Well hello everyone and welcome back to
my channel or if you're new hello
welcome to my Channel. I hope you are doing super duper well today and for today's
video i thought i would share 11 things
that I try and remember when I'm
having a bit of a crappy time and let's
face it we've all been there. We all have a bit of a
crappy time and kind of sucks so i
thought i would share the things that I
try and remember that have helped me kind of
push through and get through the crap so
I think we should just crack on with the video.
The first thing is 'everything can and it will change'. i know
it always seems like that when you have
a crappy thing going on in your life
that's how it's gonna be forever but
it's not we will go through rubbish in life and
things may change from it but it's not
going to be that exact way forever it will
get better and you will come out the
other side of it so just remember it's
not like this forever and it's in your
power to change so make a change.
Number 2 is 'you have overcome challenges before so why
can't you now'. if you think about things
that happened in your past you've
probably overcome more than you even
realize you've overcome and that's the
cool thing about it is you don't realize
at the time when you look back
actually you've overcome a lot so
there's no reason why you can't do again
so be strong because you are stronger than
whatever it is.
Number 3, it is a learning
experience everything in life is a
learning experience whether it's good
whether it's bad it's still teaching us
something so try and take whatever
experience whatever problem whatever
crap is going on in your life and turn
it into something you can learn from it.
Number 4, 'not getting everything you want can
actually be a blessing'.
like if we get everything we want in
life we don't really appreciate it we
don't learn from it we don't grow from
it so it's not always a good thing
sometimes not getting that thing that we really
want or getting something to happen the
way we want it actually makes us better
and actually turns out for the better
they say everything happens for a reason
and I do believe that everything happens
for a reason so if you could get
something you didn't want it means
something better is going to happen
number 5, i think we all forget this
sometimes when life gets hectic but we
need to remember to have some fun and
and everyone's version of fun is different and
that's okay
but just remember to to do it because i
know i'm awful for not having fun sometimes I
let everything kind of get on top of me
and I kind of get swallowed up by this
big hole and I don't have fun and then you
just kind of feel like you're working
and sleeping or eating or you're doctor
appointmenting, you're just not
having a life but you're working for
life and you don't have a life that make
sense. Number 6 is something that i
have actually learnt over like the last
year and that is 'be kind to yourself'
remember that being kind to yourself is
like the first step to life being kind
to you. Is that really cheesy or weird? I
don't know I feel like it is true though. Be
kind to yourself because if you're not
why should anyone else be kind to you.
Number seven is another one that I've
learned over the past year more so and
that is 'other people's negativity is not
worth worrying about'. If we try and please
everyone and want everyone to be positive
about what we do or say or who we are, we
are never going to be happy because you
can't have everyone like you can't have
ever being positive about you
regardless of what do, what you say.
and with every handful of people
that like you there will be a handful
that don't or one or two that don't, but you
know if you spend your time
worrying about other people being negative that
is going to get negativity into your head and you
want to stay clear of that.
so be around positive as much as you can
and don't worry about if other people
negative, maybe they have stuff going on
in their life and that's their way to
kinda let it out by being negative about
you or someone else and it is a (weird) way of
making themselves feel better
number nine anything is possible and i
truly believe this I have said this so many
times before about so many different
things literally anything is possible
you just have to find a way around
doing it, sometimes you have to adapt
things and change things make a different
path, make whole new path. Whatever you
want to do if you put your mind towards
it
you can 100 percent achieve it if you believe
in yourself
anything is possible. Ah - that's kind of like a 2 in 1 - never thought of it like that before.
Number 10 is great things
take time and I think that is a hundred
percent tue
nothing worth having in life comes easy
and comes in five minutes
you really have to work towards it and
if you don't work towards it, it's not
going to be great and it's not going to
be the best you can really do
And last but not least number 11 is there is
always always always something to be
grateful for and this is another thing
that I try and write down 3 things
that I am truly truly grateful for
and that I have to be grateful for to kind of
remind myself that yes I might not have
this this or this but I have this and
actually that's a really really great
thing to have. So just remember that
just because you don't have something, doesn't
mean you don't have amazing things to be
grateful for.
