Waching daily Mar 6 2017

Hey there, it's Ashley Perkins!

Welcome back, and if you're new here, welcome to the best place to build income, influence

and impact for your business or brand online.

Instagram and Snapchat Stories are short clips of images and videos that you string together

to tell a Story that lasts for 24-hours.

They're a great way to expand the reach and impact of your brand, to emphasize humanity,

boost engagement, and position yourself as the go-to expert in your niche.

With that in mind, let's get into how you can use Stories for your business.

And if you stick around till the end, I've got a bonus tip and a template that'll help

you plan out your Stories and other social content.

Number 1: Take Your Audience Behind the Scenes

Show your loyal viewers what your business is all about.

Show them something you're working on, or how you run your business, and even the not-so-glamorous

things like the days when nothing is going your way.

If you have employees, get them involved and have them share details about what a day in

the life from their position in your business looks like.

Even without employees, you can get your viewers involved to create a sense of community and

urgency to show up for your temporary content.

A great example of this is @jaclynsteele – she goes way beyond her posts to cultivate a deeper

connection through daily rebelations for her loyal viewers who want to do life and business

differently.

For bonus points with your viewers, shake it up and keep it entertaining.

Number 2: Repurpose and Showcase Content

This is great for how-to's, tutorials and quick tips.

@Buffer is a perfect example for this because almost every day, their social media manager

creates Stories on Instagram that demonstrate how to do or understand something, or they

provide bite-sized tips.

Stories are a great tool for plugging your evergreen content, website, or conversion

site, and other social networks that you rotate through your bio to encourage "bouncing" (when

a viewer bounces from one form of your content to another).

@SunnyLenarduzzi does a great job of this between her main live-streaming networks:

Snapchat, Instagram and YouTube.

Regardless, the focus of these Stories should be all about providing value, but make sure

you don't go bonkers publishing fifteen clips strung together, unless it's absolutely

necessary.

Your viewer's time is important so try to get to the point as quickly as you can.

Number 3: Send Out Invitations

Whether you're hosting your Live video within Instagram and using Instagram Stories, or

you're going to go Live on Facebook and using Snapchat Stories; use these types of

temporary content to create exclusivity and intimacy with your viewers by inviting them

to your upcoming live broadcast.

If you've done a good job creating a sense of urgency within them to catch your Story

before it disappears, you can more easily convert them to the network or platform you'll

be hosting a live broadcast on.

Check out @buzzingcreatives on Instagram for a good example of this!

Just to break this down even more; in a nutshell, that's potential to at least double your

viewer retention.

Number 4: Show Your Products & Services in Action

This is simple if you're a product-based business.

You can show your products in action to give your viewers an idea of what their life could

be like with it, and how it can improve a certain pain-point or task for them.

You can also collaborate with other product-based businesses and show them in combination with

each other to expand your reach, impact, and likelihood of conversions.

If you're a service-based business like me, you can show people how you do what you

do so they can create the same impact for themselves.

I use Stories to take my audience behind the scenes when I'm with my clients so the effect

of working with me is more tangible, I elaborate on my posts and give bonus tips and resources,

invite my viewers to trainings, and promote my evergreen content which is essentially

a sample of my services in the form of solutions.

@rosemarywatson is

a great example of showing off both a product and service based business through Stories

so definitely check her out on Instagram.

Number 5: Host a Q&A

Ask your viewers to send their questions about a certain aspect of what you do, or a certain

topic in your niche via direct message.

Then after enough time has passed (a few hours perhaps), jump on and create a series of clips

answering their questions.

A few extra tips on this subject: If you're on Instagram, tag the viewer who's question

you're answering, and on snapchat just write the viewer's name on the screen before you

post it.

It's also helpful to write out the question so everyone understands what you're asking.

And finally, make sure you save these types of videos after you've finished making them

– they can either be used as a reference for FAQ's or repurposed into a more high-quality

FAQ video for your website.

@tylerjmccall is the best for Q&A's, you can always rely on him for a good #TalkToMeTuesday

that's both informative and entertaining.

Check it out on Instagram!

Now knowing all of these strategies is awesome and will get your Stories noticed, but having

a template to organize and plan your Story content is the key to really making an impact

and staying consistent with your Stories.

That's why I popped a link to my content calendar template that will help you do just

that below this video.

And if you're still wondering about that bonus tip, join me over on the blog where

the best conversations happen.

You can find that link down below too.

As always, if you found this video helpful please hit the like button below and share

it with your friends.

And if you're not already subscribed, make sure you do because I post a new video every

week.

See you next time!

Hole volunteer discusses Justin Thomas' hole in one at Mexico Championship - Duration: 2:37.

