Waching daily May 4 2017

I started making videos when I was thirteen.

I discovered Windows Movie Maker and I just thought it was the coolest thing.

I really started on YouTube.

It's so embarrassing to talk about it, but I used to make these stop motion types of

things and I didn't know where I was going with it.

I left for Canada because I studied abroad.

When I went there, I made a lot of videos for the school.

Then I went to Kenya

for a volunteering trip.

That's where I discovered that I like to make documentaries.

Then I came to SCAD for film and dabbled in other things like narratives.

I really like photography

I like to draw and I like to write.

At the end of the day I still want to make documentaries.

There are so many interesting real life stories that I feel like you can re-create in narrative,

but then it's more powerful if you can tell a story about a real person.

I'm not saying narratives are bad.

I still love the idea of creating a world and writing a script… the artistry of it,

but I think documentary is something that most people don't want to do and we need

more of those.

I think there is a lot of bad content.

We need more inspiring stories or more positive stuff.

Mainly I want to work for non-profit organizations and spread their projects.

Most people don't even know about their projects or they don't know what's happening

or how they can help.

Then you make a powerful video that can show them.

It's usually the best way I think because film is such a powerful medium.

Right now I'm working on my senior film.

It's a documentary about a woman

who grew up in Hong Kong really impoverished,

struck through

and became a really great doctor in Hong Kong.

The inspiration behind it is if you work hard you can get where you want to get…

perseverance.

I'm Joey Chu.

I'm a documentary filmmaker.

BREAKING: Willie Nelson Just Made A Tragic Announcement… Fans Calling For Support - Duration: 1:36.

Fans of country music star Willie Nelson are sending their prayers this week after it was

announced that his health is in jeopardy.

On Saturday, the 83-year-old singer stopped his concert for unknown reasons and appeared

"disoriented" onstage.

"I saw Willie Nelson perform in New Braunfels on Saturday night, and it was beautiful, and

it was sad," Brendan Meyer, who was in the audience, wrote.

"His first song was 'Whiskey River,' but his guitar seemed to be out of tune.

Everyone knew it except Willie.

When he finished, he gently put it down and walked off stage.

Willie's band continued to play without him."

"He was gone for five minutes, then 10," Meyer continued.

"The harmonica player just kept playing.

Same with the drummer.

Nobody was singing.

A tour bus was parked near the stage."

Eventually, Nelson returned to perform.

"Then Willie, who turns 84 at the end of the month, walked back on stage to a loud

roar, and in succession played all the hits: 'On the Road Again,' 'Always on My Mind,'

'Mammas Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Cowboys.'

His guitar was still out of tune.

The crowd didn't care.

We were just happy to see Willie, even though it wasn't the Willie that most fans had

seen many times before, or the Willie they'll remember," Meyers concluded.

What do think about this? please share this news and tell us what you

think!

Trump set to sign religious liberty order report - Duration: 1:36.

Trump set to sign religious liberty order report

BY NIKITA VLADIMIROV

President Trump has reportedly invited conservative leaders to visit the White House on Thursday

for the signing of an executive order on religious liberty.

Politico reported Tuesday that two senior administration officials confirmed the plan.

One source noted that the language of the order has not yet been finalized by the White

House lawyers, but a draft leaked in February would give businesses and individuals the

ability to claim broad religious objections.

The Trump administration has been under fire since, with critics arguing that it would

allow discrimination against the LGBT community.

Following the initial leak, Vice President Pence and his team have reportedly worked

on rewriting the language of the document.

One conservative source familiar with the new text, however, told Politico that the

language is still "very, very strong."

The potential signing of the executive order would also coincide with the National Day

of Prayer.

Pence reportedly has been ramping up pressure on Trump to sign the order.

Similar legislation caused a national controversy under Pence's watch as Indiana governor.

The Story of Bioshock In 3 Minutes! | Video Games In 3 @ArcadeCloud - Duration: 3:28.

This is our best attempt

to piece together the BioShock multiverse chronology

in three minutes.

