Giant 16" Disk Sander for the Lathe - Duration: 5:58.

Hey guys, thank you for watching.

So this is it here, the new disk sander.

16" in diameter.

I did the same thing on my old lathe but that only had a capacity of 12" so I needed to

upgrade it for this guy.

So you can see the attachment mechanism that I used on the last one.

This just slid into the bed of the lathe.

So this was all made out of 3/4" plywood, mostly scrap and it's fastened to the bed

with bolts, the same place you can attached an extension bed.

And then the disk is just attached to a face plate with screws.

If you are new here be sure to subscribe, I do new videos every Monday and I'll link

a couple more videos up here that are almost as good as this one.

Alright, thank you for watching.

Art Battle 499 - My Halifax - Weekly Vlogs - Things To Do In Halifax - Duration: 2:43.

Hi guys my name's Adam Cooper and for this weeks

My Halifax we have come to check out the Art Battle.

I feel like Halifax is a very artistic place and there's lots of talented artists that

you probably wouldn't even know were in the city.

One of the best examples of their talents and how good they are at what they do is going

to check out an Art Battle.

The format for Art Battle is actually really simple.

There's three rounds.

From each round two painters will go through into the final so when the music starts the

painters have twenty minutes to complete their work.

During this time the audience is circling them and seeing the progress which is really

cool experience because you get see up close and personal what the artists are actually

doing.

After the round is finished the audience votes and then two painters go through to the final.

The winner of the final will go to the Art Battle final in Toronto.

So if I had to paint something in a crowd of people for twenty minutes, it'd looks like

this.

This is the second time I've covered an Art Battle.

To me every time I go I'm really impressed with the talent that's on display.

It is incredibly hard to paint something in twenty minutes with a crowd of people around

you circling you as you go.

I've always really enjoyed the Art Battles for the sense of community that's there.

While I was there filming we got to speak to a lot of people from all different walks

of life that had come here to support people or just because their really into art.

It was so nice to see such a group of people that are really really passionate and really

into the event and that was really fun to see.

Thank you for watching this week's My Halifax.

It is being filmed from a different location than the Art Battle because they are exceptionally

loud.

I hope you like the new format or if you like this format let me know in the comments below.

If there's anywhere you think we should make a video please let us know in the comments

below.

We would love to get out and feature your event, your charity, or your location in one

of our vlogs.

My Halifax Vlog is all about Halifax so please feel free to reach out to us we would love

to support your organization in anyway possible we can.

Thank you for liking commenting and subscribing to our channel and we will see you next week.

That's a bird.

NEXT STORY KEY FACETS TO A WORLD WHERE HUMANITY CAN THRIVE - Duration: 6:28.

NEXT STORY KEY FACETS TO A WORLD WHERE HUMANITY CAN THRIVE.

by Edward Morgan.

Instead of narrowing our focus on the misfortunes plaguing our world, let us look to the future

with bright eyes and open minds.

This article is a list of technologies and present innovations of realizations and

higher vibrations.

We, as a collective, can either get sucked into the spiraling delusion of doomsday, or

we can soar into the future with power, passion, and freewill deciding for ourselves the

future of humanity.

Artificial Intelligence

This newly developed applied science of formula and invention has bestowed each human being

with a second brain to help us solve, create, and teach.

Thinking machines have transformed our society.

But lets remember, machines will not solve all of our issues, and were not after a

world of transhumanism.

But machines can help us thrive in automation, allowing us to have many basic needs met and

use our time to enjoy earth, contribute to community and explore our gifts without the

incessant need to work just to survive.

Spiritual Unity

Love, transcendence, understanding, compassion this is a recipe for Peace.

We look within to dissolve the illusion of separation.

Whether you practice Catholicism, Judaism, Buddhism, or Agnosticism You and You and

You are each a Spirit.

We are becoming aware of a profound truth.

We are all unified.

Quantum Physics

As we study space, we to learn where and how we fit within the marvelous puzzle of the

Universe.

In todays day and age, we have the opportunity to view Hubble telescope imagery, seeing clearly

the reality of the Now.

