Forensic Lab Releases Results Of Analysis Of Wanna One's Controversial Video

An analysis of the audio in Wanna Ones recent live video has addressed some of the allegations against the groups members in the controversy.

On Wanna Ones comeback day of March 19, the group was surrounded by controversy when a video was released that showed them making comments while unaware they were being filmed.

The video was taken while they were preparing for a live broadcast on Mnets Star Live service. Soompi. Display. News. English. 300x250. Mobile. English. 300x250. ATF.

As much of the audio in the video was not clear, there have been differing interpretations of what was said.

It has been claimed by some that Ha Sung Woon had made comments such as Id better swear in advance and then swore several times. Members including Ha Sung Woon were also accused of using a slang term for a sexual act.

Due to the controversy, fans requested an analysis of the audio from a laboratory called the Digital Forensic Laboratory (CSI: Law), which specializes in analyzing digital material. A summary of the results of the analysis was shared on March 22.

The results say that rather than Id better swear in advance, the comment made in the video was actually the similar-sounding Id better do it like this in advance. The faces of the members speaking are largely not shown in the video, which has led to some disagreement over who made this comment.

A comparison with other audio files by the laboratory led to the conclusion that this was Ha Sung Woons voice.

The report states that the sounds that follow this statement, which were allegedly swear words, were judged to actually be background sounds made by machinery.

In addition, it states that the comment that was alleged to be a sexual term was actually the phrase Answer me. While Ha Sung Woon was accused by some of stating this, it was concluded in the analysis that this was not his voice.

Ha Sung Woons fans have stated that they are currently in the process of filing a report of cyber defamation, and will be using the results as evidence.

CYFOC VIDEO 1 - Duration: 11:28.

hi it's Sara here and welcome to day one of our five day challenge which is all

about creating your first online course I'm so excited that we've actually got

started so what we're doing today is we're going to be breaking down your

idea and we're actually going to be mapping out your course outline boss

now I feel that I do need to say if you don't feel that your idea is fully

crafted yet that's okay I still want you to go through this process because one

thing I have learned is that when you take action the steps unfold before you

and it all starts to come to get together so I've also put together in

the group there's a couple of resources to help you you know come up with your

first idea for your course and be open to inspiration as we go through it's

gonna be okay if you change and develop your idea as you go through but I want

to take you through this process so that when you do get your idea you are

crystal clear on the next steps you need to take to create your course so let's

stop chatting and let's get stopped so today we are going to be jumping right

into creating your curriculum this is the most exciting bit of the whole

process of creating your online course and so I want you to really feel that as

you make a start get excited this is the bit where your idea comes alive and take

shape we're talking about creating the exact content that is going into your

course it's really important that your passion for what you're doing

comes through right here now we're delving into this as an introduction I

want to show you the process and I urge you to just go with the flow of follow

my steps and you'll have the full outline in no time at all if you can

dedicate more time to this please do but I don't want it to become a brilliant

excuse for you just not to get started so just give it ten minutes and make a

start here are the three steps one begin with the end in mind

to brainstorm and brain dump and three take the best route you have to get into

the head of the person you want to help and really understand the results that

they will want by completing your course so you begin with the end in mind once

you know where you're going you can start to plan the journey and show them

the most efficient or the very best route that they can take to get the

results that they want let's go through an example just to show you how simple

these steps are and why they work let's take making a cup of tea when you make

yourself a cup of tea before you put the kettle on you know exactly how you want

your cup of tea to be you begin with the end in mind then you set about making it

if you like your tea with milk and sugar serfs hot in a mug with a chocolate

biscuit then that's the result that you are going to be wanting to create so

once you've decided how you want your cup of tea the next thing you do is get

everything together and you start thinking about what you need in order to

make that cup of tea just how you want it that's the brain storming and brain

dumping bit it's quickly thinking about everything you'll need in order to get

the cup of tea just how you want it then you've set about making your cup of tea

in your own way the method that works best for you so for me it would be that

I'd put the kettle on I'd then get the mug out of the cupboard I'd grab a tea

bag and put it in the mug while the kettle is still boiling I get the milk

from the fridge and I've probably looked for the biscuits I might even have one

at that stage right then pour in the hot water but I like to pour it over the tea