Let's begin.

Look, I hope you like multiverse theory

because you're about to get a whole f@#$! tonne of it.

In one universe, a quantum physicist named Rosalind Lutece

figures out how to suspend particles in spite of gravity.

Meanwhile, at the Battle of the Wounded Knee

a man named Booker DeWitt is offered a chance to redeem himself

of the sins on the battlefield via religious baptism.

In one universe, he refuses

and lives a life of drinking and gambling.

In another, he accepts the offer

and is re-born as Zachary Hale Comstock.

Comstock, with the help of Lutece, builds a floating city utopia

they call Columbia.

Over time, it degrades into a dystopia

of corruption and racism.

Lutece also discovers portals to other universes called Tears.

Comstock uses these Tears to improve technology

and obtain Adam, a special chemical

that allows the user to rewrite a person's genetic code

to use super powers.

Due to over-exposure to the Tears,

Comstock ages rapidly and becomes sterile.

Using fancy, quantum physics stuff

Rosalind comes into contact with her alternate self

from Booker's universe, Robert.

The two communicate back and forth

and dream of being brother and sister, together.

To find an heir to his throne,

Comstock tasks Rosalind to open a portal

to Booker's dimension

and tasks Robert with finding Booker,

to take his daughter, Anna.

He renames her Elizabeth.

The Tear closes on Elizabeth's finger,

cutting it in half, which allows her to open Tears to other worlds

because of quantum entanglement, or something...

Robert and Rosalind, but mostly Robert,

regret their decision, and help Booker

retrieve his daughter.

Before they can do that, Comstock betrays the Lutece twins

and sabotages their Tear machine.

Instead of killing them,

their conscioussness' are scattered across space time

allowing them to access any universe, at any time, at any location.

For revenge against Comstock, and to help Booker,

the Lutece twins transport Booker to Comstock's dimension,

finds his daughter and kills Comstock.

Booker realises that he is also Comstock from another timeline

and the disaster that is Columbia

can only be stopped if Booker dies before he makes the decision

to be or not to be baptised.

As such, Elizabeth takes him to a dimension

where he chooses to die before he makes his decision

after the Battle of the Wounded Knee,

thus preventing Columbia's existence.

This starts another set of events in a completely different universe

with a man named Andrew Ryan.

Andrew Ryan builds a utopia under water, called Rapture.

It's here that he discovers sea slugs that produce Adam.

A man named Fontaine implants the sea slugs

inside young girls, called Little Sisters

and produces his own Adam-filled army to overthrow Ryan.

Ryan has a baby.

Fontaine steals the baby, brainwashes him to make him obedient

to any command starting with "Would you kindly..."

and sends him to the surface.

Fontaine's initial attack doesn't work

and he fakes his own death, going under the new alias, Atlas.

To protect the Little Sisters,

Ryan makes special guardians called Big Daddies.

One such Big Daddy, called Delta,

has his daughter, named Eleanor, stolen from him

by a woman, named Lamb.

Delta dies, but Eleanor uses the Little Sisters to keep him alive.

Atlas leads another attack on Ryan

which fails and the warfare turns the utopia into a dystopia.

Jack, manipulated by the phrase "Would you kindly..."

arrives in Rapture and finds Ryan.

Ryan explains that Jack is only being manipulated for Atlas.

Jack kills Ryan.

A woman named Dr Tenenbaum removes the hypnotic effect from Jack.

Jack finds and kills Atlas.

Delta awakens from his revival process

and tracks down his daughter, Eleanor.

Together Eleanor and Delta escape Rapture and kill Lamb.

And that's the BioShock storyline in three minutes.

Thanks for giving us your Adam.

- [Charlie] Hey, Steph,

Steph Lindeman from Tindr.

- [Steph] Hi, it's nice to meet you.

- Online dating's kinda weird, right?

- Yes.

- Oh, sorry I didn't say before but

I had to bring Blink 182 with me on this date.

- Hello! - Hello.

- I didn't have anywhere else to put 'em.

