welcome back I'm Lynn JT and today is the second
part of my interview with love
relationship expert Hilary Silver. In the last video I asked
her about her best tips on how to
have a better sex life during pregnancy .

who's been a mum, Hillary included can
empathize with how difficult it is to
get back into the groove to find that
feeling again - for some people it comes
back faster than others and it's that
imbalance in a couple that creates
tension and can be really really
tough
so how common is this and what expert
advice would you give me parents whose
baby have taken away all their space and
intimacy
so my number one thing that i want to
remind all couples who are how about to
have a baby or have little ones at home
is that this is a season of your life
and and it's a greater sacrifice than
most people talk about it's going to
take a hit your relationship is going to
take a hit it actually becomes a period
of time in your life where things aren't
just aren't that fun
you're not sleeping i call it the times
of scarcity there's not a lot of sleep
not a lot of time
not a lot of money if you're spending a
lot of money on daycare and all the baby
things there's not a lot of time to
yourself not a lot of time for each
other not a lot of time as a family and
I'm not saying this to be negative i'm
just want people to understand what is
about to happen so that when they're in
it they don't feel like something's
wrong with their relationship
this is what happened to us and i'm a
professional and I didn't know what to
expect
no one told me so I'm kind of on a
mission to get this information out in
fact my program keeping level I've after
kids arrive addresses all of these
things all the traps that comes that new
parents fall into common mistakes that
couples make but number one most
important is just to remember this is a
season of your life this is supposed to
be this way and actually as we watch our
children go through developmental
ages where they're crawling or number
they're walking over there TV over there
learning to speak we to as adults are
still going through our own
developmental stages and this is one of
them child-rearing years and it's just a
strain and that's why it's so important
to take extra care of your relationship
and to be even more mindful and
intentional about putting the energy
into your connection not just your sex
life but your intimacy in your emotional
connection as well and in my program i
had a lot of tools and tips for that so
might want to follow me but thank you so
much for asking me these questions it
really is one of my greatest pleasures
to share this information and spare a
couple of you are going through this
period of time it's just it's tough and
it does get easier I promise you
in fact I tell couple please please
please do not give up on your
relationship until at least your
youngest is five like that's when it
starts to get easier and in fact the
statistic is two-thirds of all couples
become distressed after the first in the
first three years of their first baby's
life but then of course we're about we
usually around that time are having
another one so it's a very long period
of time that our relationships are
stressed it doesn't start to get easier
until your youngest is somewhat
independent and is in kindergarten and
that's when it starts to get easy so do
the work now before baby comes and
continue to do the work when babies are
young so that when it does start to get
easy you still want to be together

Hi everyone and welcome to YouCook.
Today, I'm going to make a chicken ballotinne with truffles. To start with, I'll
Season the chicken then I'm going to put it on a baking tray in which

I'm also going to add salt and pepper, just a little bit, and I'm going to

Now I'm gong to chisel my truffles.
And add this to my preparation/
Now I'm going to cut a tomato into slices, chisel a red onion and add this in the tray.
As soon as I'm closed the aliminum, I'm going to cook everything in a preheated oven (240°C)
For about 20 minutes.
While the chicken is cooking, I'm going to make a chicken stock.
First, I'll have the water boil and add this powder, this is chicken stock.
I'm going to give it a whisk and let it reduce.
While the chicken stock is reducing.
I'm going to add a bit of truffle juice.
And let the whole thing reduce until it kind of looks like syrup.
I think the chicken's ready! Let's take it out of the oven!
Here we go, that looks good! I'm going to take the chicken and
Put it on a plate.
I'm going to keep this cream and add it to the chicken stock I made in order to
Make a nice little sauce.
Stir it. Then I'll add butter and whip it with a hand-mixer.
Now it's plating time! I delicatly pour the sauce onto the chicken
And add thin slices of truffles and I'll also
grate a bit of truffle.

Those who can indulge themselves into unknown by testing and trying things out will succeed.
Let's take an example: In your type of industry those organizations who are enlightened have started producing content,
And when they really understand the concept they start producing content that attracts their customers.
They start answering questions of how and when. How to solve a problem.
Think of your customers and list their most common questions. There's probably 10 to 20 questions that everyone always ask.
Every type of industry has their own individual top 3, and everyone start producing content about the same issues and topic.
The first page of Google can only fit 10, top 3 only 3 links, so the competition is rough.
Who is going to win?
Who get's the most of the attention?
The one who can be as authentic and different. Someone who is able to really do things that matter.
No one is buying lies anymore. So it's very hard to separate with content in the future.
The only thing that matters is the brand that you have built around yourself. And the ability to throw yourself into being authentic in relation to the context and with your clients.
Don't be afraid of your competitors, they won't buy you anything. Don't be afraid of the industry, because they're not your customer.
None of them is going to buy from you.
I've said to several consultants who can get very jealous over their own skills. They're very concerned of what ifs and all about keeping others from saying they're going well in their job.
But what if your competitor bad mouthes you, have you won or lost?
I say you have won, because everyone's attention is brought to you. Not to their customers, but to you.
Once you win their attention, you've created an emotional impact and that doesn't say anything about you, but more about them.
I encourage you to indulge and be different. Do things that reaches your customers and be relevant to them.

