For Complex News, I'm Hanuman Welch.

The cast of the Han Solo stand-alone cast has grown yet again with the addition of Michael

K Williams.

The Boardwalk Empire and The Wire actor now joins the Han Solo crew that includes stars

Alden Ehrenreich Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, Donald Glover, Thandie Newton, and Phoebe

Waller-Bridge

Who exactly Williams will be playing in the young Han Solo joint is still a closely guarded

secret, but feel free to speculate away and hopefully he'll be channeling some Omar Little

for the role.

What we do know is that the young Han Solo movie went into production last week and will

be the next non-main star wars entry bookending last year's Rogue One a Star Wars Story and

following this year's Star Wars Episode eight The Last Jedi.

The still untitled Han Solo movie is currently due to release May 25, 2018.

That's all for now, but for everything else subscribe to Complex on youtube.

How Many Times a Week Should I Workout? - Duration: 4:19.

You might have heard your bros or broettes say that recovery days are muy importante

and working out every day is bad.

But some bros religiously believe in the value of training daily.

So, exactly how many times should you actually work out per week?

Certainly, rest days are important.

After all, strength and growth adaptations do not occur in the gym, rather during your

sleep and recovery.

But if you're only walking on a treadmill for 2 hours while watching telenovelas on

your phone, rest probably won't matter much then.

On the other end, if you're busting your booty lifting the heaviest weights possible

for as many times as possible each workout, rest indeed is necessary.

Fact of the matter is, when deciding how often you should go to the gym, you need to first

consider two things about your workout routine: Intensity, aka the heaviness of the weights

you are moving, and volume, aka your intensity times reps and sets.

When adjusting any of these three factors, you will affect the other two, and consequently

will change the answer to how many times you should be training per week.

You have to ask, "What are you doing in the gym in the first place?"

If you do a lot of high intensity, failure type training, then certainly you should rest

more often.

In terms of strength goals, you'll typically lift very heavy weights, thus become fatigued

and demand more recovery.

In terms of building muscle, volume is the ultimate factor dictating growth.

And if you're familiar with my reps and sets video, you might have the impression

that more volume will indeed mean more gainz.

Unfortunately, more is not always better.

As you ramp up volume, your fatigue levels will raise just as it does with high intensity

training.

If you forgo adequate rest, your body begins overreaching where fatigue increases and performance

suffers.

Continue to avoid rest and you begin overtraining, at which point you'll be happy to even be

energized enough to pick up your spoon to eat breakfast!

Some studies also show that a threshold of volume exists, meaning that at a certain point,

adding more volume isn't going to do you any good anyway.

Not to mention soreness, which can easily cut down your performance.

All this being said, typically, you want 48 hours of rest in between training, as studies

do show that muscle protein synthesis will run its course in this timeframe.

But, that doesn't mean you have to skip the gym entirely during rest.

One of the more popular ways of maximizing recovery and training is through a "bro

split."

You're training a subset of muscle groups on one day and then a different subset the

next day.

The intention is to rest one set of muscles while training the others.

Generally, bros splits involve splitting your "pull" movements, like pull-ups and back

rows, from your "pushes," such as bench and shoulder presses.

And somewhere in between you throw in legs or… at least try.

Typically, this will result into training 4-5 days per week, allowing you to hit each

muscle group at least twice, which research has shown to typically be the optimal amount.

But this doesn't mean full body workouts don't work.

Just be mindful of your fatigue and rest accordingly.

Bro Splits are not immune to fatigue neither, thus, you should take more rest days or change

the intensity or volume of your training when you see fit.

If you're just interested in the research, then here's a breakdown:

Generally, the studies tend to agree that training at a moderate intensity between 60

to 75% of your one rep max, with roughly 4 sets of 8-12 reps of each muscle group, two

times a week with some exceptions for three times, will be best for muscle gainz.

For muscle strength, training at a slightly high intensity of 80-90% of your one rep max

with a range of 4 to 8 sets per muscle group two times a week will suit the majority of

the population.

