hey guys today is Monday and usually I do weigh in video I don't usually tell
you show you away in video where I'm on the scale but I tell you what my weight
is that I lost today the video is going to be a little bit different I want to
talk about my drive fast experience that I had it was a five day drive pass for
some of you that I follow on me but not you know a hundred percent I did a five
day drive fast and I have broke the fast 733 a.m. on Saturday morning and I was
just so happy when I had broke that fast I could not believe that I could do five
days so when I broke the fast I had cracked open some sparkling spring
water from Poland Spring the lime flavored one no sugar in that but you
know the sparkling spring water and I also had purified water that I had put
into the freezer maybe a half an hour before I broke my fast or he'd get nice
and icy I must have went on a water feast I drank and I drank and I drank
water and I noticed that I wasn't hungry but I said that you know I still need to
put some type of nutrients or something in my body so I'm going to start off
with a juice and then play it by ear so I'm not really a sugar lover
I like savory foods so I had made my 32 ounces of savory juice it's like my
version of a tomato juice but it has more ingredients like green pepper
you know garlic and you know stuff that you make it home to jazz up your own
juice so I made that and I'm gonna show you this little thing
here these are measuring spoons and let me
get them back okay yeah I need to be so on this day
that I made my savory juice instead of me using one teaspoon and 1/2 a teaspoon
I used
one teaspoon is that well you get one teaspoon and a half a tablespoon you see
the difference between this this is what I use by an accident rushing trying to
make my savory juice I put pink alayan soul inside of my
savory juice I usually use these two measurements and I'm just making sure
the camera can see it you see how small those two measurements are so now that
we got that out the way I bet by an accident use one teaspoon of pink alayan
salt and a half a tablespoon of people Ansel because I use you know this is a
measure Oh you know how savory I wanted to be salty
wise when I say salty I don't mean like McDonald's salty french fries but you
know salt for my liking I was rushing and when I seen that I had used a
teaspoon and a half a teaspoon set of a teaspoon in a teaspoon and a half which
is very small amounts of Pinklon so I was like you already messed up yeah
yummy breaking your fast so I tried it out I put the two tablespoons of apple
cider vinegar inside of the drink mixed it all up there was some pink Olay
insulting was at the bottom of the bowl that I had you know put the juice in
then to pour it inside like my glass mason jar so I left that alone I usually
all the songs that I can when I measure it correctly that day I didn't give a
damn if I left and he saw behind in the pan because I had put more salt than I
consumed in one drink that's like two drinks for me all that salt that I put
in it so I let it chill in the freezer I drank my juice
it was the bomb.com um it was kind of for me maybe for someone who's not all
the way detox kind of plugged up because they haven't been on like something
sorta like a fast to cleanse out the like deep cleansing of the tissues and
the blood and the kidneys and liver it probably wouldn't have been salty to
them but it was so savory and it was really good but it was like I was
cheating because it was just too much salt for one drink but it wasn't salty
but it was just I didn't need as much as I put in there by mistake so after I
drank that juice that normally takes me no more than 10 15 minutes to drink it
because I love this juice and once you stop drinking it is thirst quenching and
it tastes so good you just put it down you look at it you keep drinking it and
picking it up drinking it it took me about an hour to drink that juice
because I don't know it just wasn't hungry but I want to put something in my
body but an hour after I finished drinking that juice that took me an hour
I started seeing my face get puffy my face is still puffy now because I still
have water on retention um but after drinking that juice on Saturday I was
contemplating if I wanted to even have a salad and before I forget when I woke up
that morning I was at 178 no the next day after the ravine and when I woke up
on Sunday morning I did a salt water flush and fell back off the sleep
my body held on to 32 ounces of the saltwater solution it never when I did
end up waking up around 7 a.m. on Sunday morning it never released it any of that
saltwater solution to move all of the waste from my colon from that one
o'clock flush so then around 9 o'clock I did another salt water flush and some of
it came out I could literally lay on my bed Michael filled the water still in my
stomach so I had a lot of fluids from the first salt water flush in my system
plus the refeed and plus doing to salt water flushes and not all of the flush
came out from the first flush so I can I've been bloated I've been so bloated