Quantum Physics

Nikola Tesla once said: The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it

will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.

This is the study of atomic particles the study of ourselves, of our spirit, of all

energy in the Universe.

Arguably the most important innovation of present time is the CERNs Particle Accelerator

which helps us understand the nature of Infinity.

Beyond this, the understanding of quantum physics has helped us to understand more about

how our own consciousness impacts the world around us.

Perception of Human Body

The image of the Physical and Metaphysical body has become generalized.

Women and Men are told to look a certain way.

Internal organs are viewed with objective eyes, instead of subjective.

We are learning to embrace both the inner and outer body with compassion.

Harmony With Nature

With the turning tides of today comes a realization: we coexist within an ebb and flow.

When we take, we too must give.

As we extend our hand to Earth, we share secret words, softly spoken, with Eternity.

We are awakening to a truth and we are returning to our roots.

Free, Clean Energy

Whether we invest in electricity or wind or ocean, we have come to an urgent conclusion

that clean and readily available free energy is the best solution for a bright future.

The technologies available beyond the primitive forms mentioned above are emerging very quickly.

Perhaps a re-emergence of the Tesla Coil will allow us to discover a realm of wondrous possibilities.

Regardless, this will hands down be one of the biggest changes humanity will see in the

near future.

Our energy problems are already solved.

Virtual Reality

The Internet has taken our species into an alternate reality.

Where you are You out there, and you are You in here.

Cyberspace is like a one-brain Universe where nerves firing to create thoughts and memories

become equivalent to codes compiling in a database of human culture.

The Minds of people are here, there, and everywhere.

We are Infinite.

We are Connected.

Cultivation Of Art

A beautiful new-wave of expression can be seen blooming from the seeds of our ever-widening

perspective.

We are living in a Global Renaissance.

People across seas can share ideas with one another.

We give a paintbrush to our hearts.

We teach our children to explore a pursuit of Self.

Consciousness Therapy

More and more, we choose to swap pharmaceuticals for meditation.

We uncover a cure for mental and emotional disease in the mind-expanding and heart-opening

qualities of psychedelics.

With our eyes open, we break our chains and expand our collective consciousness to the

stars.

Purposeful Existence

As we find awareness within this matrix created by our Monkey Minds, we learn to befriend

our own Ego.

We see the vast possibilities of time.

We listen to our inner voice to hear the beat of our own drum.

We follow our own song.

We walk in the direction of our true Destiny.

If you find yourself lost, remember that you have the power to change the world.

At one point in your life, you thought the world was ending.

You cried.

You struggled.

You suffered gravely but then you opened your eyes.

You saw the eyes of your mother.

You saw the eyes of your father.

You were not dying, you were being reborn.

Now we open our eyes together, reborn into a

brighter future.

What's Really Going On With Tamron Hall - Duration: 3:42.

The always dramatic world of morning news got hit with another bombshell in February

2017 when Tamron Hall suddenly announced she was leaving NBC News and MSNBC.

After the news broke, the Today show was thrust into the media spotlight as audiences tried

to figure out why Hall quit and if NBC's newest high-profile hire, former Fox News star Megyn

Kelly, had anything to do with it.

Here's what we know.

Abrupt exit

Hall shocked her millions of fans when she announced she was leaving her top-rated post

on the Today show, as well as her duties on MSNBC, after her contract expires at the end

of February 2017 with the statement: "The last ten years have been beyond anything I

could have imagined, and I'm grateful.

I'm also very excited about the next chapter.

To all my great colleagues, I will miss you and I will be rooting for you."

Hall joined MSNBC and the Today show in 2007 and 2014, respectively, and was reportedly

miffed when reports indicating that NBC was canceling the third hour of Today—during

which Hall co-anchored Today's Take alongside Al Roker—to make room for the addition of

conservative newcomer Megyn Kelly.

Roker wished his former co-host well with a sincere public send-off that betrayed no

behind-the-scenes drama.

"Personally, Tamron has been not just a co-host here on Today's Take for the past three years

but a good friend—and to not just me, to all of us here."