Hello friends.

I am Jessica for PGA TOUR Digital.

Today I am accompanied by Marco, who is the 13th hole captain at the World Golf Championship-Mexico

Championship.

Marco became famous because yesterday he witnessed Justin Thomas' hole in one.

Could you tell us a bit about that hole in one?

I would resume it in two words, it was completely extraordinary.

It was a huge emotion.

I saw the ball flying straight to the hole and I started moving the pallet back and forth

and at the moment I saw it come down over the hole I started screaming and moving.

At that moment, I saw the crowd, the crowd confirmed us the hole in one.

I have never felt that kind of emotion, that energy.

I have four holes in ones in my life, I am a professional golfer, and I have never felt

such an emotion.

Really congratulations to Justin, I had the honor to be with him for a moment, and well,

this is a huge, an experience for a lifetime.

You said you were moving, what was the meaning of moving the pallet?

I can tell you that I remember flashes of it.

I don´t remember certain things.

It was a great emotion.

I remember saying 'there must be a hole in one in this hole' and we got it, but

it was a great excitement.

The gallery responded with us.

And let's hope the tournament keeps up like this, it has been a marvelous tournament,

and personally, I can say that it is going to be an unforgettable experience.

What is your opinion on having a tournament of this magnitude in Mexico?

It is fabulous.

To promote the sport, we need more kids who play golf since they are really young.

I believe it will be very helpful for the Mexican golf.

Is Justin Thomas your favorite player now?

I have known him since way back.

I have followed his professional career since he started.

From now on he will be one of my favorites.

Today he is.

Excellent.

Thank you so much and thank you for watching.

Learning How to Be a Samurai - Duration: 12:28.

Good morning guys! I am inside a kendo dojo at the moment

So we're going to start the day off by learning some kendo techniques

and trying them out

Then we're going to be going to a kendo themed bar for lunch

And then we're going to finish the day off at a traditional kendo factory

where we can talk one on one with a master craftsman

who is hand-making kendo armour

Which I am really looking forward to, it sounds super interesting

So let's get started on the lessons!

And learn some moves, because I have no idea what I'm doing!

All right, it's time to put on our kendo wear

Ok so kneel with my left leg down first

Yes

All the staff that helped me out were super friendly

And they also had English speaking staff

So no worries if you don't speak Japanese

Cross these ones in the back

The first part, the right one goes to there

You can finish it right here

Okay

What about girls with big boobs?

Do they make special ones or do they just have them really loose?

I can see that being a problem, I feel like that would get in the way

Usually this thing is smaller

Oh smaller? So it'll stop down here?

This part is about a cm smaller so it's easier for them

Okay?

Okay! Awesome!

And then you make a triangle

Modern kendo it's flat

But traditionally, it's like this

Kind of rounded

Yeah! The reason is that you're supposed to put your nose right there

Oh really?

So if somebody actually steps on your head when you're bowing

So you can protect your nose from being hurt

Why would somebody step on your head when you're bowing?

Because you see...

It used to be a samurai culture, with the lord and everything

The lord would come by and hit you

So they would come by and smack you?

When you're bowing and they would smack you from the top

Remember to leave that nose gap, very important

From here the left side, make an L

Okay. Then twist again, on the balls of your feet

For the left side

Okay

From here just lift a little, your heels

Just like that

So you're standing on the balls of your feet together with your toes

Push, pull!

Push one step, pull

Okay

Okay?

Maybe

Don't worry about making mistakes

And don't worry about hitting me

Okay lift up

Now pull!

Okay good!

Strong strong strong!

Okay good!

Ok now you're cutting here, try to cut here

Uhhh the tip

Yeah

Maybe I should go further back

Yes yes

Move forward

Good good! This is good

Okay, again!

Strong strong strong!

Good good, this is good!

Lift up

Good okay, last one!

Lift up

Okay good! Good

Okay, now we'll do "dō"

Is this way correct?

Yes yes very good

Kote!

Strong strong strong!

Okay last one!

Dō!

Okay good!

It's time for the smelly part

I'm going to put it on now

You put your chin in first

From my chin? Okay

Oh it doesn't smell at all actually! (kendo gear is known to be smelly)

Yeah it's a nice one

It doesn't smell!

Yeah it doesn't!

So this is what they're like... this is my first time wearing one

Are you okay?

Yeah

Okay, it's okay!

And the gloves

I guess I'm gonna spar now?

Okay!

Start!

One point!

Yaaaaay

Start!

Start!

One point!

He's good!

2nd round

Last round!

