 single crochet (sc).

And then working 10 single crochets (sc).

Done.

At the beginning of each new row - I will put an marker yarn over the working yarn.

Now I'll work as per pattern...

Done!

Here I have a right side.

And here a wrong side.

I'm working wrong side out.

And now I need to hide this tail.

I'm passing it inside.

And fixing it by few knots.

And going on...

Row 22: 56 single crochets (sc).

Done, reached the marker.

And then working 3 single crochets (sc) more.

Those additional single crochets (sc) are done - to shift the marker.

As usually it is moved to the side while working.

And we need a smooth head.

And now first loop will be here.

Row 23: 4 single crochets (sc).

Then doing 1 decrease (dec), as I'm working inside out - I'll work in back loops.

Insert a hook into the second back loop...

Then first back loop.

And work them together.

I'l do all decreases in such manner.

Then 6 single crochets (sc).

Done.

Then 1 decrease (dec).

Then 18 single crochets (sc).

Done.

Then 1 decrease (dec).

6 single crochets (sc).

Done, 1 decrease (dec).

And 14 single crochets (sc).

Done.

And now working as per pattern.

Done with row 27, and now we may fill a head with a sintepone.

Filled, and going on.

Row 28: 3 decreases (dec).

Then 10 single crochets (sc).

Working 3 decreases (dec) again.

Done, and working 10 single crochets (sc) more.

Row 29: we will need to work 3 loops together.

I'm doing it in a next way...

Pick 3rd half-loop...

then 1st half-loop...

and skipping the 2nd half-loop.

And working those 2 loops together.

Then I'm working 10 single crochets (sc).

And working 3 loops together again...

Pick 3rd half-loop...

then 1st half-loop.

And working them together.

And then working 10 single crochets (sc) more.

Done.

Pull out the yarn and leave long ending.

And pull the marker yarn out.

Then fill head with a sintepone till the end.

Then insert a yarn into the needle and sew those 10 loops with those 10 loops.

Sewing in back loops.

Leave the ending, we will use it for sewing the head.

Thats what I've got!

I hope you like the video!

If yes - please press Like under the video.

See you in next videos, bye!

VENICE BEACH Shopping Challenge | Los Angeles, California - Duration: 10:57.

We're trying to find my brother something here.

And Marko steals Alex's underwear.

I don't always. I'm accused of it.

We do laundry together; they get mixed up.

Thank you. Throw me under the bus, Carrie.

What's up guys? Welcome back to Vagabrothers

Right now we are in Venice Beach,

California on Abbot Kinney Street.

What are we up to today? Well we're here

with Carrie Rad. Hello

My lovely girlfriend. Hey guys.

And we're going to go try to find some shop.

We're doing a shopping challenge. The goal

is we're each going to have 50 bucks, and we'll see who

can buy the coolest things for each other with 50

bucks on Abbott Kinney, which is not easy because

there's a lot of high price shops here.

We're going to start off with lunch at a

our favorite restaurant, Gjelina.

Always a line here, so it's smart to

make a reservation, and they can text you

in 20 minutes when it's ready.

Going to go for the Japanese sweet potato

with jalapeno yogurt and scallions.

OK. The charred brussels sprouts and

the tuna salad.

The main course we have is roasted chicken

with a little sauce. The pizzas here are great.

We got the mushroom truffle goat cheese which is just

like a trifecta of my favorite things.

Everything looks absolutely amazing.

The pizzas here, like Marko said, are incredible,

but anything with truffle oil and goat

cheese is like a guaranteed, winning

combination.

Lunch was great, but now we've come up

with the formula for what's going to happen.

What's going to happen ? Basically we've got

45 minutes each. We've got 50 bucks, which is

not a lot..a stretch on Abbott Kinney.

We're all going to get gifts for each other.

We thought this out; you've drawn up

a diagram. Want to see my diagram? Diagrams help.

We pretty much want to buy each other things.

So I guess I'm up first.

I'm shopping for Carrie, my girlfriend.

I have a pretty good plan of what I want

to do, and I know that there's this cool

little shop down the street that might

have exactly what I'm looking for.

Let's go.

What's this? Brazilian bum bum cream.

Helps posteriors

look and feel and feel their smoothest.

Do you know how much this bum bum cream is?

So I have purchased a gift, comes

in a big bag, but it's small and carry -on

approved. Got the Malin-Goetz fruit

facial cleanser, bergamont bodywash

vitamin B body moisture, peppermint shampoo

and cilantro hair conditioner $32.

After tax, I have seventeen dollars and

thirty cents left in my pocket. I'm going to

head over to this garden shop and see if I

can't get her a little succulent because

Carrie loves miniature things.

I did that one last night.

That's beautiful.

Seven dollars, a great piece of artwork done.

50 bucks on the spot...on the dot.

Thank you. Have a good afternoon.

We didn't know the story behind Venice.

Originally, this place was built to be like Venice, Italy.

This street here was a canal,

as were many here in Venice. It got

filled in later in the ' 40s , I think .