- Oh, it's no problem.

I actually had to bring Linkin Park with me.

- Hey.

- Hey, guys.

- Totally get it.

So, what do you do for work?

- I just have a dumb, boring office job.

- Hey, Steph, come on,

don't sell yourself short.

You are an associate VP.

- You are a motherfuckin' associate VP.

- You're right.

I'm sorry.

- What did we say about sorry?

Don't be sorry,

(simultaneously) be certain.

- So, I have a job I'm actually proud of.

I'm an associate VP.

- Wow, that's

really cool.

- What do you do for work?

- (sighs) I'm unemployed

because the system is rigged against me, man.

- Whoa.

Charlie.

- Now is not the time to rail against the system.

- What do we always say?

She won't say I kissed 'em

(simultaneously) after he rails against the system.

These are the important things we try and tell you,

come on, man.

- You're totally right.

So, I'm in between jobs right now,

I'm actually trying to get work as a cartoonist.

- Oh, that's so cool!

Can you like, draw me something?

- Oh, I don't know, I... - Oh, come on!

Let's go.

Don't wait.

This night's almost over.

- Oh, yeah, like you're guys' song, First Date.

- Well, yeah, but no,

it's more just great-ass advice.

Come on, draw her a picture.

- Okay.

I guess I can do my specialty.

- Don't draw a butt.

- Um, okay, not my specialty then.

- Aw.

- Oh, wow.

- [Steph] That's so nice. - A flower.

- Thank you.

So, wanna get some drinks?

- Yes.

(upbeat rock music)

(soft violin music)

- Kiss!

- Kiss!

(simultaneously) Kiss, kiss, kiss,

kiss, kiss, kiss!

(cheering)

- Now propose.

- Yeah! - Propose!

(simultaneously) Propose, propose, propose,

propose, propose, propose,

propose, propose, propose!

- Blink 182 has convinced me that I love you.

No matter what happens, I wanna spend the rest of--

- Break up!

(simultaneously) Break up, break up, break up,

break up, break up, break up,

break up, break up, break up!

We were so close to love, we were so close!

Not gonna happen.

You don't think we were pressuring him too much, do you?

- No way. - Nah.

- He's fine. - You're right.

- We weren't smothering her, were we?

- I didn't feel like we did.

- Not at all.

- Okay, good.

- But they have been in the bathroom a long time,

what do you think's going on in there?

- I don't think they're in the bathroom,

I'm pretty sure I saw them walk out the front door

- For real?

I'm not getting his fucking bill again!

Ayo & Teo "Rolex" Official Lyrics & Meaning | Verified - Duration: 5:22.

Where we come from, all we know is G-Shock.

So, he pulled out the Rolexes out the safe and they had different color faces and stuff,

so we immediately just fell in love.

We were like, 'Oh, shoot!

We gotta get a Rolex!'

So, he let me take a picture of them and I sent it to my manager.

Our manager responded super fast.

He said, "Get out of the jewelry store, right now!"

Yo, we really made a song and just copped some Rolexes, real fast.

We had this T-Pain autotune app and we were just being childish the whole night and just

making songs on the instrumentals that they gave us on the app.

The first version is at the end of the song, when I was like kind of singing it.

That was how the first version was.

So it was like, "I just want a Rollie..."

Yeah, it was slow.

Then we went to the studio. Jazze heard it. He went in the studio and laid out the whole

hook and we were like...

'Bro.

That was perfect!'

And then I was like, 'Teo keep that!

Please keep that.

Just keep going off the top of your voice.'

It didn't sound right to me because my voice was raspy.

It was cracking and stuff, but Jazze was like, "I'm telling you.

It's gonna sound good."

Ranch is just the diamonds.

And "dab of ranch" that's from the Migos, obviously.

I don't know where they got that from, but you gotta stay with the new lingo.

And plus the kids picked up on it because when you hear "dab of ranch" and you dancing

to the song, you dab with it.

I mean, it's a little more weight, but it looks good when you dance.

It feels better.

