Hello people of the modern digital era!
My name is Alyssa Chartrand and I'm here today to tell you about an idea that I had.
Like Martin Luther King Jr. it came to me a dream.
The dream world's voice echoed: Alyssa, why don't you work some of your communication
skills magic and convince some viewers to treat their fellow customer service people
with respect.
Uh Dream World, why would I tell people to treat other people who probably don't have
their high school diploma, probably don't want to go and get a different job, or are
probably just complete deadbeats--why would I tell them to give them respect?
And then--it hit me *claps for sudden epiphany* Whoa what if these people are actually human?
Like, they're going to get these jobs at like McDonald's, Burger King, Walmart, the gas
station, these customer service positions. What if they are being filled because these
people are trying to support their families, or they've fallen on hard times, or what if
they're just teenagers looking for some first time job experience?
Do people actually do that?
I guess so.
Oh my god *Grand epiphany* of course they're human.
I'm a McDonald's employee, I should know that.
I know it's shocking to me too, especially since I'm getting my college degree
And I already got my high school diploma.
I must be an exception as opposed to all the uneducated people that I work with.
*Laughs maniacally over disrespectful human peasants*
That statement is fake news.
We actually all have some level of education.
Anyhow, as a McDonald's employee, I have dealt with so many (unnecessary) things.
I'm wearing the hat, so you know that I know what I am talking about.
So I basically made this video titled: The Ultimate Guide to Being An Exceptional Customer
in order to help promote better relationships between customers and employees in the future.
Since you are a potential customer, I feel that these rules can help you
