Well some of the people you meet I mean you meet people from just
everywhere and that sort of stuff and I yeah it's just nice to hear their stories
Yes I'd like to thank them they do a good job I'll be buggered without it really
I look forward to these days out it gets me out of the
boredom and makes me come back to reality a bit
All the equipment belongs to St John all you do is show up you have a run it's on your phone your
phone tells you where to go it's a system that they use
It was something to do it was something to give back you know to help other people out
