Creating that video is just step one in your video strategy. With the right promotion and the right small tweaks

Here's three ways how.

People love Youtube videos and of course so does Google

So let's take advantage of this by optimizing all the videos that you have on YouTube and a great place to start

Is with YouTube cards.

YouTube cards are prompts that display throughout the video.

Let's say that you have a gorgeous community video

You can use a YouTube card to prompt the viewer to maybe go see homes for sale that area

Just make sure that you're linking towards a page that has great lead capture on it and don't forget to use this same strategy

On your end credits.

Now let's Step outside YouTube.

There are several player options out there where you can upload a call to action directly into the video

So how this happens is a viewer will be watching the video

and then maybe halfway through they're

Interrupted and asked to fill out a form to view the rest of the video

Or maybe the video plays through in its entirety and at the end

people are prompted to fill out a form to view related content. I recommend a service such as Wistia to try this out

It won't matter if you have a fantastic video that's compelling and truly shares your story

If nobody's seeing it and one of the easiest ways to change that is to promote it on Facebook

You can start with a simple Facebook

boosted post right there in your timeline.

You can have 'learn more' go to a link with a

corresponding landing page or another page that has great lead capture

But I recommend that you check out the Facebook lead gen video ads.

This is where you'll have a video ad and then they will fill out a form right there in

Facebook before seeing your next piece of content.

The beauty of this is that

that information is already populated from Facebook so it's seamless for people to capture their leads and take them to your next destination

Whatever you do always think how is this providing value to my viewers which in turn are hopefully those home buyers and sellers

Because people are not going to want to give you their information if you're not providing great value in return

So stay focused on that lead capture strategy.

Put out that great content and you'll be turning those views into closings in no time