Public pro

For her part, Hall's been keeping her cool where the public is concerned too.

Let's just say, despite Hall's sudden departure, NBC apparently won't have to worry about dealing

with another Ann Curry-esque situation in the press.

In fact, Hall has been presenting a very positive and peppy post-departure demeanor, including

a philanthropic PSA video during which she addressed the elephant in the room.

"Thank you guys for all of your sweet social media messages.

It's meant so much to me.

These are good times for everybody!"

Sources have praised Hall for being "nothing short of a team player" and keeping any potential

drama off the air, despite her disappointment over the network's changes.

Common denominator

Even if Megyn Kelly is being groomed as the network's next big superstar, NBC reportedly

did its part to get Hall to stay during this awkward transition period, including a healthy

salary offer, but she refused.

Hall was reportedly offered a "multi-million dollar contract" to stick around, which made

it a huge head-scratcher as to why she decided to ditch anyway, especially after all she's

done in the name of her job in the past.

"Ahh!

Whoa whoa whoa!

Wow!"

"Are you okay?!"

"Wow!"

Or did her refusal to remain simply confirm what so many believe is the real reason for

her early exit?

Rumor has it, Hall's exit from Today may be the start of many shakeups coming to the top-rated

morning news program over the next few months.

Kelly is already expected by some to co-anchor the show with Matt Lauer after she starts

in September 2017, which could bump its current co-anchor, Savannah Guthrie, to another hour as well.

NBC has not confirmed its intentions to bump Guthrie from the 7 a.m. slot for Kelly, but

many believe Kelly's hefty paycheck offer was coupled with the promise of being on the

top spot for the morning news as well.

Whitewashing accusations

Following the announcement that Kelly's segment would replace Roker and Hall, and Hall's subsequent

departure from the network, prominent organizations began speaking out against the shift, including

the National Association of Black Journalists which stated it was

"...saddened by Tamron Hall's departure from NBC.

[...] NBC has been a leader for diversity in broadcasting, but recent reports that Hall

and Roker will be replaced by former Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly are being seen by industry

professionals as whitewashing."

NBC issued its own statement in response to the NABJ, saying:

"NBC News has a long and proven history as an industry leader in newsroom diversity.

We will continue to engage in the running dialogue we've had for many years with the

National Association of Black Journalists and other advocacy groups to advance those goals."

Whether Hall's departure becomes a trend or not remains to be seen, but the heat is certainly

on NBC as a result of it.

Movies That Seriously Damaged Actors' Bodies - Duration: 6:48.

We've heard of suffering for your art, but some actors take it to extremes.

It's one thing to do your own stunts, but it's another to completely change your body

in drastic ways to nail a role.

Some stars eagerly embrace the challenge of transformation, and still feel the burn after

the filming stops.

Here are a few movies that seriously damaged actors' bodies

Tom Hardy in The Dark Knight Rises

It's abundantly clear that Tom Hardy isn't afraid of a little hard work.

He got into massive shape and broke a few bones when he played an MMA fighter in Warrior,

and stayed in shape to play Max in Fury Road… where co-star Charlize Theron accidentally

broke his nose.

But it was as everybody's favorite Bane that he really blew our socks off.

"Bane!!!!!!!"

….Wait, not that one.

This one.

It was his turn as the beefed-up Bane in the 2012 film The Dark Knight Rises that Hardy

admits was the hardest.

Speaking with The Daily Beast, Hardy said that adding all that muscle weight to his

slight 5'9" frame took a huge a toll, saying,

"I've probably damaged my body too much.

I'm only little!

If I keep putting on weight I'll collapse like a house of cards under too much pressure.

I think you pay the price with any drastic physical changes.

It was all right when I was younger, to put myself under that kind of duress, but I think

as you get into your 40s you have to be more mindful."

Comic accurate?

Not even close.

Could still kick our butts inside out?

Absolutely.

Matt Damon in Courage Under Fire

Maybe he felt like he needed to prove himself, but early in his career, Matt Damon lost 40

pounds to play a role in the 1996 war drama Courage Under Fire — and his body came to

regret it afterwards.