And then, it looks better when people have their flash on and you're like on stage and

they're like right here and they post it and you see the video and

it's just shining.

We know ad-libs are important.

Like how the Migos do.

Stuff like that.

I don't know.

We just pay attention to music a lot.

We love music.

I was typing in my notes, "Yeah, dat way."

I don't even know why I said "I need that mud by Tuesday".

It was just something like...

Because a lot of people when we do shows and stuff be playing with money and stuff,

so I was just trying to be bougie.

And then, the next line, I was like 'What rhymes with way?

Or Tuesday?'

So, I went on Rhymezone, and I seen 'sway'.

And I was like, 'Swae Lee.

People call him feng shui, don't they?

Yeah, I gotta shout him out.'

Because "Swang" is my favorite song.

Yeah, I'm a big fan of Teletubbies!

Since I was a baby.

That's all I watched.

I have tapes.

They have tapes of me, when we were babies and when I was a baby.

Watching Barney.

Teletubbies.

Everything.

I still watch cartoons, though.

Well, I think I moved on from cartoons to anime.

I came along way from Teletubbies to anime.

Jahleele.

That's my childhood friend.

We go way back.

Honestly, on my verse at the end of it I started freestyling.

I was so hype. I was shaking. My chains was shaking. My dreads was going everywhere.

I looked at Galio when I was rapping.

He was on the other side, so I was like "Galio in the cut, and he got them buffies ay!"

That's a Detroit thing.

White Buffs.

Buffalo glasses.

Cartier glasses.

So, a lot of people in Detroit wear those.

I think they're like $3000.

It depends because you can get diamonds in your frames

I'ma keep going up.

Ice on neck cost like 20k!

I'ma keep going up.

I mix it up with Maserati, sometimes.

And 'rari.

Either way, it depends how hype I am.

Because, I don't think it really matters.

It doesn't.

It really don't.

Because honestly, 'rari and 'rati.

I like both cars.

I really want a Maserati and I really want a Ferrari.

Steine bemalen How To Paint A Seascape Rockpainting REAL TIME - Duration: 26:32.

How to paint a whale fin and the sea on a rock

I forgot to show you how I sealed the rock at the end.

I put 2-3 layers of gloss varnish from Liquitex at the end on the rock.

The varnish gives the rock a nice shine and the paint is no more sticky.

Let's start

For the white underpainting and the background I used a no 6 round brush with natural hair.

The brush is 24 years old. Today I would never buy an animalhair brush again. I love animals.

For the details I used a no 2 da Vinci NOVA synthetics.

It would be better to use a no 1 size.

I also used this noname brush. The brush is round and has an angular cut.

Colors: titanium white - Daler Rowney for the grounding

For the sky and sea I used Primary Cyan fluid acrylics from Golden

I also used Magenta - Daler Rowney for the sky and the sea

Phthalo Blue for the shadows

Carbon Black heavy body - Golden for the darkest areas

I primed the rock 2 times with titanium white

At the moment I give 5% discount on my DaWanda Shop. More infos are in the description below.

I started with loose strokes to block in the sky.

I used a mix of cyan blue, titanium white and a hint of magenta.

I painted the sky much more to the bottom than I need.

Because I paint the horizon with the help of a tape.

It is importend not to press too hard with the brush. Otherwise you will peel of paint.

Now I use this noname brush. This guy did not help me. I will change it in a minute.

You can see in the middle of the rock that there the white primer shines through.

There I used too much water.

The good thing is, you can always repair mistakes with acrylics. Let it dry and try again.

As you can see I switched the brush to the no 6 again.

I don't like the sky.

And the horizon is too dark.

I start to dab the brush gentle to get a better blending.

I hate those little holes on rocks.

To fill in the holes with paint I painted nearly with an 90 degree angle.

You see the dabbing takes the strokes away.

I do not press hard while I dabbed.

I lighten up the horizon.

I the horizon too dark the fin would not stand out enough.

I make small circles and light dabbing.