Abbott Kinney has gone through a lot of

evolution, from kind of a seedy place in

the '70s , to now one of the most trendy spots.

All these stores are super expensive.

So the challenge is really going to be to

find something affordable.

We are at Intelligentsia on Abbott Kinney,

one of the better coffee

shops in Venice. There's quite a few.

Carrie's favorite. Intelligentsia is

amazing all over L.A., started in Chicago

so good. My shopping or Carrie has been

completed. Now Carrie and I are going to

take off and shop for Marko.

Good luck.

What's the plan? Where are we going? What do you think?

You're his brother. You've know him for 30 years.

No, you've know him for 28. Where are we going?

Almost 29. We're getting up there.

Let's do this.

There's a book shop

down there that I think would be good

I don't know .

I feel like he's such a book guy, but don't you feel

he has so many books?

What does your brother use right now for a

wallet? It's bad. The wallet situation

is old...yeah, it was cool.

Actually I'm using the same one.

We got it at Buffer Festival two years ago

I'm so excited right now. We just

found a gift that we can initial.

And it took 10 minutes.

Also has a lifetime guarantee, too.

Awesome. Perfect. What are the initials?

M.R.A.

So good. One more time.

I was expecting an ice cream truck, but...

Salt and Straw. It's got some incredible gelato.

The lavander...so good.

Lavender and honey, isn't it?

Honestly, the hardest thing here

is choosing a flavor.

Luckily, they let you sample pretty much

every single one, and then after you ask

really politely, they usually give you a

gigantic scoop.

Not official company policy.

Peace out. Now it's time for you.

Bye.

Ahhhhh. Ok. Let's go.

I really think we should take a look at

Scotch and Soda because we know he

likes that store a lot.

We'll be able to find something

around that he might possibly like.

I think that's a good idea.

We just got the gift for Alex. it's a sweet

little shirt; went for one gift instead of

many.

I think he'll be happy, and now we're

going to go over and get a little drink of

beer here at the sushi bar

Fifty dollars on Abbot Kinney, as we have

found out, does not go as far as we

thought it would, but it can. It can go

far; you have to be strategic. I got you

a beautiful little succulent purple.....

these are the purple species, dark purple.

His name is Succulentist Purpolonus

Magenta. I got you a bookmark that is

hand-drawn ; it's a piece of art and it

was hand drawn by some very colorful

friendly locals. Very cool.

You're welcome. And last but not least, I got you

this Swedish made...[penis enlarger]...Swedish made...

Swedish made.....

No. I got you this really nice

Swedish beauty kit. It's all carry-on

approved, one ounce. And if you just saw our

video on essential packing list, this is

actually a good alternative to the triumph and disaster kit that we said.

All right, Marko.

Now it is your turn.

We went to Will Leather Goods. I have seen

this shop in Nolita, in New York and

really thought it was cool, but I've not...

Comes in a little box. I'll allow you to open it.

Great things come in little boxes. 3-2-1

Reveal.

Oh yes, yes. This is what I was hoping for.

Look inside, Bro. Inside? M.R.A. Wow my initials.

I had heard about this... that they do

custom engraving when you buy it. That's so cool

Final gift is my gift to my brother, Alex.

We went to a number of places.

We know that your're a particular person when it

comes to gifts. You know what you like;

you know what you don't like. Oh very nice.

This took up the whole budget, but I

didn't want to get you something a little

extra , which I thought you might like.

I appreciate it. This is from right next door.

It' s Stag. I got you

All About Shadow People - Duration: 7:43.

All About Shadow People.

by Gregg Prescott, M.S.

Who are shadow people?

Shadow people are commonly reported as being seen through peripheral vision and while you

may feel something was there, the shadow person is either gone or quickly moving away from

you by the time you turn your head.

Parallel dimensional beings

In an interview with Art Bell on Coast to Coast AM, Harley SwiftDeer Reagan, referred

to as Thunder Strikes in this particular interview, stated that shadow people are parallel

dimensional beings who were first recorded by indigenous people in 1153 BC.

Thunder mentioned how there was an awakening between 1980 through 2000 and beginning in

2001, there began The Quickening in which events and time seems to be speeding

up.

As this is occurring, shadow people are becoming visible as frequencies raise.

Thunder stated the shadow people, who he calls, inorganic beings live in a parallel

dimension and feed off of our emotional discharge of energy along with chaos.

In essence, shadow people are energy vampires.

Many report seeing shadow people wearing a cloak or a shroud.

Some may appear to be dressed in robe-like apparel.

Although they have been reported in many shapes and sizes, many people describe them as small,

human-like figures with red eyes.

Psychological circumstances

According to wiki, several physiological and psychological conditions can account for reported

experiences of shadow people.

These include sleep paralysis, illusions, or hallucinations brought on by physiological

or psychological circumstances, drug use or side effects of medication, and the interaction

of external agents on the human body.

Another reason that could be behind the illusion is sleep deprivation, which may lead to hallucinations.

Who can I talk to about shadow people???

One of the most difficult parts about shadow people is feeling like you have no one to

talk to about your experience without other people think youre crazy.