so I'm just like what the heck is going on so I have a surprise for you guys
what I'm gonna do I'm not gonna do a weigh-in video today but I think that
because when I was on 140 juice fast I never did weigh-ins like I did on the
dry fast every day I weighed in to tell you how much how many pounds I draw on
the dry fast you could do that and it was fun because you're gonna lose weight
every day because dry fast I used to do weekly weigh-ins and I told you week to
week how much I lost but I never got on the scale I'm starting to like that
getting on the scale and letting you guys see what my actual weight is so
starting maybe tomorrow because for the next couple of days I'm going to be
focusing on getting all of this water retention out of my body for the next
three days it should take no more than three days sometimes it can take weeks
for people to get that water retention out of their body I know how to cut it
out of my body the only dilemma I have with cutting this water in 3 days out of
my body so we can get the actual way um you know that I currently should be
at is I have to while doing this I'm going to be eating protein and very
little carbs to cut the water from my system but I told myself this time
around because I was drawing a protein regiment to cut the water out of um my
body one other time when a couple of weeks ago when I had this problem I had
constipation everything that I was drinking like right now I was holding on
to I literally been drinking for the last couple of days fluids and it's been
coming out like I'm on a dry fast and not drinking any water at all I'm not
eliminating any fluids that I'm drinking I'm literally maybe peeing out this much
urine a day the water is just staying in my system so my body is retaining fluids
I can see it I can feel it my face is really bad you know and it's because my
body went to a shock whose five days on the dry fast you know I know I lost
weight and I'm smiling because I know that I know how to cut the water
retention I should've did it yesterday but I wanted to eat the rest of this
salad that I had opened because one thing about being on a juice feast fast
whatever you want to call it or incorporating juices into your regimen
because I'm not on a juice fast anymore but I do drink juices as a meal in my
daily life seven days a week by choice I enjoyed it when I was on the juice
path and I just said this is going to be part of my life
juices fresh juices I really I rarely go to the store and I will buy pasteurized
juice anymore because I like to make fresh juice from home but I want
pineapple juice I can make pineapple juice
so yesterday I was gonna stop my protein regimen to cut
the water but I just want to finish up the vegetables because see when you
start doing raw you know for weight loss and detox then you have to rotate your
cucumbers your apples your green peppers or whatever you're using the juice would
you have to check every day or every other day to make sure that those
vegetables are not getting spoiled so I don't like my stuff to get spoiled so I
had made which is only a little bit left in the bag a small salad with a whole
avocado in it two tablespoons of tabbouleh that I've I already made it's
like a parsley salad I put some white onions in it and two tablespoons of
hummus and then I always squeeze lemon juice fresh lemon juice on top of my
salad and then I splashed a little bit of wishbone Italian dressing on top just
a little bit I used so little of it people say to me why even put it on
because what is that it's not even enough to fill the salad I don't like
wet salads and I feel like when you make a healthy salad and you drench it in all
these store-bought dressings then it you might as well be eating cheeseburger
from Burger King so I want to show you here this is the salad this is a salad
that I was eating right here it's only two servings in here and it's about 35
calories this is the rubella one I was eating for the last two days Saturday
and Sunday um same size bags the little bag it might look big only because it's
on camera but is this really small bag it's not a family-sized bag this is what
enough for individual person you could stretch it today some people
probably wouldn't even do that because it's 35 calories in it and it's just
water inside of lettuce so in the last two days I've had nothing but a salad
I made a big salad on my refeed day and then Sunday I had a small salad like
even with the avocado and little bully and all that stuff I put it in hummus it
was a small salad that you could eat with a steak and baked potato that's how
small it was it wasn't that much green green leaf leafy on leap um sorry green
leafy watercress greens to even make a big salad and I didn't have an appetite
so I was suitable for me so I had that yesterday um and this morning I passed a
little bit but they're coming out like pebbles and that is an indicator to me
that because of being so dehydrated from the water fast then I incorporated when
I refit when I did my refeed all that salt inside of that juice that didn't