And that's roughly 4 times a week on a split.

Also, adjusting some days of low intensity training, aka deloads, is best practice for

fatigue recovery.

Beginners and intermediate lifters also tend to be able to get away with higher frequency

training while elite athletes or long-term lifters can benefit from more recovery.

So honestly, the amount of times you train can vary quite a lot from person to person.

It… just… depends.

At the end of the day, it will depend on your lifestyle and your own experimentations.

Test things out, listen to your body, and go with the frequency that gives you the best

results.

And share your thoughts on training frequencies in the comments below.

Like, share, and subdibbledo if you enjoyed the video.

As always, thank you for watching!

What Did Dinosaurs Taste Like? - Duration: 2:39.

You know how sometimes you're just sitting around wondering what dinosaur meat might

have tasted like?

Well chances are you might have eaten dinosaur meat recently

Technically, birds are dinosaurs.

If you look at bird skeletons, they look remarkably similar to dinos.

And over the centuries, paleontologists have found lots of fossils – from Archaeopteryx

to Ornithomimus – that suggest modern birds are direct descendants of dinosaurs.

Because biologists classify things based on relatedness, that makes pigeons, falcons,

and every other modern bird a living dinosaur.

So that chicken pot pie you had last night, or those game day buffalo wings – that's

all delectable dino.

In fact, you could say that dinosaur is actually the most popular meat in America.

Of course, when most people think of dinosaurs, they mean the extinct, non-avian kind.

So would those dinosaurs have tasted like chicken?

Well, even among birds today, there's quite a range of flavors: chicken is different from

turkey; turkey is different from duck…

There's even emu.

A lot of different factors could have affected the flavor of dino meat.

Meat, after all, is muscle, and muscle fiber comes in two varieties.

Slow-twitch fibers are what we know as red or dark meat.

They're used for lower-intensity, longer-duration activities like walking around.

The dark color comes from a protein called myoglobin, which binds iron and supplies oxygen

to these constantly hungry muscles.

Fast-twitch fibers, on the other hand, make up white meat, and are used for occasional

bursts of intense activity – like a chicken using its breast muscles to flap its wings.

Because these fibers really only need energy every now and then, they rely on glycogen,

a stored form of sugar, and don't have as much myoglobin, so they look white.

Fast-twitch muscle isn't worked out as much, so it's more tender, but it has less flavor.

Dinosaurs would have different amounts of white and dark meat depending on their lifestyles.

An herbivore like Brachiosaurus that was constantly on the move in search of food might be heavy

on the dark meat, while a predator that specialized in sudden bursts of movement like a velociraptor

would have more white meat.

What an animal eats also has a big effect on how it tastes – think of the difference

between a burger made from grass-fed cows and one made from cows raised on grain.

There were a few grain-eating dinosaurs, and lots of others dined on plants, so you would

have had your pick.

Back in the Mesozoic, dinosaurs were usually the ones chomping down on mammals, but you

would have a least one fellow dino-diner.

In 2005, researchers discovered a fossil of an opossum-sized mammal that had the remains

of a baby dinosaur in its gut.

So, even if we can't pinpoint the exact flavor profile of dinosaur meat now, rest

easy knowing that your ancestors had a pretty good idea.

🆕Cemu VS Zelda: Breath of the Wild | Why Do We Emulate? - Duration: 7:39.

Today is the day!

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is finally released out into the wild!

Rejoice Internet!

Also.. beware of spoilers!

There is an insane amount of hype for the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild!

And rightfully so!

First off, it's Zelda.

Which is my *absolutely favourite* gaming franchise of all time!

And it's a game that is being praised by the gaming community and media outlets everywhere

with perfect scores.

And just read the reviews!

This iteration of Zelda deserves the attention that it's getting!

Being a part of the emulation community and with so many people asking if Breath of the

Wild would be able to run on Cemu, I took straight to testing it before it's official

release date with physical copy in my hand and in my console.