How the Google Guarantee Program works for Local Businesses: Must Watch for Small Local Businesses - Duration: 5:39.
Today I want to talk about something really interesting. Now Google has come up with this new advertising
program which will affect a lot of local businesses.
And that could change the way local businesses have to think about advertising.
Now the traditional way that you would go about advertising for your local business
like a plumbing, locksmith and other businesses is you would go about AdWords.
But now Google is coming up with something called "Home Service Ads" or its called the
"Google Guaranteed Program"
It's currently in beta and it affects only a few cities but it's very interesting and can
change the whole dynamics of how people in the home services space, at least for now, will
be affected.
So let me walk you through some of the features and how they're going to show the ads and maybe
you will get a better idea and then we can debate on what we should be thinking about
if you are a local business right now.
So now as you can see this is the Google Home Service Ads page.
Here they talk about okay finding customers when they need you the most attracting you
customers built trust online, quality leads without the leg work.
This is all part of the AdWords program, so that's to be noted.
This is an advertising program. Now its already in beta, its already launched.
As you can see out here, I have searched for "locksmith san francisco". Now it's interesting
to note is that you can see the "Google Guaranteed" symbol out here the "Google Guaranteed" Symbol
out here.
Now this is new. This is bound to attract a lot more clicks just by virtue of having the
Google Guaranteed logo.
Now when I click on a listing out here... what happens?
You come to this page saying, "Find the right locksmith for the job."
And then now not only do you get a list of all the other locksmiths, you also get the "Google Guarantee".
Now what does the "Google Guarantee" say... "This pro is back by the Google Guarantee which
means they're licensed, insured and pre-screened."
"Any job you book with them is guaranteed to be done right or your money back."
Now that's interesting and they do background checks, whether you are insured, whether you
have a license.
So, essentially to be part of this "Google Guaranteed" Program you need to have you need to pass
Google's criteria. They look at your ratings, reviews, your background check... Its super interesting.
And how it works is, you as a customer would potentially "send requests" to one or more people.
And I am guessing Google would charge the advertiser based on the lead.
And if you look through the Google Guaranteed Program, what they say is... "You as a customer
can activate the Google Guarantee and then you can submit the claim if you are not happy."
And what Google does is that they will cover you with a guarantee of up to $2000.
Now that's very interesting. How it will work..It's still in beta, so we are not sure and
its limited to a very few categories of businesses.
Right now as you can see, its limited to the plumber, house cleaner, locksmith, handyman,
contractor, electrician, general contractors, painter, garage door pro, heating, ventilation,
air conditioning and some other categories.
And its only limited to these selected few cities San Diego, Sacramento, Stockton and
San Francisco Bay Area.
Verticals may vary by location.
So now what's interesting is that
Google is constantly evolving. They're constantly looking
at ways in which to make their end customers happy.
Now if you are a customer looking for a locksmith or a handyman...You're typically going to
search for Google or there are other apps in various countries where you can find such handymen
But I am thinking Google wants to be the replacement in that space.
And how they're trying to build a USP around it is, to not only be the source of leads but they also
are also giving you a guarantee.
Now I think that is going to attract lot more users in that space.
So as a local business, I think how you can be prepared if you fit in to one of these
verticals is... In Google...
If you look through their criteria.. they have... you should... They will go through background checks
they will go through ratings and reviews.
You need to have the appropriate licenses with appropriate authorities.
So you need to be prepared from that end.
And if you don't have an online presence, if you don't have good enough reviews. I think
you've got to start focusing on them right away.
You need a web presence essentially. So you do need to start thinking about those things.
There is not too much information available right now at this stage, so there is only so
much I can hypothesize.
Well all I can say is that I think that Google will roll this out maybe
be into more verticals and into more locations, if it works.
Its been in beta for the last six months and apparently from the reviews that I have read
the vendors who have got a Google Guaranteed listing have got about 1800%
growth in leads.
As compared to other vendors who are just advertising normally.
So I think it could be phenomenally impactful in terms of how much effect it will have on
any one's business.
So I think you definitely do need to research and look this up and if I do find out more
information I will post about it in future videos.
So yeah just keep a watch out for the "Google Guaranteed Home Service Ads" segment.