Ahhh I'm tired

That was really tiring

This is so heavy

This is really what makes you tired

Carrying around this weight on your head

Oh my god

I think I won!

I think I won!

Thank you! Thank you!

We have come for lunch now, I'm getting really hungry

The place we're at now has a few different options meal wise

They have halal options, they also have a couple vegan menu items

So I'm gonna have a really yummy looking salad

And I am so looking forward to this! This is aburaage

Thick, deep-fried tofu, and they've got some ginger to dip it in

I forget what these are called but they're some kind of pepper and I friggen love them

Let's dig in because I'm really hungry!

Itadakimasu!

It's so yummy

It's so fluffy, and the outside is nice and crunchy. This is delicious

While you're sitting down and enjoying your meal you can watch some kendo tournaments on TV

Right now is Korea vs Japan, womens

And this man is standing right in the way, get out of the way man

They brought us yuba!

It's so cute!

This is yuba! Tofu skin

It's really delicious if you're obsessed with tofu like me

It looks like they've got some wasabi on top

Delicious!

So they've got a gift shop inside the restaurant

And you can buy things like this!

It's not just your regular water bottle

It's got a long, bendy straw on it so that you can stick it through your kendo mask

and drink while you're practicing and have your mask on

What are these?

This is the tsuba

Ah tsuba! Of the sword

For shinai? (bamboo practice sword)

Yes for shinai

Cool you can get pink ones!

This is a tsubadome, the one that you use behind to stop the thing from moving

Oh okay, so you need one of each

This kote, this is very interesting

This is a new material they use, made of polyester

Synthetic leather

You can use it and you can wash it

Oh wow!

It's a washable kendo kote

One of the gripes of being a kendo player is that you can't wash it

and it smells so bad

These are all the shinai

There's a lot of different design

One you can have it like this, slim

You can also have

Oh there's thicker ones!

So just whatever you're comfortable with

Depends on your style, depends on a lot of things

Oh that's sake!

That's really cute

Where does it pour from? Oh the head?

That's awesome

Aww cute!

You know the kendo gi?

After they dye with the aizome

And after you use it for a very long time it creates this hue

Yeah this nice pattern

This is what people do with it nowadays

That's really neat, I like that

And this is one of the Japanese players

He actually lost to this guy

He lost one game, it was a really nice game

You know so well!

This match was incredible, because he had always lost to that guy

This was the first time he actually won

Wow

Oh here's some foreign players!

Chile, Canada, Turkey

All right we have arrive at Yamato Budo Seisakujyo

Where they're hand-making the kendo armour

Let's go inside and check it out!

This bamboo, and this side is leather

So when you come inside the kendo armour studio here

they're going to teach you about the really old armour that they used to use, which is super neat

You don't get to see these kind of things on a regular basis

This is a traditional armour piece called a dō

Goes on your abdomen area here

This is a really old one, they used to make it out of slabs of bamboo, like this

and sew them together

And then it evolved over the years

This is one a little more down the line

It's got the bamboo on the inside here and then a layer of leather on the outside

to hold it all together

They say that this one really hurts

You don't really want armour that still hurts

But nowadays

It's made from mostly plastic

and it looks a lot different

So they've just passed me over a really fancy dō here

This is Japanese lacquer

How much would one of these go for?

It's about $3000 USD

Just for this one part!

Wow

It's beautiful

The samurai from the Sengoku period

Would dress up in fancy gear

to go to fight

First with a helmet

Incense, do you know incense?

They would burn incense inside their helmet before battle

This is how they would show the individuality of their personalities and armour

Even nowadays that is still continuing

With fancy armour like this

It's been really interesting so far

You get a chance to look around the factory they have here

And seeing all the old equipment is really neat

I wasn't expecting them to use old machines as well

You can really tell that they're committed to using the traditional ways of making the armour here

And you can watch him at work

How often do you get to see something like that?

Apparently 90% of kendo armour is created outside of Japan

So to find somebody who is making it here, by hand, in Japan is really neat

and really rare. And I feel really excited that I get to experience this

All right that concludes our kendo experience

I really hope you guys enjoyed watching that, I had a blast today

If you guys would like to sign up for this tour yourselves I will leave the information down in the description box

So go check it out

And please leave a comment down below and let me know what you thought

Thanks so much for watching, bye guys!

Sleep

count me down

again

I'll close my eyes

and face you

A prayer crushed under wreckage

reflects in your eyes as you

start to fly

I see you in the sky thick with shadows

spinning around with nightmares

Don't forget

that a heart cannot die

Don't forget

that dreams aren't predictions of the future

TRUE DREAD

Sleep

count me down

again

Ominousness runs through the constant changes of life

Its intermittent darkness reduces me down

It steals away my still-unformed future

Every time I step forth

I can't see a thing in that shadowed sky

My screaming can't save anything

When I'm killing myself with sadness

Sleep

count me down

Ipsy Unbagging - February 2017 - Duration: 4:04.