My last video on emulating Zelda BotW in Cemu turned out to be incredibly controversial one

for what I considered to be another testing video!

But it's ZELDA!!

So I really should have known better!!

Some people hated the music I used haha fair enough.. fair enough!!

But more importantly, people seemed to have very mixed feelings and were split in the

comments between what seemed like two key points.

One was on my use of the word "playable" and how long I thought it would take for Cemu

to reach this state with Zelda.

I use the word in a very technically objective, non-general sense.

I did my best to clarify this in the comments (which of course was too late at that point),

but I now realize, to the majority, it's an incredibly subjective word.

And probably not the best to use without proper explanation.

So I will touch on this in a future video as it's a much larger topic and is not the

purpose of this specific video.

BUT!

If you haven't seen the previous video yet, regardless of your own subjective definition

of the word, know that the ** TLDR ** of that video is essentially testing footage that

shows that the game isn't yet playable in any sense of the word.

*frowny face*

BUT!

It reaches the main menu's and for a game that has just been released,

I know that this has left many *incredibly hopeful* for what's to come!

And a "little birdie" has told me that they have a surprise for us shortly.

So all eyes are on Team Cemu now!

It's only a matter of time!

And the second point being that testing emulation software on a game that has *just been released*

is hurting the game sales, the developers and Nintendo as a whole.

I disagree with this sentiment and I'll point to titles like Pokemon Sun/Moon which had

an early public leak and still went on to become the *highest selling Nintendo games

in history*.

I don't follow Pokemon much anymore but this is a huge accomplishment!

If anything, the leaks created even more hype for these games propelling them to "must have"

status urging the majority to run out and buy a copy or two!

I've been emulating for a very long time and in all instances, I've already been a patron

and supporter going out to buy the games, the consoles and the merchanise.

As I know is true for many of us in the community!

To me, this leads to an important question, why do we as a community like to emulate these

games anyway?

Regardless of how long you think it will take Team Cemu to get Breath of the Wild 100% accurately

emulated and in this sense 100% playable: days, weeks or months (I fall into the months

category)..

We emulate first and foremost because we love these games!

We're big fans of these games and of their franchises!

And yes, the majority of us go out and buy their products!

We emulate for higher resolution/higher graphical fidelity like 4K resolution and

beyond which isn't supported on the consoles natively!

These improved graphics also include new ways to experience the games with the use

of additional shaders and sometimes entirely new or updated textures.

These are features which aren't available on consoles due to memory and hardware restraints.

Overall, it's an experience that only a PC is capable of offering us over the what

is offered on the console.

We love these games so much, we want to experience them in their highest possible potential.

We buy them on the consoles and we emulate them on our PCs!

It's amazing!

I am playing Zelda and Mario titles in full 4K!

Donkey Kong!

MarioKart!

It's absolutely incredible!

What fan wouldn't want to experience this?

It's simple an experience that the consoles, natively, to date, just cannot offer us.

And again, as far as Zelda Breath of the Wild goes, it's the Wii U's Swan Song.

The last game on the console with HUGE hype!

I strongly believe that Team Cemu is going to be feeling to pressure to get this game

working and running for us all to play.

So sit tight my friends!

We shall wait and see!

:-)

Another issue is that some of you didn't like that I suggested playing Breath of the Wild

on a Nintendo console at all.

My position is, and *always has been*, with a few minor exceptions, that

you should be willing to support the creators, the game designers and developers with your

hard earned cash before you emulate and current generation title on your PC.

You should pay to play current gen games.

Plain and simple.

I know some people don't do this.

Nintendo as a corproation has some very questionable business practices.

And I understand many of your positions on this.

Many of Nintendo's practices - I just can't agree with.

That in and of itself is a whole can of worms we dont' want to get into right now.

But Nintendo creators?

The designers and developers of these games deserve the highest of praise for creating

these master pieces and I'm proud to support such high calbire creators.