The rapid weight loss caused lasting effects with his blood sugar.

Damon told Movieline,

"I ran six miles in the morning and six miles at night, and I'd drink four to six pots of

coffee to be able to run that distance.

...I wouldn't waver from my diet.

It got so bad that when my girlfriend kissed me, I'd have to wash my mouth out because

I could taste the oils on her lips from the food she'd eaten."

Humblebrag about his greasy girlfriend aside, even director Ed Zwick was shocked at how

thin Damon got, and told him to eat.

Damon refused, and as a result, Damon had to remain on medication to moderate his blood

sugar for a year and a half.

He clearly learned his lesson: for The Martian, he simulated his character's severe end-of-movie

weight loss with digital effects instead of actual starvation.

Ben Foster in The Program

Known as a character actor more than a leading man, Ben Foster shines in just about whatever

he does, and is completely willing to change his appearance for a role.

When Foster got the chance to play the disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong in the 2015 film The

Program, he went all in… and that included taking performance-enhancing drugs as part

of his research, just like Armstrong.

While Foster maintains that the drugs were legal and taken under doctor supervision,

he told the BBC that, unsurprisingly, those drugs messed with his body for quite awhile

after the film was wrapped, saying,

"I had a great doctor, which helped me handle some of those consequences.

But it took about half a year to get my levels right, and I would say for any athlete, you

have to ask, 'Where are your values?'"

Reportedly, those values included literally eating dirt to get a better feel for his character

in Lone Survivor, and buying, but not taking, meth for his role in Alpha Dog.

Gotta draw the line somewhere.

Matthew McConaughey in Dallas Buyers Club

Matthew McConaughey has always been known for his incredible good looks, but these days,

the actor seems hell-bent on transforming that handsomeness into something else — and

it all seemed to start with his Oscar-winning performance in the 2013 Dallas Buyers Club.

The then-44-year-old dropped nearly 50 pounds for the role.

Describing the experience of losing the weight, the actor told the BBC,

"I did it in as healthy a way as I found possible.

I met with a nutritionist.

I gave myself four months to lose the weight.

I had my programmed meals, lost 3.5 pounds a week — like clockwork — and got down

to my desired weight, which turned out to be 47 pounds lighter."

While McConaughey never mentioned having any long-lasting problems, it did change him a

little, because he's never looked quite the same since.

See if you even recognize him in 2017's Gold, for which, among other things, he gained weight.

Chris Hemsworth in In the Heart of the Sea

Actor Chris Hemsworth also took the extreme weight loss plunge for his part in 2015's

In the Heart of the Sea, where he plays Owen Chase, a man stranded at sea.

The actor lost 33 pounds to accurately convey Chase's the suffering, but he admitted it

took quite a toll on his body and his mind, more so than building muscle weight for Thor,

which he told Good Morning America.

"The gaining is fine, you just eat a lot and you lift weights but that was underfed, which

led to a pretty moody existence and inconsistent emotions and so on."

Hemsworth only ate about 500 calories a day, consisting of boiled eggs, salads and, quote,

"nothing much."

As an actor, Hemsworth wanted to play it real.

"You know, in order to do it justice - the story - we had to suffer in some way and we

did.

It was, you know, there was not a whole lot of acting was required."

Even more impressive, Hemsworth was able to rebound from the extreme change well enough

to return to the extremely buff, extremely Mighty Thor.

Christian Bale in The Machinist

If there's a prize for crazy extremes actors endure for their craft, the award goes to

Christian Bale, who's known to, uh… really get into his roles.

"What the… f--- are you doing?

Are you professional or not?"

"Yes, I am"

" Do I f---ing walk around and rip.."

NO! Shut the f--- up Bruce!"

He gained weight for American Hustle, and bulked up to play Batman.

But it was his turn in the 2004 indie film The Machinist that became his most infamous

transformation.

To play a person suffering from insomnia, Bale lost 65 pounds by basically eating a

single can of tuna fish or an apple a day, along with drinking black coffee and water.