bag ensuring that all the water is flowing through the back and then I'll

add in the milk then I like to squish the tea bag against the inside of the

cup with a tea spoon until I get the color of the tea just how I want it then

I just take the tea bag out with the spoon and put it in the bin I

go back I add in the sugar give it a stir grab the biscuit

and dunk it in and that is how I like to make my cup of tea

now this is clearly the best route that I've devised for me

you however may have been listening to that thinking that's not how I would do

it and you would go through your own method

as to exactly how you like your tea and how you like to make it

I think this beautifully illustrates the simple process of making a cup of tea

shows us just how different we all are and yet we all end up with the same

result a cup of tea so it's the same when you're producing different courses

even those are effectively getting the same results me with my cup of tea

course I'd be attracting people who want to do it the way that I do it and who

resonate and connect with my methods you however would be putting together a

different program and you would still be ending up with making a cup of tea

however you would attract clients that wanted to do it in the way that you do

it so let's get down to the nitty-gritty it's really important that you are clear

and then you actually write this down or get it down in some form of document so

the first thing you're going to do is be really really clear about the results

that your clients are going to be wanting as a result of completing your

course next we move into the brainstorming session now what I want

you to do is I want you to completely brain dump everything that is in your

head about your course and don't worry about the order just yet

just get everything down and don't dismiss anything that comes to mind what

you will want to do is brainstorm everything everything you think they'll

need to have and they'll need to do you want to think of examples and stories

and tips your strategies any case studies any experiences or personal

stories that you've got anything that you can think of that you want to go

into your course get it all down next we're going to be route planning and

what you're going to be doing here is getting your journey into the right

secrets and delivering the information in the right order so now we're at a

stage where we're going to start to plan the modules personally I like to start

with the overall end result and then break it down into the modules that were

the main subject areas that will get them there and then I like to break down

each module into the individual lessons that all go within that module now don't

forget to keep the end result in mind throughout the whole process and you can

filter this process through each module what is the purpose of that module and

do the lessons that you're including in into it reach your desired result okay

so let's have a look at some helpful tips and a little bit of advice think

about how this is going to work best for you and do it that way so the three

points that we're making here of being crystal-clear on what the results are

that you want to achieve for your participants in your course secondly go

through the brainstorming and brain dumping in a way that really works for

you and I'll expand on that in a second and then thirdly make sure that you are

really being authentic with how you're going to get these results so the

journey that you're going to take your clients on from solving the problem that

they have all the way through to them getting the end results that they really

want so I've got a few brainstorming tips here some preferred methods so

you've got to think about how this is going to work best for you and do it in

the way that gets your best results so for example I love post-it notes I'm a

very visual person and I like to see a big picture and get everything laid out

in front of me and post-it notes really allow me to kind of play and be creative

I love using post-it notes there are such a good way for me to get ideas out

of my head into neat little packages and if you have a blank wall or a large

table I like to use my wall you can write everything down on each of the

notes and then stick get on the wall you can just randomly

put them anywhere it doesn't matter to start with but then as you start to put

your modules together and your lessons that you're going to have within those

modules you're able to move the post-it notes and rounds and create your course

another way I like to work sometimes depending on my mood is mind mapping and

I like doing this both digitally and also with good old-fashioned colored

pens and paper depends on how you feel I put the M result in the middle and

then I just dump everything around the page pop little arrows and draw lines so

that you can connect all together it doesn't matter how messy it gets it's

about getting it all down on paper or in a document and then you can take it

further so the final way that is useful and lots of people use this are bullet

points and jotting ideas down in in written form if you want to document or

digitally which is a really good idea I have ever known I have it on my phone

and I have it on my desktop so if you're out and about and I've got an idea which

often happens I can just pop it into my Evernote app and when I get back it's on

my desktop great little app highly recommend it

or you might prefer to use something like word or you know get a journal get

a beautiful notebook and write all of your ideas down in there it really

doesn't matter how you do it just get it wolf down and get it in

order no we're doing this quickly for the challenge and ideally you would do

this over a longer period of time so that you can come back to it and add to

it or simplify it but once you've got everything down you need to step into

your clients shoes and you need to see if the whole flow and all of the modules

and all of the lessons actually make sense so go through it and fill in any

knowledge gaps that you uncover or take some modules or lessons out if you think

it can be simplified you don't want to overly complicate something or make it

too long and wofully what you want to be doing is delivering the solution as it

most efficiently in the best quality you possibly can so

over to you what have been the main takeaways that you've had from today

I've picked you're raring to go and start mapping out your curriculum I

can't wait to see your results so do come over to the Facebook group and pop

in your comments and let me know how you're getting on so I'll see you in the

group and I can't wait to show you tomorrow session

WATCH: Video of Militarized Police Response & Standoff in Minneapolis Neighborhood - Duration: 8:05.

