Hi friends. Andriy Vasylenko. There're

things that we can't acquire in a day or

month, we can schedule them, they are

in permanent state of evolution these

thingsjust need times and certain

conditions for aging a classic example

all the aging is wine the more is being

stored the better it gets

we are not able to accelerate the wine

the only thing that can make it happen

it's time and proper conditions no

complicated formulas only the life as it

goes there are three big things in music

that came out with aging its stability

it's identity and perception they are more

than just knowledge and skills

experience and wisdom are better words

to describe that I've been playing bass

for six years

it's not that long but i'm already

observing these things happening to me

and there's no reason them to stop

growing future so the first thing is

stability

it's a consistency of musical

performance how strong the chains brain

body and playing is its physical part

of music related to body and

movement the stability shows up in

smooth performance with minimal mistakes

with the sturdy rhythm easy improvisation

hands and technique kind of got tamed

like an animal over years of practice

fingers become aware of what they must do

so you don't really have to track their

movements the brain of experienced

player send signals only to execute

motion not to control every single

move

second thing is identity

it's a specific style in performance and

creating music it's a gathering of all

the things which make musician unique

and different it's also called originality

and personal touch

we are all unique by default there are

no two 100-percent equal humans on

the earth the difference appears in our

physics in our taste in conditions in

which we live and change all of that

causes the variety of musical genres and

originality of musicians a mix of the

factors physique environment tastes is

the key for you to develop your own

personal touch over the years your body

and brain find the movements and melodies

which are natural personally for you

third thing is perception it's an ability to

musically hear understand and evaluate

yourself it embraces many aspects

like seeing your techniques like x-rays

ear for music understanding what your

body tells you

overall musical wisdom and so on at the

very beginning we are all blind and that

fades away the more we practice and

learn about music and ourselves we all

have been through times of too high and

too low self-esteem and with practice

the rate gets compressed so you

see your weak and strong places and

you know how to deal with that

experience is understanding how it works

what it costs to get there what hides

behind every skill you have and every

piece of music you create its

understanding who we are what we want

and where we go what is music from

inside and understanding what your body

tells you

there's no College of experience

everybody gets it his own way on trials

and errors you collected by piece every

day and one day a thought just pops up

hey I got it I can play it I don't suck

anymore

this is the law of quality from quantity

the law of nature a lot of small changes

small decisions small actions every day

lead to a big change we reach

another level we become something more

Take Better Pictures with your iPhone: phone photography editing tips - Duration: 8:10.

hi I'm Monashee from monashee.org.

A place for women who want to design a

business that works for them.

we live in a visual world, and a brand is

all about visibility and consistency.

today we're talking about photography

content for your brand. I'm going to talk

about why you should use your own photos

and also how you can add those photos so

you can create a consistent look for

your brand, and it's easy to replicate.

all you'll need is your phone and a free app.

There's a lot to cover on this

subject, so I'm only going to cover

editing in this one. if you want to learn

more about framing and composing and

lighting and equipment, then be sure to

enroll in my free course at the end of

this video.

you certainly can use images that you

didn't take, as long as you have the

right to use them.

make sure you check on the usage rights

of an image before you use it. you will

likely have to pay a stock photography

usage fee to use the image, unless you have

permission from the photographer.

occasionally you'll be able to find

images that you can use for free. in fact,

I do have a professional quality image

pack that you can download and use for

your Instagram or other social media and

branding needs. I've included it in the link below, as

well as up above.

however you are going to want to use

your own photography within your feed,

and here's why... your audience wants to

see you.

they want to connect with you as a

person, and what your business stands for.

you can get some of this across with

stock photography and graphic images, but

you can't relay your personality and

believe me, you want your personality

to be front-and-center. especially if

you have a personal brand, your personal

photography is going to give your

audience insight into who you are as a

person, and what your brand is all about.

so now you've got some professional

stock photo to use for your brand

because you download my free image pack.

and you've got some graphics with

quotes and headers because you watched

my free Canva tutorial on graphics for

Instagram. but what about the rest of the

time? surely you aren't going to have a

photographer follow you around and

photographs what you had for lunch that

day, or your girls night out?

you're going to need to pull this off

all by yourself, and have it be consistent

with your brand. you're going to want to

choose a style that works well with your

branded content. so that means the colors

and the overall kind of message that

you're sending to your audience. you want

that to be replicated in your personal

photography. a good way to do this is to

create a kind of theme for yourself. you

can either create your own look, or you can

go and research and duplicate somebody

else's. head on over to Pinterest and take a

look at some of the themes that are

there. a lot of people will provide the

exact formula that they used to create

the look of their images in their feed.