Even the health professionals he consulted with warned Bale to not go too far, but he

ignored their advice, telling Moviepilot,

"I had been to a nutritionist and when I had got down to what she had told me was a healthy

weight, I just went, 'You know what?

I can go more than this.

I can keep going.'

So I lost another 20 pounds below what she said I should stop at."

While the transformation was stunning, Bale explained more of his experience.

"I didn't actually feel bad until I started eating again.

It was when I started putting the weight back on, that I did it somewhat too rapidly.

...You know, putting the weight back on I just wanted to consume pizza and donuts."

While Bale managed to bounce back, it's a pretty good bet he won't be taking another

role as a psycho skeleton in the near future.

Then again, who wouldn't want to see a movie called Psycho Skeleton starring Christian

Bale?

Answer: no one.

This Is Why You Should Stop Using Deodorant - Duration: 7:24.

If you're like most Americans, your typical morning includes taking a shower, cleaning

your teeth and wrapping up your hygiene routine with the swipe or spray of deodorant before

getting dressed and primped.

A whopping 95 percent of Americans regularly use deodorant, which has made the deodorant

business an $18 billion industry.

"You guys have no idea."

"Wow.

You stink!"

While few of us could ever imagine walking out the door without putting on deodorant,

there's some compelling evidence that shows that not only is deodorant unnecessary for

many, the use of deodorants and antiperspirants can even be dangerous to your health.

Giving up this common odor-control tradition might seem unimaginable, but consider what

scientists are discovering about their use.

Here are the real reasons you should stop using deodorant.

Rendered unnecessary

Some of us really do need deodorant if we want to feel and be clean by today's standards.

No one ever wants to smell bad, even when we're alone.

"My God.

What is that smell?!"

But not everyone actually needs it.

The reason some people smell badly in the armpit region is because the bacteria living

there breaks down lipids and amino acids found in sweat and turns them into substances that

have a very distinct odor.

However, one study found not everyone produces the bacteria that leads to underarm odor.

Scientists discovered that a gene called ABCC11 determines whether people produce wet or dry

earwax.

Interestingly, people who produce the "dry" version of earwax also lack a chemical in

their armpits that leads to underarm odor.

Researchers discovered about two percent of Europeans lack the genes for smelly armpits,

while most East Asians and almost all Koreans lack this gene.

So, for those who don't have the genetic propensity for underarm odor and still wear deodorants,

it's just an added, unnecessary expense.

Chemical overload

Unfortunately, deodorants and antiperspirants may also contain a whole slew of questionable

ingredients, including toxic chemicals that can lead to some pretty serious health issues

when absorbed through the skin.

In fact, chemicals placed on your skin can be even more dangerous than if you ingested

them orally, because they can enter the bloodstream without being metabolized.

With so many questionable compounds used in some deodorants that can be absorbed and stored

in fat cells in the underarm area, the results can be dangerous.

There are hormone receptors in your underarm tissue, which can react to some of the ingredients

in deodorants.

So if you aren't already reading the ingredient labels on your brand of deodorant, you might

want to consider finding out what's going on you — and ultimately, going in you.

Excess paraben alert

Some deodorants include parabens, which are used as preservatives.

While these preservatives are what help prevent the growth of odor-causing bacteria in their

products, they can also mimic estrogen in the body, and extra estrogen can potentially

lead to the development of breast cancers.

Aluminum compounds, which are used in many antiperspirants to block the sweat ducts from

producing odor-causing perspiration, have also been found to mimic estrogen.

It should be noted that not all scientists agree with these findings, but there is certainly

enough evidence to make you think twice.

At least one study has found women who developed breast cancer at an earlier age shaved their

armpits and used deodorants more frequently and at an earlier age.

Dangerous pesticides

An antibacterial agent and pesticide known as triclosan is another common ingredient

found in some deodorants and antiperspirants.

Several animal studies have shown triclosan may alter hormone regulation and has been

thought to contribute to antibiotic resistant bacteria.

It's also been linked to a slew of other health risks, including skin irritation and endocrine

disruption.