Acrylics dry too quickly and it is hart to get a smoth blending.

A dry brush also helps to get a better blending.

The paint on the rock is bonedry.

I put on a painters tape.

It is a tape that did not stick very much. Like a post it. It is the pink tape from Tesa.

I use this also for my watercolorpaper. I love it.

I paint the sea with pure cyan blue.

Don't forget the edges.

I nearly never paint the back of the rock.

So you can see the natural color of the rock.

After the varnish at the end the natural color looks like the rock is wet. Nice effect.

Did I say that I hate those little holes?

I put more layers of cyan blue on it. I cut that out ... its boring.

I remove the tape while the paint is still a bit wet.

Because to prevent to peel of the sea-paint with the tape.

The back of the ocean is a bit lighter

I dry the brush sometimes.

I try to create a light glazing on the ocean.

With white, cyan blue and a bit magenta

Do not press too hard.

For glazing you can use glazing medium from Golden

If you thin acrylics with water, the paint can underbind. But a glazing medium prevents you from this.

I put on more light layers.

The back of the ocean is lighter because it reflects the sky.

the glazing is dry

I start to paint the shadows of the waves.

for this I use phthalo blue with cyan blue

it is the same blue like the ocean but a bit darker

If you would add a bit of white to the phthalo blue you would get my cyan blue.

two dark lines for two waves

Waves spread out circularly

between the wave-shadows there are some lighter areas

some turbulences

I cut out the time that I need to mix the paint.

So the video is 10 minutes shorter

White with a hint magenta for splashed water

there the fin dips in the water

some highlights for the top of the waves

for the highlights I used cyan blue with white

I paint with a dry brush

more pure white

the waves aren't light enough

Sometimes I use my fingers to color it down

the back of the ocean is still too dark

the background is now completed

It looks nice

some shadows here and there, I used pure phthalo blue

I sketched the fin with a chalk pen

I turned off the camera because I feel observed. LOL I can't sketch while someone is watching me.

The light comes from left, so the right side of the fin is a bit darker

I will darken the right side with a mix of phthalo blue and black

on the left I use pure phthalo blue

the top of the fin is lighter

I correct immediately the form of the fin, now it looks like a bird

I start to paint the dripping water

I dab loose and gentle the dripping water

I use white with cyan blue

light and darker water drippings

Take care that it does not look too regular

I painted too much dripping water, I will remove it at the end

white and magenta in the back are some ice floes

I try to lighten the background but switch to darken the fin to get more value

some hightlights for a wet fin

I hope you enjoyed the video

T5W | Favorite SFF Covers - Duration: 6:02.

Hello and welcome back to Libib's BookTube

channel my name is Kaelyn and welcome

back to another Thursday bookish video. Today's topic is going to be the Top 5

Wednesday topic of this week and that is

our top 5 favorite SFF cover art and SFF

stands for science fiction and fantasy. And also before we get started with

today's video I also have a bookish

survey that I'm going to be linking in

the description box down below where you

can go fill that out. Please fill that

out it's about this channel and I want

to know your likes dislikes what you

want to see more of what I can improve

on. I know a lot of BookTubers recently

have been doing this and I am going to

be one of those because I would really

like some feedback so I know what to do

and what you guys like what you guys

want to see. Let's get in today's video!