and what you do is, then you you can go

into the VSCO and literally duplicate the

exact same look. or you can also play

around on your own and find the

adjustments and the way that you like

things to look, and save those settings

and use them over and over again, so that

you create consistency. then when you've

got them, you might just need to make

little tweaks here and there depending

on different lighting situations to

create the look that is consistent with

the rest of your feed. the two apps that

i'm going to be talking about today are

VSCO and snapseed. we're going to start

in VSCO. you're going to find the image

that you want to work with. and we'll

choose this one for today. you open it up,

and then you find the filter that you

want to select. I like HB1 and HB2 but you

just have to play around and see what

you like. and then you can change the

intensity of the filter. and have it

stronger or lighter, depending on the look

that you want to achieve. then you're

going to open up the adjustments and

you're going to go into exposure. you can

go up or down in exposure depending on

how bright or dark you want your image.

then we're going to go into contrast, and

you can give it a little more contrast

or less depending on the look you like.

then you can go into saturation and make

the colors more intense or less intense

depending on the look you want again.

with highlights.

it will make the highlight darker if you

go up. I tend to keep it all the way down.

and then shadows the same thing... it makes

it flatter as you go up. and then we go

into temperature. it goes more warm if

you go higher in number and more cool

if you go lower in number. I like a cooler

image, so I keep it kind of on the lower

side. but sometimes you want the warm to

pop. then tint: if you go up, it goes into

a magenta. and down goes into more of a

green tone. so you just kind of have to

play around with that depending on the

look that you want to get. and you can go

back into exposure.

I like a really bright image to get like

really white white. so I tend to go higher in

my exposure. so I'll go back and forth

and then you know... go back to exposure

and pump it up even more after I've made

other adjustments. so you just kind of

have to go back and forth and see what

you like.

once you kind of get your formulas down,

and you kind of have those numbers,

you'll just have to make small

adjustments. so once you do it the first

time it becomes a lot easier. and then

you can just kind of write those numbers

down so you've got them on hand. and then

it will just become second nature.

the last one that I'll do is the skin tone

option. and that's just the final

adjustment that I like to do. you can

again play around with that. and then you

want to save your image. and save it to your

camera roll and then you've got it on

your camera roll.

you're also going to be asked what size

you want to save it at. and for

Instagram, the medium size is just fine.

now we're going to open up snapseed. and

I'm just going to go over a few of the

things because a lot of them are the

same features. you can do a lot of the

same things. there are just some things that I

like to do in snapseed, that you can't do

in the VSCO. and there are few things that

I just like better in snapseed. so as you

can see, we've got a lot of the same

functions. in snapseed you're able to do

dodging and burning, which lighten or

darkens certain areas. or you can adjust

the temperature, or saturation, or exposure

in different area, if you want to just

work on little tiny parts of an image.

the healing brush also comes in really handy.

in snapseed. so if you have little spots

or things that you want to clean out,

you can with this little handy healing

tool. you can also use that on skin, but

don't get carried away because it can

look really fake if you go overboard

with it. and then you're just going to

save your image or save it as a copy to

your camera roll.

now you know how

edit your photos to create a consistent

look for your Instagram feed. but how are

you going to determine what to

photograph, and how to take really great

pictures so that you have something to

How to Draw a Cheetah - Narrated - Duration: 4:08.

Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!

I am Leonardo Pereznieto and today we will draw a cheetah.

We begin by drawing a circle for the head.

Then we sketch the muzzle with sort of a trapezium.

Then the neck and back,

and we give some better shape.

Very good!

The forehead goes up, pretty steep from the nose.

The nose is rounded,

and down comes the mouth.

The ears go back here

and are pretty pointed.

Alright!

And we clean up the drawing up it, with the kneaded eraser.

The eye in which the top part is straight, and the lower one

is an upside down arch.

Let´s draw the nose more in detail.

The part that is black, is pretty triangular.

As you already figured, I´m drawing with a white pencil

on a black cardboard.

Let´s clean up the sketch lines, to begin giving a tone.

Since it is white on black, I´m drawing in negative.

Instead of drawing the shades, we actually draw the lights.

This gives a very nice effect!

I´m giving a based tone to the area of white, and as you see

I smudge with my finger.

To be able to do this I´m using a pastel, it is a dry pencil, that

is sort of like a chalk.

The area that will be more in shadow for now, I´ll leave it blank, that is black.

Now we reinforce the areas that are catching the most light.

Our light source is on the top left.

And we can clean up and make darks, with an eraser.

Down from the eye (to the left) there is a teardrop, ah- path

that is dark.

It's nearly black.

We can draw this also with the eraser.

And I clean up the eye.

In a little bit we will draw what it´s inside.

But for right now I want it clean and black.

Let´s do some highlights to the edges of the ears,

and now we draw what goes inside the eye.

The iris, leaving the pupil black with a small white reflection.

And the whiskers.

We begin drawing some hairy fur and with the eraser, we create the

dark spots.

By the way, I will upload a long version of this tutorial to my Patreon account.

This area over here, is also catching a lot of light, and therefore we press more.

I like it how it is looking!

Which looks pretty nice and realistic.

If we want to add black detail, we can do so, with a black pencil.

And to create the spots, I use a fine pen-eraser like this one.

Call of Duty Infinite Warfare VS Battlefield 1 (COD IW vs BF1) - Video Game / FPS Comparison - Duration: 5:41.