Hey, internet people! Scooter here, and it

is time for another Ipsy bagging!

That's right; my pink envelope came in the mail,

and I'm excited to share with you what I

got this month. So, what was this month's bag?

This blue jean with orange detail

little bag, pretty casual, and other

people might get a lot more use out of

this than I will. Unfortunately, it is

Gator colors, and I live in Seminole territory.

So, while it's cute,

I don't think I could take this one out

that much, but it's very versatile, and I'm

sure those of you who are Gator fans

really appreciate this one.

The first item that came in my bag this month was

this face scrub from Promise Organic. It is

their Nourishing Coconut Milk Daily

Facial Scrub with sugar and walnut for

normal to combination skin. It says it's

paraben-free and super natural. I looked

up online what tube will rub you.

It is available at CVS,

and it's about 10 dollars

for the full-size. This is not the full

size, but it's still plenty. I'm sure I'll

get a month or two of use out of this.

I used it once. The bead concentration for

scrubbing isn't as dense as I would like.

It was pretty gentle, which is fine

and probably good if i'm going to use it

a couple times a week, and it smelled

like Hawaiian Tropic. If you remember the

suntan oil from when I was a kid, that's

what it smelled like to me, which isn't a

bad thing. I love the beach so it had

good memories.

The next item that came in my bag was

this highlighter from Luna by Luna. It is

in shade Calypso. So it comes in this box,

and I looked online, and this does appear

to be their full-size product, which

is awesome.

It'll run you $23 if you purchase it

stand alone. Again, the entire Ispy bag is

ten bucks a month. This is not sponsored.

I'm just constantly blown away. So good

reminder of the value that you're

getting in the bag.

According to their website, this is a

baked highlighter with purple/gray

undertones. I used it for work this week,

and I'm kind of a highlighter newbie.

I've only used it maybe once or twice,

and this shade wasn't my favorite

on my skin.

It could be that I'm new to highlighters,

might have used it wrong, but I'm willing

to give it another shot.

The product felt nice, went on really

easily. I'm just not sure the shade was for me.

The next item in my bag was this

eyeliner pencil from Lord and Barry.

(Yes, that's right way. Woohoo!)

It is travel size in black, so it is just your

basic black eyeliner. Goes on nicely. Who

doesn't need a nice, solid black eyeliner,

especially travel size so it just pop

right in your purse or in your makeup

bag and be on the go with you?

So the fourth item that came in my bag

was this full-size NYX cosmetics Butter Lipstick.

It is in the shade "Lifeguard."

I'm wearing it right now. It is quite

the glam shade, and they did not miss

name this at all! This lipstick slides on

like butter. It is so smooth and so silky.

I was stunned when I used it. I've never

had a lipstick go on that easily.

It costs six dollars for full size, and

it comes in more than 30 shades. If

you're not a huge red lip fan, I'm sure

you'll find one that you like.

So, the last item that came in my bag was this

nail polish from Trust Fund Cosmetics.

It's in the shade "I give good tweet." One of my

coworkers described it as kind of

periwinkle. I think

it's more of a baby blue. Either

way, it is a great shade for spring.

It's kind of pastel-y and light and airy.

Great way to bring in the season!

Thanks so much for joining me for this

Ipsy bagging. If you liked this,

be sure to hit that thumbs up button,

and if you'd like to see more content like

this, hit that subscribe button. Thanks so

much, and I'll see you next time. Bye!!!

Adrenal Fatigue Symptoms & Signs - How to tell if you have adrenal fatigue - Duration: 5:17.

Adrenal Fatigue Symptoms and Signs Hello there, its angela rocchio founder

of heal your adrenal fatigue.com and you are watching

adrenalfatiguetv In this video I am going to tell you all about

adrenal fatigue symptom and signs.

Let me ask you this Do you sleep 7-8 hours a night, but still

wake up exhausted?

Do you often feel overwhelmed by your responsibilities?

Is your recovery from an illness take longer than it should?

If you answered yes to any of these statements, you could be suffering from adrenal fatigue.

And This is not something you want to ignore so stay tuned.

Im guessing if youre watching this video you have been suffering from chronic fatigue

for some time and youre starting to think there is something

more going on, like adrenal fatigue.

Im glad youre here.

When I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue just several years ago, I had never heard

of it.

For years, I was struggling to figure out what was going on.