Fortunately, more and more people are talking about shadow people as this has become a widely

talked about phenomenon.

Ultimately, one might want to use discernment with who he or she talks to regarding shadow

people, but one can always go to metaphysical websites, such as In5D, and find forums or

live chats to talk to like-minded people about a wide range of topics, including shadow people.

As you realize that youre not alone, you will find comfort knowing that many other

people around the world are experiencing the same experience.

Why are shadow people appearing to me?

Another difficult issue is understanding why these people are appearing.

One also has to ask why shadow people appear at night and not in the day?

A possible explanation could be found somewhere between metaphysics and quantum physics.

It is possible that as our 3rd dimensional veil lifts, we are becoming more perceptive

to beings on different dimensions or who have different vibrations.

As dimensions merge and overlap, it is quite possible that many more strange, unexplainable

phenomena will appear.

Animals and shadow people

Animals may be more perceptive to shadow people than humans.

According to Thunder, cats seem to be the most perceptive to shadow people which is

understandable as they have superior night vision.

You might also see your dog appearing to be looking at something that may not be visible

to you.

Possible theories about shadow people

Another theory about shadow people is that they are deceased humans who either do not

ant to return back to Source or are unaware that home is no longer here.

Some people also believe that shadow people are time travelers.

How to protect yourself from shadow people

If you feel you have been visited by shadow people, there are ways to protect yourself.

Ultimately, you will need to overcome your fear because until you do, then they will

continue to feed off of it.

In the meanwhile, you can do what is recommended to people who meditate:

The first thing you will want to do is to relax by breathing in deeply through your

nose, holding it briefly in your solar plexus stomach area, then slowly release your breath

through your mouth.

While doing this, you can also begin to do a relaxation exercise.

Bring your chin down to your chest, and then slowly lift your head all the way back.

Then return your head to the upright position and slowly move your head from side to side

one time.

Return your head to the upright position.

Bring your chin down to your chest and begin to rotate your head clockwise one rotation,

then reverse this process one time.

Repeat this procedure several times while breathing deeply.

You are almost ready to begin your meditation.

At this point, close your eyes and ask your spirit guides and guardian angels for protection

while you are meditating.

They are eagerly awaiting to help you at all times and are more than happy to assist you.

Envision a beautiful white light emanating from the center of your body and slowly extending

outwards to cover yourself from head to toe.

Try to feel this light entering all of your extremities.

This is your divine spark that will help to keep you protected.

You can extend this light as far as you wish.

I often extend it to cover my room, then my house, my city, state, country, planet, galaxy

and universe.

Smudging

You may also consider smudging your home with some sage if you feel as though you are being

visited by shadow people.

When smudging, be sure to smudge your windows, doorways and halls along with each room in

your home.

You may also want to speak aloud, telling the shadow people that they are not welcome

in your home anymore.

Can a shadow person attack me?

According to paranormal researcher Heidi Hollis, shadow people are malevolent supernatural

entities.

While it is remotely possible that shadow people could physically hurt you perhaps through

the moving of objects, they are more likely to attack you emotionally as fear is what

gives them energy.

The skeptics say.

Skeptics will say that shadow people are the result of an overactive imagination but the

history of shadow people and the number of occurrences seems to dictate otherwise.

Until the day comes when a shadow person can be interviewed, we may never fully know why

they are appearing but if you are one of the people who is seeing them, be sure to protect

yourself through meditative techniques and smudge your home as described above.

Have you seen any shadow people?

If so, comment below!

Responsive VS Reactive - Quick Wins with COM Ep 32 - Duration: 2:24.

- Welcome back to Quick Wins with Com, I'm Richard Toutounji

and I'm coming here from New York City,

actually in Times Square,

and I thought this was like a really great place

to talk about a subject that's really been

playing with my mind for months and months now,

and I've been testing different theories out,

and I call it the reactive versus responsive.

And it's making sure that, you know at a time like today,

where we have social media going on,

there's lights, everybody right here wants our attention.

Attention is everywhere.

There's lights, there's cameras, there's social media,

there's apps, there's phone calls,

there's instant messaging, we're 24/7 connected.

In the world of 24/7 connected,

how do we stop being reactive?

And you know, if you continue to be reactive,

what is gonna happen to the business,

what's gonna happen to choices that you make?

You see it's really important to make sure that

we don't just go into reactive mode

if someone calls us, if someone emails us,

there could be problems in the business,

there could be a client complaint,

there could be people that want to do business with you,

but if you consistently stay at that reactive mode,

the right decisions, the right opportunities,

will not execute correctly.

So I call it being responsive,

and making sure that you're very responsive

on what you're talking about, not reactive.

Making sure that you're getting your messages out

really clearly every time.

So instead of just reacting straight away,

just take a second, take a moment,

and be responsive with your answers.

In a society like today, yes we need the quick answers,

but what people are looking for are the right answers,

people are looking for leadership,

people are looking for business owners that can make sure

that they're delivering the best possible

product and service to the marketplace.

So next time that you take that phone,