WATCH: Video of Militarized Police Response & Standoff in Minneapolis Neighborhood | Heavy.com

Minneapolis resident Hakim Bey live-streamed a police standoff, what he called a 'house siege' in a north side Minneapolis neighborhood Wednesday.

Bey shared the video with the Black Lives Matter Northside Facebook group page.

What he captured was a heavily militarized hours-long police presence in a residential neighborhood in response to a call about a man carrying on in the morning, yelling and screaming.

Bey said adding the man is mentally ill and was likely not taking his medication.

Police arrived and Bey said police fired at him with rubber bullets.

A man inside the house can be heard yelling back at police that he wasn't coming out for fear he'd be shot.

Bey filmed the scene from inside his home in several parts over the course of more than four hours (stopping intermittently to recharge his phone or change position) to document the law enforcement reaction to a black man who Bey said is "clearly just mentally ill …off his meds," unarmed, inside a house and not a threat.

But tanks, snipers and at least a dozen heavily armed officers of varying ranks appear at different times during the videos, with a clutch of eight or nine with automatic rifles, handguns and shotguns staked-out behind and flanking a military tank.

"He's mentally ill and they're doing it wrong.

They know him.".

The law enforcement presence, with officers heavily armed and aimed directly at the house, and in specific the window where the man can be seen, albeit not clearly is dramatic and worrisome.

The man inside the house, Bey said and in part can be heard on the videos, hollered things like "call my Chinese counterpart …call Chicago TV.".

"Fam's mentally ill and they're laughing at him.

An army here. No hostages. No crime.

He's not resisting, he's in his house …they're treating him like a domestic terrorist.".

Blocks and blocks of the neighborhood are locked down, Bey said adding police told him to go into his basement and later, to stop live streaming.

Both commands Bey, on his property inside his home, declined to comply with.

In the beginning of one video, Bey focuses on two officers breaking into a house across the street from the house where the man is holed up to set up a spot to shoot from, he said.

"Look at this! Look at him! That gun.

He is a killer.

He's going up to the top of that house to aim (his gun) at that house.

Look at this. Look.

This is fu*king crazy.

Did you see that gun? Did you see that sniper gun this fu*king dude had?" You can hear an alarm going off inside the house as offciers break the front door lock.

"This dude is mentally disturbed.

He's on medication and you need a sniper," Bey asked rhetorically.

Throughout the streams, Bey, even more than an hour in of filming is astonished and disgusted.

"There's tanks, snipers, an army out here …clearly (the man) is mentally ill …what he needs is a person of color to calmly talk to him.

They're doing it wrong.

Bey said the man was initially shot with rubber bullets the first time he came out of the house and after running back inside refused to come out despite police repeated demands he do so.

"Y'all shot me already," the man can be heard yelling.

"I'll kill myself" before coming out.

"They shot me, why would I go out?" Afraid to come out, he asked for his mother and would come out with her.

He asked several times for his mother.

Bey said police "lied" saying the man's mother was there.

"Look at this. Look at this.

This is how it is.".

Bey said that earlier in the morning he believed perhaps a neighbor phoned police about the man who was yelling and carrying on.

"It's not a bank robbery, there's no hostages but there's snipers with huge, huge guns all after a mentally ill dude.

On a final video posted late Wednesday afternoon, Bey was asked if the man was harmed.

He was not, Bey said.

In the Facebook comment thread, a person suggested Bey had saved the man's life by filming the episode.

In 2015 Jamar Clark was shot by Minneapolis police which sparked an around-the-clock protest outside the 4th precinct.

In late November of that year, following a march to honor Clark, young white men with body armour and weapons began verbally attacking protesters and Black Lives Matter activists.

They then fired on marchers and five were injured.