help me any so it was like those pebbles in your feet feces when they come out
like pebbles that's because the body was drawing water from your fecal for
survival mode when I was on the drive fast and even after I got off the dry
pass just letting you know 101 101 on really what happens in the body when you
are you know on some sort of fast or whatever so what I'm gonna be doing for
the next couple of days I'm going to I'm going to either do a weigh-in video
starting Tuesday one on Wednesday in Thursday or just do a weigh-in video on
on Thursday the last weighing that I did do before I got
backed up and said whoo I am swole like a Samba bitch I am was 178 so I was 171
when I was on the drive fast that morning so I gained seven pounds but
that's not all fat it's more than likely water and I know that there's no way
from eating one salad I've only a bag of salad with my toppings on it avocado and
what I told you that I put on top of it I sometimes put stuff on Instagram so
you can see what my salads look like there's no way that I gained seven
pounds back in one day from eating a salad and a juice because that's what
I've been eating for the last two days the salad the juice and today I've had
some protein I had breakfast so I scrambled me some eggs because like I
said protein will definitely absorb the water from the body that's what I'm
aiming to do I'm gonna see how well this is going to work with me drinking this
savory juice because I promised myself whatever regimen I try or go on I cannot
eliminate the juicing because the juicing keeps my arm sleep my anxiety my
energy and my wellness under control and keeps me also from overeating it's like
a suppressant it you know after I drink the juice I'm not hungry
so I can either eat something else later but it'll be light because my mind is
not saying that I'm hungry or I can just have that 32 ounces juice in all the day
for the day so I love I love juicing so you know I'm going to definitely have to
fit it in somehow even if I'm on a protein all protein for the next couple
of days to get all this water out of me yes there is some carbs in my juice but
it's not a sweet juice that I'm drinking I'm drinking my savory juice and that
has tomatoes cucumbers celery so they're not as many sugars in the savory juice
then it would be like a pineapple cucumber and celery an apple or
something like that so um just want to give you an update you might get a
surprise tomorrow I might start doing a weigh-in
if the advice back to see that my body's cooperating and the way the water is
falling down and you know for the next three days I'll do up into Thursday or
weigh-in or I promise either way that Thursday I'll do away and as soon as I
cut all that water out of my system I'm not getting on the scale and doing a way
in knowing that is not that I gained seven pounds of fat that's just not what
I do for the for the most part when I do weigh in videos I don't need to get on a
scale I just tell you how much I lost so I did that with 104
they juice fast I told you what my weigh-in prior week that Monday and I
compared it and told you what the weight that I made lost for the following week
so with that I'll be SA cuz this videos getting kind of long I did owe you a
video everything's looking all good for me I cannot you probably said why are
you so damn happy I cannot wait so the next couple of days comes around because
when I cut all the weight I mean water out of the body it will actually tell me
where I'm at on the scale and a lot of people criticize people weighing
themselves every single day but I'm gonna tell you something right now when
you're on a weight-loss journey yes
it is a lot to get on this go every day and track your progress but that's just
what it is progress is what you're tracking if I never would have gotten on
the scale I would be cool as to what I ate the day before that maybe I
shouldn't be eating for tomorrow and the only way for you to know that is if
you're on a weight loss journey and you get on top of a scale if you put your
two feet on top of that scale and weigh yourself that's the only way you're
going to be able to compare the pros and the cons of what you put in your mouth
and what is suitable for you to be eating and what's not everyone's
different but for me you might not see a weigh-in video every day but I weigh in
every day and while I'm on this journey I'm going to weigh in every day even if
I don't show you the weigh-in I weigh in every single day when I lose the rest of
this weight which should be in the next couple of weeks to all the weight that I
need to lose I probably won't go away in every single day there'd be no reason
for it I lost all the weight but I might still do a weekly - every two week
weigh-in just to stay on the track so I don't get to win I got to this time
around and that is gaining 88 pounds and then acting like he came from out of
nowhere when I know what for sure that it was the way I was eating and how I
was eating how I gained the weight so what all that being said please
