- [Narrator] To view live video feeds

from cameras installed in your home,

first login to the Telus SmartHome account portal.

On the T-Phone home screen, either select the camera icon

in the live video section of the welcome panel,

or in the left navigation panel,

select video to switch to the live video page.

To take a video recording of the live video feed,

click the video reel on the top right corner

of the video feed.

A video recording request confirmation message

will appear for a few seconds.

There are no other indications on the live video screen

that recording is in progress.

If you have already reached your clip capacity

for the month, you will be unable to record.

For more details on clip capacity, go to telus.com/support.

To manage your camera video clips,

select saved video clips from the top navigation bar.

The new video recording will appear here

only after the recording is complete.

Refresh the browser page after a few minutes

to see the new video clip.

Here you can sort the video clips you want to view

by camera, protective status, or trigger.

And filter them by deleted clips,

time frame, and description.

Click on the clip the view it.

Select clips and use the action menu at the top left

to select and un-select all clips,

play multiple clips, download clips,

rename clips, protect clips, and delete clips.

Keep in mind, a deleted video clip cannot be recovered.

Proceed with caution when deleting video clips.