One of the men, an avowed white supremacist, Allen Scarsella, was convicted on 12 felony assault charges and in 2017 was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Avi Benedi feat. Emig Lv and DJ Cuervo - Bailame Así (Official Video 2018 - Lyrics) - Duration: 4:20.

She lit up my madness,

and i will not deny that

i also lost my sanity,

so i am not leaving this place without first get to know your name.

And it had gone enough time with you here

so you could easily stay here with me.

I know it is hard to believe that a stranger with just one dance got already crazy about you.

I know it's too late now and you have to leave,

but what we did we need to repeat it,

lets do not waste time and come and dance here to me

because since the first moment you arrived here i know that you were for me.

I know it's too late now and you have to leave,

but what we did we need to repeat it,

lets do not waste time and come and dance here to me

because since the first moment you arrived here i know that you were for me.

I am tired of this game of just looking each other,

you look at me a lot but you never approach me,

and I just want to do with you something you never imagined,

so you will see i am naughtier than what you thought.

Candela is what I have just in front of me - lets just forget that we are here surrounded by so many people,

If you come close to me, I get closer to you, you are like a candle. I follow your game, That's why you're fire.

You're fire.

And i am not going to forget you,

just one night in my life you're not going to be.

and you do not know me well but it is the same for me

lets risk everything and we leave this place right now

I will freeze all the time just for you.

(ohh, ohh)

and you are just here so lets enjoy this moment,

lets dance forever the last song.

Lets dance like two crazies and give me all your passion,

give me everything from you from you from you.

Texas serial bomber made video confession before blowing himself up - Duration: 5:53.

The serial bomber whose deadly attacks terrorized Austin, Texas,

for weeks left a 25-minute video "confession" on a cell phone found after he blew

himself up on Wednesday as officers closed in to make an arrest, police said.

Mark Conditt, 23, an unemployed man from the suburb of Pflugerville,

detailed how he made all seven bombs that have been accounted for -

five that exploded, one that was recovered before it went off and a seventh that he

detonated as officers rushed his vehicle early on Wednesday.

But the video failed to reveal a coherent motive for the attacks spread over the

past three weeks, police said.

"He does not at all mention anything about terrorism,

nor does he mention anything about hate,

but instead it is the outcry of a very challenged young man,

talking about challenges in his personal life," Austin Police Chief Brian Manley

told reporters.

"I would classify this as a confession," Manley said.

Conditt, who had never before been in trouble with the law,

killed two people and wounded five with a campaign of violence that began on March

2, authorities said.

Based on their search of the suspect's home and his video statement,

authorities said they felt confident that there were no other bombs and that the

public was safe from further harm.

FBI special agent Christopher Combs said investigators believe the suspect would

have continued his attacks had he not been apprehended.

Police recovered a "target list" of addresses for future bombings,

the Los Angeles Times reported, citing U.S. Representative Michael McCaul of Texas,

the Republican chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee.

Even so, the video gave no explanation for the individuals and addresses singled

out as recipients of the bombs that were planted or shipped, Manley said.

Police previously said they had considered the possibility that the attacks were

racially motivated, noting that the first several victims,

including the two who died, were either African-American or Hispanic.

Conditt likely recorded the video between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Tuesday.

According to Manley, Conditt said he believed police "were getting very close to

him," and he was right.

Authorities filed a criminal complaint and issued an arrest warrant around that

time.

By Wednesday morning, police had tracked Conditt to a hotel and were waiting for

the arrival of tactical units and equipment before they planned to make an arrest,

Manley said.

But then Conditt drove away.

Police followed and decided to stop him before he got on the highway.

Just as officers approached the vehicle, the explosion went off, Manley said.

There was also some police shooting.

"This can never be called a happy ending,

but it's a damn good one for the people of this community,

the people of the state of Texas," Travis County District Attorney Margaret Moore

told reporters.

Residents in Austin, a city of 1 million people and a liberal enclave of university

students and tech companies, voiced relief that the hunt for the serial bomber was

over.

"I am going to be leery and extra careful tomorrow at work,

but I feel relieved now," said Jesus Borjon, 44,

an employee of parcel delivery firm UPS, who lives in Pflugerville.

Austin was hosting thousands of out-of-town visitors for its annual South by

Southwest festival of music, film and technology when the first bombings occurred.