Surprisingly, research in 2008 found triclosan in the urine of nearly 75 percent of people

tested.

In light of the research, several cosmetic companies including Johnson & Johnson and

Procter & Gamble have said they would be removing triclosan from their products out of safety

concerns and the FDA announced it was banning the use of several common ingredients, including

triclosan, in antibacterial soaps and washes.

Hormone disruption

Phthalates are added to many deodorants and antiperspirants to help the product stick

to your skin.

Like parabens and aluminum compounds, phthalates can also interfere with your hormones.

It differs, however, in that it disrupts the way your body produces and uses testosterone.

Granted, women do produce some testosterone naturally, much like men produce a certain

amount of estrogen, but too much testosterone can lead to variety of reproductive and other

health issues.

Experts caution that phthalates can impair reproductive ability in men and can impact

fetal development in pregnant women.

In addition, there is evidence that phthalates can be a contributing factor in lower IQs,

as well as producing higher rates of asthma.

And we're not done yet.

Odor increase

Okay, wrap your head around this.

Antiperspirants use antimicrobial agents to kill bacteria and other ingredients to block

your sweat glands.

However, antiperspirants actually affect the bacterial balance in your armpits.

Ultimately, their use can actually create an even greater odor-inducing sweat problem.

The bacteria killed off by deodorants and antiperspirants allow bacteria that produce

even more pungent odors to thrive instead.

In other words, they can mess with the microorganisms, many of which are beneficial, that live on

and in your body.

As some researchers would argue, deodorants can make the odor more pronounced, while stopping

the use of antiperspirants may eventually lessen the smell.

More food for thought: before you assume deodorants and antiperspirants can actually stop body

odor as much as you might think, consider that the FDA only requires that a brand reduce

sweat by 20 percent in order to claim it provides "all day protection."

Producers that claim their product is "extra strength" need only reduce dampness by 30

percent to pass the grade.

Another smell solution

There are other ways to control pit odor other than relying solely on deodorants and antiperspirants.

One way to reduce your body odor is to follow a clean lifestyle of healthy eating, drinking

plenty of water and getting regular exercise.

Other recommendations include bathing daily, avoiding spicy or strong-smelling foods like

garlic, limiting caffeinated beverages and trying relaxation techniques like yoga or

biofeedback to reduce the nervous sweat that can lead to body odor.

"Sometimes when I get nervous I stick my fingers under my arms and I smell 'em like that!"

So eating well, going for a run, heading to the gym or even hitting up a sauna can help

eliminate the toxins that produce body odor.

But for those who do need a little help, a paste of baking soda and water can be a very

effective deodorant for some people.

Other options include dabbing a bit of apple cider vinegar under your arms and eliminating

the use of chemically-enhanced deodorants and antiperspirants from your daily routine.

If you really feel you need to continue using deodorants or antiperspirants, read the label

to see if any dangerous products are listed in the ingredients before purchasing a product

that might not be beneficial for your health.

*speaks gibberish*

If you can't even pronounce what you read there, that's a good sign you might to take

a deeper dive into what's included in the mix.

With so much conflicting information out there about the safety of deodorants and antiperspirants,

it's better to be safe — and a little smelly — than sorry, right?

Bizarre Things That Happened On The Walking Dead Set - Duration: 8:59.

Think you know The Walking Dead?

Even the most diehard zombie-head doesn't know everything that goes on during filming

of the hit series — but there's plenty.

Here are some truly bizarre things that happened on the set of The Walking Dead.

Merle's Gone Wild

These days Walking Dead stars like Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus are household names.

But during the filming of season one, Atlanta residents were unaware of the soon-to-be global

television phenomenon taking place in their backyards.

You might remember the scene in the show's second episode, "Guts," where Merle — played

by Michael Rooker — perches on a roof with a sniper rifle and uses the walkers in the

street below as target practice.

When one Atlanta resident saw actor Rooker seemingly firing a rifle from the roof of

a local building, they understandably called the fuzz.

Luckily, the production crew was able to clear things up with the local police and S.W.A.T

team, and no one was hurt.