Coming in at number 5 we have a fantasy

novel and that is Passenger by Alexandra

Bracken. This cover gives me some Pirates

of the Caribbean feels because we have

this little pirate ship down here and it

always makes me think of that scene

where up is down. I love this cover. I

think it is beautiful I think it is

stunning I like this little bottle we

have going on and there's a city inside

of it than we have little ship at the

bottom the color scheme is kind of dull

grey it's not like the vibrant purple

that the sequel's book has coming in at

number 4 and that is unraveled me the

second book in the shot to me trilogy

and now 6 book series thing going on and

I'm hoping they stick with these covers

and it's not I I will be outraged I will

be so mad I've heard these books before

I wasn't the biggest fan of them I

thought they were alright do I want to

reread them yes I've been wanting to

reread them for years now so maybe I

could get a different understanding and

I can enjoy them more but with the new

book that is coming out next year it

gives me a chance to reread these books

so besides the fact this is my favorite

cover out of all of the covers I get

that ignite me is really pretty but I

really like unravel these way better I

just like the frost on the eyeball lid

saying

rather than the happy springy tiny thing

definitely prefer this one better and if

I'm not mistaken I think this was my

favorite book out of the trilogy but I

can't remember because it's been so many

years since I've read them coming in at

number three we have another sci-fi

novel and that is illuminae by amie

kaufman and jay kristoff I definitely

like Gemma's color better I like the

blue but this was like the first book

cover that I have ever fallen in love

with so much I just like this little

transparent dust jacket we get and I

just oh it's just so beautiful I just

like the Reds and the oranges and it

also fills that orange red vibe on the

color on the rainbow bookshelf which I

don't have a lot so bless this book and

bliss it for being so beautiful and read

an orange normally I'm not a fan of the

color red but this book does it well

coming in at number two I have some more

fantasy novels and it's basically any of

the heat thrown a glass book if I were

to have to choose a favorite as a

certain glass series I would definitely

say the assassin's blade by Sarah J

masses look I just I love the color I

love the color blue I love how smoky and

mysterious and just like this book cover

gives me I like the vibe of it and I

like all the colors that are used and

all the other ones and I like the poses

of like I'm a warrior and this one is

like I am a thief and I'm just going to

sneak around and assassinate all you I

haven't read this book I've read the

first book and sort of last year Eastern

glass and I've made it halfway through

crowd midnight and I've never finished

it I don't know if I'll continue on with

the series but I definitely want to keep

the series on my bookshelf because it

the covers are so pretty and they look

so good together on the shelf and last

but not least coming in at number one

these two books are the most beautiful

books in all the land

so publishers take note if you have a

book like this

I am definitely buying it even if I have

no interest in it I have to include

Bowls in there and it is the six of

crows duology six the crows and crooked

Kingdom by Leigh

Bart you go and his governors Oh Brady I

love these covers so so say good much

just look just look look at us look up

this is so beautiful

the reason why I love these covers so

much is not only because of the colored

pages that look absolutely beautiful but

I like the details and I like the crowd

I normally don't like crows but I love

the crows in these covers I love how the

father is kind of makes this design of

like little buildings or castles and I

like the darkness I like the dark feel

of it I also really enjoy the spine and

the back as well and same goes with

crooked Kingdom I love how the crows

feathers just make this little crown

thing right here and more buildings I

just I love it so much and how it does

it and I also love this spine in the

back as well I just publishers you done

did something absolutely beautiful and

absolutely wonderful Thank You Leigh

bardugo for writing these books and

being blessed with wonderful beautiful

covers I have not read these books but

I'm hoping to read them this summer so

anyhow that's it for today's video what

are your favorite sci-fi and fantasy

book covers that your recently obsessed

with or that you've been obsessed with

forever let me know in the comment

section down below and anyways don't

forget to fill out that survey if you

could that'd be awesome possum of you

guys and anyways that is it for this

Thursday's video and I will see you guys

next week for a new bookish video until

next time I'll see you then good bye

Hello, I'm Rogan and welcome to VEDIM day four!

Obviously, today's May fourth.

May the fourth be with you is a play on the phrase, "May the Force be with you."

There is an ASL translation for this. I got it from ASL That! and I'm not quite sure if I like this or not, but...

May the Force be with you.

I... I don't know about the pushing part, but the Force part, I like. [Force with you]

Anyway.

So if you don't know Star Wars... We can't be friends.

No, seriously, if you don't even know at least what Star Wars is, where have you been?

So because of that, I'm not going to do any oh, explaining what it is.

What I'll be doing is giving you fun facts from the Star Wars movies.

I have a couple of articles that I will pull from, a few. I won't tell you all of them, no but I will pick a few.

I'll tell you some then I will link both of the articles below, you can look after this is finished.