Now whether it's a big game maker like Nintendo or a small indie developer.

Creators deserve this support.

Smaller devs and designers even more so IMO!

That said, owners of these games, people who have gone out and properly bought the titles,

they also have the right to emulate in a way that is most convenient and enjoyable to them.

Many will disagree with me.

I know it's a heavily debated topic and people are very passionate - with positions existing

across the spectrum within the greater conversation of emulation.

But that's just my general POV on that.

Whatever your position in this conversation, I think we can ALL agree

that we're all totally excited that The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild

is finally here! :-)

With an estimated net worth of $3 Billion, it's no wonder Oprah Winfrey owns her own

private jet, gave away cars on her talk show, and is the first African Women to become a

Billionaire.

celebrities, businesses, properties and all other assets in between, so let's begin

and take a closer look at, Oprah Winfrey's Real Net Worth.

First off, who is Oprah Winfrey.

Oprah Gail Winfrey was born in Kosciusko, Mississippi, on Jan. 29, 1954.

She is best known for her talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show, which ran from 1986 to 2011.

Winfrey came from a humble beginnings.

In 1983, Winfrey relocated to Chicago to host WLS-TV's half-hour morning talk show, AM

Chicago.

In 1986, she began her own talk show, The Oprah Winfrey Show where she adopted a less

tabloid-oriented format, hosting televised giveaways including shows where every audience

member received either a new GM car or a trip to Australia.

She is thought to have revolutionized the tabloid talk show genre, reinventing it to

focus on literature, self-improvement and spirituality.

Her show had its highest viewership during the 1991 season with about 13.1 million U.S.

viewers watching every day.

In 1993 she interviewed Michael Jackson, which became the fourth most-watched event in American

television history as well as the most watched interview ever, with an audience of 36.5 million.

By 2008, the show was aired in 140 countries and seen by an estimated 46 million people

in the US weekly.

The series finale of the show aired on May 25, 2011.

The Color Purple, in which she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.

more than 2.4 million people from 2005 to 2008 – the most successful start-up ever

in history according to Fortune.

In 2005, Winfrey was named the greatest woman in American history as part of a public poll,

TIME ranked her as one of the most influential people from 2004 to 2011 – she is the only

person to have appeared in this list on ten occasions.

CNN ranked Winfrey as "arguably the world's most powerful woman in the world."

In 2010, Life magazine named Winfrey one of the 100 people who changed the world, alongside

Jesus Christ and Elvis Presley.

She is the only living member on the list.

Now where does Ms. Winfrey live?

She lives on a 42-acre estate called "The Promised Land" complete with ocean and mountain

views in Montecito, California.

She also owns a home in Lavallette, New Jersey, a Chicago apartment, and an estate on Fisher

Island, Florida, oh, and a ski house in Telluride, Colorado, a property on Maui, Hawaii, and

Antigua.

But my only question is this, why haven't any playas hit up Ms. Winfrey with a ring,

shit, I'd wife it up.

Now what sort of fly ass whip would you catch Ms. Winfrey in?

Well she owns a Continental GT sports car manufactured by Bentley, estimated to cost

$200,000, and she owns a Volkswagen Beetle priced at $25,000.

She also owns a Global Express XRS private jet manufactured by Bombardier, at an estimated

cost of $42 million.

If that ain't ballin, then I dont know what is.

Now what Businesses does Ms. Winfrey have, well, she accumulated her net worth through

a variety of avenues, most notably her talk show, which ran for 25 years.

She has successfully marketed her name to branch off into other enterprises such as

radio, and launched her company, Harpo Productions – which is "Oprah" spelled backwards.

Or if your dyslexic, you had it right the first time.

Winfrey's company created the Oprah.com website to provide resources and interactive content

relating to her shows, magazines, book club, and public charity.

Oprah.com averages more than 70 million page views and more than six million users per

month.

Those are Pornhub numbers right there.

Right On Ms. Winfrey, keep it stackin.