I was exhausted all the time, even after a full nights sleep and it

seemed like no matter what I ate or how much I exercised my health just kept declining.

I had been suffering from several unexplained chronic conditions

like hypoglycemia, hypothyroidism, eczema, severe allergies; I

had developed many sensitivities to foods.

And the list goes on.

I was so frustrated and confused.

Its estimated that about 80% of people experience adrenal fatigue at some point

in their lives, yet it is often overlooked and misunderstood by the medical

community.

Basically its when your adrenal glands arent able to adequately perform their

stress fighting functions as they should.

The adrenal glands help your body deal with various stresses it encounters

each day whether the stress is: physical, mental, emotional or chemical.

The adrenals respond to the stress and release hormones that help your body deal

with the stress and maintain its balance.

But, how will you know if what youre experiencing is actually adrenal fatigue and not something

else?

Here are the most common Adrenal Fatigue Symptoms and Signs

Weight Issues: Tendency to gain weight in the abdomen and/or have a tough time losing

weight Food cravings: Cravings for salty or sugary

foods, sometimes feeling uncontrollable?

Energy: you feel Wired and Tired.

Constantly exhausted.

Youre tired even without having indulged in

vigorous activities.

You feel exhausted and weighed down by your responsibilities.

You seem to wake up after 6:00pm and feel like the day has just

begun Sleep: Have trouble falling asleep or suffer

from insomnia.

Wake up frequently through the night or you sleep

7-8 hours a night, but you wake up feeling exhausted

Blood pressure: High or low blood pressure can both be indicators.

Getting lightheaded when you get up quickly is associated with low blood pressure

and tends to be more common with AF sufferers Cognitive Function: Brain fog.

Hard to stay focused on one task, experience racing thoughts constantly

Immunity: Recovery from an illness or a stressful situation takes longer than it should

Food Sensitivities/Allergies: Cant seem to digest certain foods although you have

never had food allergies before

Libido: Reduced sex drive Hormones: Experience severe PMS

Additional symptoms include: * Numbness in your fingers

* Cold hands and feet * Frequent urination

* Poor circulation * Allergies worsen or develop allergies later

in life * Asthma

Again if you have adrenal fatigue, this is not something you want to ignore as it can

lead to many long term health consequences if left untreated.

Now you know the most common adrenal fatigue symptoms and signs, so whats next?

There are common mistakes that many people make every day that further exhausts their

adrenals and increase their symptoms and we want to make sure you

are avoiding those mistakes, so weve prepared a special gift for

you: A report on The 5 common mistakes that feed your fatigue and how you can avoid them.

And we want to give it to you free.

Double Line displays. The PoE message

board also includes a multi-function

board: a speaker, strobe light and a LED

display. Tremendous board! The number one

advantage provided with wireless message

boards is that they received their

messages wirelessly, therefore, you can

hang a board any place that you have an

AC power outlet and it will pick up the

messages

wirelessly. Now the PoE message boards

require an Ethernet connection. But the

nice thing there is you have to worry

about power because they're PoE - Power

over Ethernet. They'll get their messages

via Ethernet and they also get their

power.

You don't need to have an AC power

outlet where the board will be located.

Operational messages can be displayed

in a static manner or in a scrolling

text manner. The LEDs inside the board

can display multiple colors. You can

select red, green or orange.

Let's Discover ON - Stryke Target Range - Duration: 4:24.

Hi everybody it's Tony & Petula.

And Let's Discover Ontario.

We always love to bring you to new places and show you fun things to try with your family.

We got some special guests today.

Kristen & Shadi of Vacation Couple, and Carolann & Macrae from One Modern Couple.

We're in Brampton today, what are we doing babe?

We're at Stryke Target Range, we're gonna do some axe throwing, knife throwing, archery,

it's going to be a great time.

You can throw a knife two ways, from the handle or the point.

Marcus, tell me the truth, who's better at this girls or guys?

Well, you see, everybody is unique in their own way, they bring their own talents to the

table.

So it's all in good fun.

Marcus is a politician, he didn't really answer - did you notice?

Line up that iron divot with this one, deactivate safety, aim, shoot.

Tell us about your blog.

So Vacation Couple, we usually go to luxury resorts and try to induce some wanderlust.

We're usually filming, we get the drone out, and we create experience videos for people

to check out.

Try to help them pick which resort is right for them.

One Modern Couple, what is one modern couple?

We share all about our travel in life as a couple, and talk about the different destinations

that we go to.

We write and film about what we do, what we eat, where to stay, what to see.

Pretty much all of it.

That's our time at Stryke, thank you so much guys.

What do you think?

Awesome!