Okay. Did you know that Harrison Ford almost didn't get picked to be Han Solo?

Why? He was there for feeding lines to people who were auditioning for Han Solo.

Ended up, Lucas decided to pick him for Han Solo, because he liked how he fed the lines.

So Harrison was picked. Interesting.

I can't imagine someone else acting Han Solo. It has to be Harrison Ford.

You know the movie's iconic crawl? When it was first made, they used practical effects, not special effects.

That means they cut out the letters, big ones - two feet tall, laid them out on a black background.

Then the camera panned down the whole thing. Wow, that's a lot of work!

It took a total of three hours to shoot. Wow.

The Millennium Falcon's original look was very different.

The original look was like a tubeish shape. You know the beginning, the ship that was escaping with Leia? (Blockade Runner)

That was the original look for the Millennium Falcon. Lucas didn't want it, because it looked too common.

He wanted to change it to look like something else.

Lucas himself said he wanted something that looked like "a flying hamburger and sails like a sunfish."

Interesting phrase.

You know the fight scenes with the TIE/X-wings?

Lucas used real war footage to show the special effects department what he wanted it to look like.

In the end, the special effects department followed it almost clip for clip with the movements and such.

Alec Guinness, the actor for Obi-Wan, didn't want to be in the movies.

The first one, he tolerated it but called it "fairy-tale rubbish."

He didn't want anything to do with the second movie. So LucasFilm persuaded him, begged him to do it.

He agreed, but he would work for only one day from 8:30 AM to 1 PM.

And he would be paid 1/4 of a percent of the movie's total gross.

That means for 4.5 hours of work, he earned millions of dollars. Wow.

In the time the movies were made, the 70s, 80s, it was traditional to have the credits at the beginning of the movie.

Then the movie.

But Lucas didn't want this. The first movie was exempted because Lucas was the director.

His name appeared at the beginning because of LucasFilm, so that was let by.

But the second movie, Lucas wasn't the director.

It still had the company yes, but the Directors' Guild required the credits to be at the beginning.

Lucas didn't like this and did not want this. He wanted the crawl then straight into the movie.

He wanted the credits at the end, so he paid the fine and left the Directors Guild. He hasn't returned since then.

So petty!

Jabba the Hutt required seven puppeteers to move him. That's a lot of work!

There were three inside the body. One for the right arm and jaw. One for left arm, jaw, tongue, and the head.

Both moved the body. The third person moved the tail.

On the outside, they had one, two people on radio transmitters for moving the eyes.

One was under the stage for the cigar smoke, blowing it up a tube.

And the third, no seventh, for the lungs breathing.

And plus, it's not on this one, but I'll add it.

Jabba was originally supposed to be furry. But he became the slug we know now.

But he was supposed to be covered in fur!

Remember the speeder bike scene in the forest?

It was actually filmed on a Steadicam, and walked very slowly, for hours.

They filmed at 3/4 FPS (frames per second), so later when it was put together, it would look really fast.

At that time, the standard film speed was 24 FPS. So wow, that took patience to slowly film everything.

But cool.

Remember Wicket? The Ewok that interacted with Leia.

That was supposed to be played by Kenny Baker, the same actor for R2-D2.

But on the day they were supposed to start filming, Kenny came down with food poisoning.

So they replaced him with Warwick Davis, at the time he was 11 years old.

He was supposed to be just an extra, but was swapped at the last minute.

Clone troopers in Attack of the Clones, Revenge of the Sith, all that. The clone trooper uniforms?

You won't find any (originals). Why? They were ALL CGI.

Wow. ALL of them? EVERY single uniform was CGI. What?

Wow!

Revenge of the Sith was the only movie not PG rated.

Because of the fighting, deaths, etc. being more serious than any of the other Star Wars films.

Okay, I'm actually going to stop here because--I do have a second article, but I'm dropping it because the camera battery is almost dead.

And I don't want to reset and blah blah SO. Hope you enjoyed this, and learned some fun stuff!