The First Person Shooter is a gaming genre that took the nation by storm in the early

1990s, and since then there have been two franchises that own the Wartime FPS market.

Call of Duty has become one of, if not the most, well known FPS in the world.

With its imaginative storylines and renowned online capabilities, it's hard not to see

why.

However its latest installment, Infinite Warfare, with its weird sci-fi setting and lack of

graphical upgrades, has garnered the series a massive amount of backlash from it's fans.

The trailer for the game alone has 3.4 million dislikes and only 570,000 likes.

Then, like a dark horse, Battlefield did it's best to swoop in and steal a win from its

longtime competitor.

But did it work?

Has Battlefield finally beaten Call of Duty?

Was Call of Duty ever in front to begin with?

Let's take a closer look in this episode of The Infographics Show; Call of Duty vs

Battlefield.

Call of Duty was originally developed by a new company known as Infinity Ward, an American

Company based in Woodland Hills, California and founded in May 2002.

Although a newcomer to the development scene, the majority of the team had worked on the

FPS Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, and so decided to stick with the war based FPS, and

on October 29th, 2003, Call of Duty was released for the PC.

In 2005, Infinity Ward decided they wanted to get into the console market, so parent

company Activision brought in Treyarch to develop a console game to go alongside the

up and coming Call of Duty 2.

Treyarch was quite established at this point, with several PS1, PS2, Xbox, and Gamecube

titles to its name.

In 2009, an unknown company called Sledgehammer Games made a pitch to Activision about creating

a spin off for the Call of Duty franchise.

The game was approved but eventually dropped when the creators of Infinity Ward were fired,

taking the Modern Warfare branch with them, and leading to Sledgehammer being brought

in to assist the remaining team to finish Modern Warfare 3, which was near ending its

development.

Now the three companies work separately on each installment, with each company producing

a new game every 3 years, leading to a new Call of Duty every year.

Treyarch is responsible for the Black Op Series, Sledgehammer for Advanced Warfare, and Infinity

Ward for Infinite Warfare.

Battlefield's history, on the other hand, is a lot simpler than its competitor.

Digital Illusions (known as DICE) was founded in 1992 and had a wealth of experience with

PC gaming when they created Battlefield a decade after the company's founding.

The original Battlefield, Battlefield 1942, was released on September 10th, 2002, for

the PC, which is also more than a year before Call of Duty.

The only other developer to ever work on a Battlefield game is Visceral Games.

Visceral Games also had a large number of games to their name, and were therefore given

ownership of Battlefield: Hardline.

To date, Call of Duty has 13 games within the main series franchise, selling roughly

260 million units world wide (not including Infinite Warfare), stacking up more than $11

billion.

Battlefield isn't far behind with 11 games in its franchise.

However, they've only sold 60 million units, totalling about $2.2 billion, less than a

quarter of the Call of Duty sales.

Due to the number of game releases of Call of Duty, and the variety of games within the

franchise, its Campaign Modes average 6.8 hours of playtime, ranging from 5-9 hours.

Battlefield shines in this area, with its campaign modes across all games averaging

7.7 hours of play time.

This is because Battlefield's games all have full stories, with no game being less

than 6 hours and one game having a staggering 15 hour campaign mode.

But what does all of this mean?

The franchises have been going for more than a decade, and the best one seems quite cut

and dry.

Call of Duty has more games on more consoles, and has sold more copies...job done.

Except it's not.

Since its creation, Call of Duty has been the more popular franchise, but the numbers

from their latest games show the tides might be turning.

Call of Duty's latest game, Infinite Warfare, is receiving an average of 76% in its reviews

on Metacritic, which is a small downgrade from its preceding 80% average.

Battlefront, on the other hand, is on the rise, with its predecessor averaging 82%,

and its current iteration 87%.

So far, there is a clear difference, but nothing too dramatic; it doesn't look too bad for

Call of Duty...until you look at the sales figures.

Infinite Warfare was the best selling game of 2016.

However if you compare it to the numbers from the previous game, Black Ops 3, you see there

is a clear decline.

Black Ops 3 sold 32.5 million copies.

Admittedly, Infinite Warfare has only been out for 3 months, so that would explain the

low sales, however Black Ops 3 made $550 million on its opening weekend, while Infinite Warfare

sales were down 50% in comparison.

The last main title in the Battlefield series, Battlefield 4, sold underwhelmingly compared

to Black Ops 3, with about 14 million copies.

Battlefield 1, on the other hand, already sold 15 million copies in just 4 months.

Ultimately, Battlefield 1 was the 2nd best selling game of 2016.

With numbers like this, it is clear something is definitely wrong in the Call of Duty camp.

Maybe these numbers will improve with the next release, or maybe the audience's trust

in the franchise is gone for good and moving over to the more consistent Battlefield?

All we know is...Call of Duty, overall, is the more successful franchise, by quite a

huge margin, but if they do not listen to criticism, this could signal the beginning

of its end.