To be fair, you'd probably freak out too if you saw Merle brandishing a weapon in your hometown.

It's zombie blood, officer!

We've all had rough days at the office, but the cast of The Walking Dead regularly ends

their workday covered in blood and zombie guts.

Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie on the hit show, told Jimmy Kimmel about an awkward encounter

she had getting pulled over by a cop after leaving the set one day while she was covered

in blood and gore.

Thinking quickly, Cohan made sure to have her script visible in the hopes that the officer

was a fan.

Lucky for her, Johnny Law was more interested in scoring a date than asking her why she

looked like Carrie.

"Little lady, I don't see a ring on your finger.

Does that mean you're single?

And I was like, 'Yeah!

But, um…' and I so wished I just had the ticket."

Steven Yeun's little friend

It isn't just zombies that the The Walking Dead cast encounters deep in the woods.

Glenn himself, Steven Yeun, told Conan O'Brien about the time he ended a day filming in nature

with a new little pal.

"I was doing the regular tick check and then I went to go in the shower and then I pulled

my pants down.

And uh, I had a guy… on my guy."

When he finally was able to remove the tick from his, uh, Little Steven, he decided to

take a lesson from The Walking Dead and kill it with fire:

"So I killed it with a flamethrower, or lighter…"

"Flamethrower?!"

"Lighter."

Bug spray: Don't leave home without it.

A Tree Falls In Senoia

The Walking Dead may have millions of fans, but some residents in the town of Senoia,

Georgia where the show films are tired of living in "Walker Central."

"You walk along and people tell you you're not allowed to take pictures.

And you wanna say, 'Well, this is my community."'

One resident expressed his frustration to Good Morning America after show producers

called the police on him for trimming his trees.

"They come out of there saying I need to stop.

They're filming.

Uh, I said, 'Well, no.

You just carry your happy butt right behind the wall."

While his opinion almost certainly isn't shared by everyone in the town, it's not too surprising

he'd feel this way.

However, many residents actually receive $400 a month for their inconvenience, as well as

incentive to stay quiet about anything they see that might spoil the storyline.

Four-hundred bucks a month, just to deal with a bunch of Hollywood zombies wandering around

the neighborhood?

There are worse ways to make a living.

Like being a TV clown, for instance:

"Hey, Bobbo, wanna play a game?

Okay!

Look up!

Look down!

Now look at Mr. Frying Pan!"

Nighty night, Glenn

Like us, the cast and crew of The Walking Dead miss Glenn, and actor Steven Yeun.

Following Glenn's on-screen death, The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman shared one of

his favorite memories of Steven with Entertainment Weekly.

It seems that on Yeun's first day of filming, the actor had to run back and forth to grab

Rick's hat from a tank.

He hadn't eaten anything all day, and blacked out.

Kirkman says Yeun was a good sport about it, but the cast still gave him grief.

Talk about an embarrassing first day on the job.

The Puking Dead

Fans loved when Sonequa Martin-Green, aka Sasha, saved The Hilltop with just Maggie

by her side.

But as it turns out, filming of the gruesome scene was particularly difficult for the actress,

as she was hit with a nasty stomach bug during filming.

As Martin-Green told Yahoo!, she puked right when the crew arrived to base camp for filming

and continued to empty the contents of her stomach every 30 minutes throughout the day

and night.

But just like Sasha, Sonequa Martin-Green is one tough customer, and fought through

her illness so the shoot wouldn't have to be rescheduled.

The cast and crew had Martin-Green's back, having a bucket at the ready to catch her

upchuck.

The actress nicely gave her colleagues warning's before the vomit tsunami happened, announcing,

"I've got about 15 minutes before I throw up again.

Now I feel OK, let's get it done."

Eugene's mullet almost melted

It's not easy to get a mullet as sweet as Eugene's.

And actor Josh McDermitt almost lost his business in the front, party in the back locks during

the filming of the Season 5 episode "Self Help."

As Lauren Cohan told Entertainment Weekly, the bus fire during the episode really turned

up the heat.

"When the six of us were on the road and then the bus went up into flames, the flames were

much bigger than we thought they were going to be."