TRAIL OF CLUES

The trail of clues leading hundreds of investigators to the serial bomber ranged

from store receipts and fragments of booby-trapped packages to surveillance video

of the suspect in a hat and wig.

Experts scoured the suspect's home for further evidence on Wednesday,

removing explosive materials and bomb components.

"I wouldn't call it a bomb-making factory,

but there's definitely components consistent with what we've seen in all these

other devices," Fred Milanowski, special agent in charge of Houston office of the

Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, told reporters.

Investigators evacuated a four-block radius around Conditt's house while they

searched the home, which Conditt shared with two roommates who had been detained

for questioning.

Conditt moved in a year ago after leaving his parents' home about a mile (1.6 km)

away, public records showed.

One law enforcement official involved in the investigation but speaking on

condition of anonymity told Reuters that some of the materials found in remnants of

the bombs were traced back to where they had been sold.

The source also said investigators, once they had identified Conditt as a potential

suspect, obtained a warrant to monitor his Google search history.

Surveillance video showed the suspect in a hat and a blond wig,

as he prepared to ship one of two booby-trapped packages he was known to have sent

through FedEx Corp's delivery service, according to the source.

He used the alias "Kelly Killmore" to ship those packages, ABC News reported,

citing unnamed law enforcement sources.

Conditt, who was home-schooled, described himself as a conservative but said he was

not politically inclined, according to blog posts he wrote as part of a U.S.

politics class at Austin Community College.

He attended from 2010 to 2012 and had no record of any disciplinary actions,

the school said.

WATCH: Self-Driving Uber Accident Video | Heavy.com | SML TV - Duration: 5:24.

WATCH: Self-Driving Uber Accident Video | Heavy.com

A video showing the interior and exterior of the self-driving Uber just before and after it hit a pedestrian on March 19 has just been released by local police.

The video cuts off just before the car hits Elaine Herzberg, and then cuts to a view from inside the video, showing the driver, Rafaela Vasquez.

(To learn more about Rafaela, read Heavy's story here.).

You can watch the video below. Warning: The video may be disturbing.

It shows the immediate moments before the crash, including the woman walking in front of the car just before impact. .

During the video, you can see the driver looking down periodically, including just before the accident.

It's not clear at this time exactly what Uber's policies are for their back-up drivers and whether they are supposed to keep their eyes on the road at all times just as if they were actually driving.

The driver, Rafaela Vasquez, is a convicted felon who served nearly four years in prison on an attempted robbery charge, Fox News reported.

This was the first death involving a self-driving vehicle.

The Volvo was in autonomous mode when it Herzberg as she was walking her bicycle across the street, outside a crosswalk in Tempe, Arizona.

Autonomous vehicles are equipped with laser, radar, and camera sensors that are supposed to sense pedestrian and other obstructions.

Tempe Police Chief Sylvia Moir said on Monday that Uber was likely not at fault, but they weren't ruling out possible charges against the backup driver, The Verge reported.

Moir said that from the footage, it appeared that the driver had very little time to react, and the sound of the collision was her first alert about what happened.

"The driver said it was like a flash, the person walked out in front of them.".

Herzberg, 49, was transferred to a local hospital after she was hit and died of her injuries.

The accident happened around 10 p.m.

on Sunday evening.

Officials said that Herzberg was walking her bike across the street, outside a crosswalk, when she was hit, ABC 6 reported. The crash occurred near Mill Avenue and Curry Road, ABC 15 reported.

The Uber was heading north and the woman was crossing from west to east when she was hit.  You can view the location on Google Maps here.

The vehicle was traveling 38 mph.

Police said the speed limit was 35 mph, but a Google Street View shot of the road from July showed a speed limit of 45 mph.

Moir faulted Herzberg for crossing outside the crosswalk.

But others have said that the area sends mixed-messages to pedestrians, since it has a brick-paved walking path that stretches across the median, and a sign warning pedestrians not to use the path.

This is the first fatal accident involving a self-driving car and a pedestrian.

The number of fatal accidents involving autonomous cars is far fewer than number of fatal accidents involving traditional cars.

Nearly 1.3 million people die each year in car crashes, averaging 3,287 deaths a day. In the United States in 2013, more than 32,000 people died in U.S.

car crashes, amounting to about 90 deaths a day.

This is a developing story.