The heat from the flames caused everyone's backsides to get toasty and the heavy rains

caused poor Josh McDermitt's hair dye to start to melt.

Cohan explained that the combination of having a burned "bum" and the heavy rains washing

out Josh's sweet mullet made her totally lose it.

"The fact that like my whole backside was literally like, getting scorched and Joshua's

was as well and the rain started coming down and melting the the hair dye out of his hair,

and I just started laughing."

Cohan revealed that she had a hard time keeping a straight face during filming, and nudged

McDermitt to keep him away from the crazy inferno.

The moment is captured in the episode, and now fans know the real story.

"If you watch the episode, you can actually see us just trying to like, hold it together

and it's in the episode, but you'd only know if you were hearing the story, which you're

hearing right now."

So if you want to get Eugene's luxurious mullet, it's probably a good idea to stay

out of the rain and away from open flames.

Pranks for the memories

The Walking Dead can be a pretty heavy show, so it's no wonder that the cast needs to

blow off some steam from time to time.

Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus have an ongoing prank war that has gone to some pretty crazy places.

As Reedus told James Corden, one prank involved Norman placing a '80s-style, airbrushed

custom Daryl Dixon license plate on Lincoln's car.

"He never noticed, so months, he drove around with this on his car."

Before Lincoln even had time to retaliate, Reedus pulled another prank that featured

some serious "fowl" play.

"He walked into his trailer and I filled it full of chickens.

Yeah."

"What?!"

"Yeah."

"You filled his trailer full of chickens?!"

"Yeah!"

And because pranks are the universal language, Reedus pulled another fast one on Lincoln

during a promotional event for The Walking Dead's fourth season in Japan.

"Do you want to practice your lines I taught you?"

"Toile wa doko desu ka?

Right?

Toile wa doko desu ka?"

"Cheers."

"It's great to be here."

Turns out the phrases Lincoln used with his Japanese hosts didn't mean "Thank you" as

Reedus told him.

"It means where's the toilet."

"You son of a… !"

Then there was the time Reedus filled the air conditioner in Lincoln's car with glitter.

After that glitter bomb, the war was on.

Reedus revealed on Talking Dead that Lincoln's prank revenge involved a sex doll and Daryl's

motorcycle.

"Andy took my motorcycle and put it on that boat and put a sex doll on it and then pushed

it out in the middle of the lake.

That was the last one, so he's due…"

Naked Norman

Daryl in his birthday suit might be a dream come true for Daryl and Carol shippers, but

on The Walking Dead set, Norman Reedus dropping trou is a regular occurrence.

When Reedus was late to set one day after his alarm clock failed to go off, the crew

had to improvise by putting a stunt double in Daryl's outfit on a motorcycle.

Reedus wanted to be in the scene, so he rushed to set and stripped off his clothes on the way:

"I was late.

Um, they put, they put one of the crew members in my outfit.

And I ran up and got naked and I was like, 'Bring that bike back here!'

Of course Reedus had to bare all for the Season 7 episode where Daryl is held prisoner by

Negan and forced to scarf down dog food.

But the actor clearly isn't afraid of "The Full Monty."

As he told TV Guide,

"I walked in, and wardrobe was like, 'do you want to wear a sock over your junk?' and I

was like, 'nope'.

I just went in, naked … I sat down naked in front of the whole camera crew, and everyone's

head just moved to the right.

It was like they were watching Wimbledon."

Norman Reedus Has Rick's Beard

Norman Reedus is known for his pranks and bizarre on-set antics, but this one just might

be the strangest.

It turns out the actor is also hoarding Andrew Lincoln's beard.

"I actually have Andrew's beard in my refrigerator…"

As he revealed to Entertainment Tonight, Reedus kept Lincoln's manly scruff from the memorable

season five episode where Rick shaves.

If that wasn't proof enough, Reedus shared a photo of Rick's gray facial hair on Instagram.

By now, you may be asking, why would Norman Reedus save Andrew Lincoln's beard in a plastic bag?

Your guess is as good as his — but it probably has to do with true bromance:
