LEGALIZAÇÃO DA MACONHA NOS ESTADOS UNIDOS - Duration: 2:11.

Today we're going to talk about marijuana! Here on this channel, of course, we don't smoke.

But since many parts of the U.S. are legalizing the green stuff,

I thought it would be interesting to explain what's happening in case any tourists currently watching are interested in the matter, for intellectual reasons.

OK, as those of you who watch the channel already know, in the U.S., our 50 states have a lot of liberty to enact their own laws.

And that's why the legalization of marijuana is diffusing slowly across the country like smoke from the mouth of a pothead.

To this point, eight states have enacted laws legalizing use for "recreational" purposes; in other words, for people who just like to get high.

In 21 states, the ones in light green, including New York, it's legal for medicinal uses with a doctor's prescription.

And also "medicinal" uses with a doctor's "prescription."

You just need to find a sympathetic doctor.

Speaking of that, my back is really hurting.

But careful, that doesn't mean that people who live in those states should begin growing it in their backyard and selling it in the streets.

And visitors should also not be buying three kilograms at a time;

each state has different laws, but everything is regulated and subject to taxes.

In other words, before lighting up, consult your lawyer.

Now, folks, what are some slang words for marijuana, in English?

Wow, I don't smoke, but them? I'm having some doubts.

REVENGE | EP 9 | Tour De Madagascar - Duration: 11:10.

I want revenge in stage 5 in the Tour de Madagascar.

The stage from Behenjy to Antsirabe is with 121 kilometers, with 1100 height meters relatively

flat and quick one.

Let's try my luck in the break-away!

Etape cinq dans le Tour de Madagascar Cycliste International.

Yesterday I

was unlucky, losing my fourth place in the general classification after two flat tires.

But I won't give up yet.

I feel powerful today and I feel there are possibilities for success.

Early in the race six riders join me in the break-away.

None of the seven riders in the break are dangerous for the general classification.

The French team, who have the yellow jersey since yesterday, therefor don't really care

about us.

The break creates a decent lead quickly.

The break-away consists out of five Malagasy riders, My friend from Congo Djimi Muhindo

and me.

The Malagasy are lightweight riders and accelerate a lot on the climbs, giving me sometimes a

very hard time.

After 50 kilometers of racing the amount of people in the break shrinks from seven to

five.

Muhindo is one of the victims of the high pace.

The gap with the peloton is 7 minutes and 20 seconds with fifty kilometers of racing

to go.

Surprisingly enough the lead is a sign for the Malagasy riders to start attacking.

I am surprised and although my Malagasy competitors ride for different teams, they cooperate together.

Every time I close the gap, another Malagasy rider attacks.

They clearly work together to make me tired.

I don't like the situation I am in and therefor I attack myself.

One of my competitors cannot follow and therefore I have three break-away companions left.

Suddenly the organization tells that the peloton in closing in and there is only three minutes

between them and the us in de break.

The Malagasy riders suddenly want to cooperate again.

The signal of the organization is not right.

A few kilometers later the gap is again over seven minutes.

Luckily, we work well as a break again and we are maintaining our lead very well.

With ten km to go each one of us knows we have a chance of winning the stage today.

At home I did research on this particular stage.

I know there is a small last climb at four kilometers before the finish.

Before this small ascent, there is a little bit of a downhill.

I make sure I am at the back of the group when entering the last five kilometers.

I start the small climb with a bit more velocity than my competitors and I start sprinting

up the hill.

I lose two of the Malagasy riders.

One guy can keep up.

His name?

Hasina Rakotonirina.

We work together till the last one and halve kilometer.

Then the game for the stage win starts.

I beat Rakotonirina in the sprint, winning the fifth stage in the Tour de Mada.

This is the revenge I am looking for after the two flats in stage 4!

Amazing to win in Madagascar!

I also take some seconds for the young rider classification and six minutes on the competitors

for the yellow jersey!

I enjoy the attention of the crowd, the media and the organization and it is a great feeling

to be on the podium as a winner.

What a day for me here in the Tour de Madagascar!

The Truth About Freckles - Duration: 3:51.

A smattering of freckles spilled across the nose and cheeks or sprinkled along one's arms

or shoulders can add an extra layer of beauty and individuality to a person.

Some people are even adding extra fake freckles to their faces just for the fun of it.

For those who have freckles, sometimes called angel kisses, skincare and cosmetic rituals

can involve a different approach than most because they do have their own unique quirks.

Here's what you might not know about freckles.

Famous faces

There are a lot of Hollywood stars who are proud to rock their freckles during close-ups.

Emma Stone, for example, once said that while she used to hate her freckles and try to cover

them up with make-up in her younger years, she grew to embrace her face and even wants

more.

And Demi Lovato, heralded queen of make-up free selfies on Instagram, has touted her

speckled skin with a smirk to declare to the world that yes, freckles are totally in.

But there are some celebs who've had more of a love-hate relationship with their genetic

gift.

Oscar-winning actress Julianne Moore even penned a children's book with the main character

named Freckleface Strawberry as a wink to her own childhood nickname, and, much like

her fictional character, she was a kid who tried to get rid of her freckles.

Moore explained, "I wrote the book about this little girl trying to get rid of her freckles.

I still have mine and I still don't like them, but I have other things to worry about.

I care about it less."

Sunspots they're not

The topics of freckles and sunspots are often discussed interchangeably.

"I'll always remember that summer because it's when I got all these freckles."

The fact of the matter is, though, that there's a big difference between the two dermatological

concepts.

Experts say that true freckles are actually the result of increased levels of melanin

in melanocytes, while "age spots," or "lentigos," are those marks that come to the surface later

in life as the result of UV damage.

In other words, maybe she's born with it, maybe it's lack of sunscreen.

Common denominator

While freckles are definitely found on men and women with all sorts of complexions, they

tend to pop up more often in people with lighter-colored skin and hair.

In fact, there's a genetic link between people born with red hair and freckles to skin cancer,

as studies prove that having an allele, a gene variant that produces the so-called ginger

look, is directly tied to cancer-causing genetic mutations.

Which means women who do have freckles have to be especially careful about using SPF protection

when spending time under the sun.

Spot treatment

Remember Freckle Juice, the short story by Judy Blume?

It tells the tale of a second grade student who wants freckles so bad that he tries a

recipe to get'em.

Well, there might not be such a thing in real life, but there are ways for those who don't

want their freckles to change their look.

Instead of a liquid fix, freckles are removable by way of laser treatments, chemical peels,

and other medical lightening agents, but those procedures can be costly and time consuming.

Avoiding the development of new freckles, however, involves a much simpler and more

affordable technique: a generous application of sunscreen.

That's also just smart skincare advice, freckles or no.

Cosmetic caution

For a temporary cover-up option, freckles can be concealed through the magic of makeup,

but there's a catch.

Make-up artists don't recommend full coverage foundation for freckle-bearers but instead

suggest a tinted moisturizer in a shade that's slightly darker than the normal skin tone

because it'll blend the color of those freckles with the shade of your skin.

"The more you know!

That's gonna—are you going to put that jingle in?

Yeah."

On the other hand, there's pretty much no limit to what other types of makeup can be

used by those with freckles, so don't be shy about reaching for those crazy shades of eyeshadow

or rouge.

There's no hard and fast rule about what shades of color will work with freckled skin.

Dare to be bold!

Why We Don't Hear From Sinbad Anymore - Duration: 4:12.

In the 1980s and '90s, David Adkins achieved massive popularity with his keen observational

and relationship comedy under the stage name Sinbad.

His specials ran on cable constantly, he frequently did routines on the talk show circuit, and

he was a regular on television and in film.

These days, however...well, he's not.

In fact, Sinbad's making way more headlines lately for appearing in movies that never

actually existed, rather than landing any new leading roles.

Here are some reasons why we don't hear from Sinbad anymore...

He stopped making specials

Sinbad was huge in the '90s partly because he churned out special after special, doing

five in eight years on both HBO and Comedy Central.

"And remember now this is 8 lbs of new hair on your head.

You've got to get your neck strong first.

I saw a girl at the bus stop, couldn't even get up..."

"Somebody tell me when number seven come by."

But after 1998's Nothin' But the Funk, he began focusing on his acting career and didn't

tape another special until 2010's appropriately titled Where U Been?

Out of sight, out of mind.

Medical problems

In 2010, Sinbad had to undergo knee replacement surgery, receiving two new artificial joints,

or "bionic knees" as he calls them.

After essentially having to learn how to walk all over again, Sinbad was knocked out of

commission again five years later, when his chronic back pain grew so unbearable that

he had to undergo double fusion spinal surgery.

Yikes.

Bankruptcy

In December 2009, the IRS went after Sinbad for millions in unpaid taxes, with a judge

ordering him to sell his $1.5 million house in Hidden Hills, California to help alleviate

some of the $8.15 million he owed the government.

To protect himself, he filed for bankruptcy, but the case was later dismissed because he

filled out the wrong paperwork.

Regardless, he was still on the hook for his crushing tax debt, so he filed for bankruptcy

again in 2013.

According to Sinbad, his money issues were the result of being too generous.

"I took care of my people.

My money went to, like, family.

I didn't do any of that crap."

In order to try to pay off those bills, Sinbad restored to reality television, making a brief

appearance on Celebrity Apprentice before trying out his own series, Sinbad: It's Just

Family, which lasted only one season on WE TV.

Voicework

While we may not see the comedian too often on-screen, we've probably heard him just by

flipping around the TV dial.

Sinbad's comic signature is his highly recognizable voice, and he's put that agile, rapid-fire

delivery to good use with a lot of voice work in kids' animated movies and TV shows.

He played Harold Smiley on Cartoon Network's acclaimed Steven Universe, a forklift named

Roper in Disney's Cars spinoff, Planes, and starred as Eddie on ABC Family's animated

series Slacker Cats.

He's also popped up on Family Guy and American Dad.

Funk band

Sinbad is still a touring comic, but if he's gracing a stage these days, it's pretty likely

that he's doing it as a musician.

After buying a drum kit and learning to play a couple years back, Sinbad formed a band

for the first time in more than 30 years — a jazz-funk group called Memphis Red and the

Stank Nasty Band.

Sinbad fronts the group, singing and playing guitar and drums as his other alter ego, Memphis

Red.

"People couldn't get passed me being in a band.

So I said, let me create an alter ego, so my name is Memphis Red.

He's a whole different cat, man.

He talks like this on stage, he's got a whole different...

He's a whole different dude."

Everything is cyclical

In 2014, Sinbad joked to BET that he's not as prominent as he once was because Hollywood

"would only pick one" black comedian at a time, and that the pre-eminent African-American

comedian of this moment is Kevin Hart.

Still, if you manage to stick around long enough, people eventually remember why they

loved you and come around again — and at the ripe young age of 60, there's still plenty

of time for Sinbad to make a comeback.

Rolls-Royce 103EX Concept (Review) - Duration: 4:03.

Rolls-Royce has earned its reputation as one of the world's most esteemed luxury car

brands.

The latest concept from the brand, the 103EX, is very different.

"Different" is actually an understatement as the Rolls Royce 103EX is not only unlike

anything seen in the auto industry, it's not even practical for this day and age.

There's a reason behind that, however: the 103EX is supposed to give us all a look at

what luxury car ownership will be like several decades from now.

It's Huge: The Rolls Royce 103EX is big — very big.

The 103EX is imposing and wherever it goes, one can't help but notice its presence.

It measures 19.4 feet in length, is about five feet tall, has a front end that seems

too long for its own good, and there's glass at every angle of the car.

In addition, its large wheels are half covered.

Why?

The reasoning behind that isn't clear, but it sure looks distinctive.

The 103EX also has a monstrous grille that's much larger than Rolls Royce has ever used

before.

Size aside, the appearance of the 103EX's exterior is equally confusing and impressive,

and there's no obvious rhyme or reason for the concept's design.

It would be an excellent choice for a getaway car or futuristic vehicle in a sci-fi blockbuster,

but the 103EX really doesn't have a place on today's roadways.

Perhaps Rolls Royce figures the highways and streets of tomorrow will be vastly different?

No Engine Required: The Rolls Royce 103EX is fully electric, with

one motor to drive the front wheels and a second motor to drive the rear wheels.

There's absolutely no engine anywhere under the hood of the car.

There is, however, a set of custom luggage where the engine would normally be.

Why?

So the wealthy of the future will be able to command that their luggage suddenly appear

from behind the front wheel of the car, eliminating the need to hand it off to the baggage handlers

themselves.

This is probably the most ostentatious feature of the 103EX, and that's saying something

as there are plenty.

You Could Stand In It: Every inch of the Rolls Royce 103EX is uniquely

designed, including the panoramic roof.

This particular feature is comprised of one solitary piece that is side hinged, which

allows passengers to fully stand up.

When it's time to exit the car, passengers don't have to stoop over at all.

Currently, no car in the real world allows passengers to do such a thing, but it seems

like a nice touch for a luxury ride of the future.

Modern and Minimalist: Look inside of any Rolls Royce on the market

today and you'll see an interior with lavish details and a wealth of amenities.

It's the epitome of luxury and what the Rolls Royce brand is all about, but apparently

luxury will look different in the future.

The inside of the Rolls Royce 103EX looks rather bare.

The two seater's interior is supposed to be a retreat in and of itself, with no clutter

and a very spacious, flowing feel.

A two seat couch accommodates passengers and is upholstered in silk, and exotic wood panels

are in abundance — it looks more like an expensive shell than it does the inside of

a vehicle.

The handcrafted carpet of the Rolls Royce 103EX is made of the finest silk that money

can buy.

It's a strange choice for car flooring, but we're supposed to be thinking ahead

when we look at this concept.

Maybe the wealthy of the future will have shoes with self cleaning soles to keep the

103EX's carpet from getting dirty — only time will tell.

How I Study | Kiel Mi Studas #Esperanto - Duration: 7:31.

Hello all

I'm Evildea. Your God.

Today I want to speak about how I study new topics

So, when I started learning Esperanto

I actually learned how to study during that time

previously I didn't know, which method worked best for me

and after that I discovered how to do that

and found out, that I could use that method

for anything at all, the topic wasn't important

and now I want to show you what I'm studying

and how I'm studying

First, I just use my iPad

when I walk between two places

I study.

When I have five minutes, I study

When I'm at the shops, while the wife is shopping

I study

and I use the program, Anki

the majority of you have probably heard about it

but I don't use those decks, which others created

I make my own decks

and I don't want to share them with you

because you'll probably not know how to best use them

and also I believe it's better

if you create your own decks

because that will help you remember

So, now I want to show you

I don't know how well you can see that

perhaps you can see my new ring lights

So, one sec

the first thing, which I study, is Chinese characters

I discovered that I can now speak Chinese well enough

and if I want to get better I need to study the characters

because the characters have a lot of information

and can help you a lot to learn the language

So, I'm studying that and I've actually split Chinese

into two other parts

So, the other is Chinese ... and I've called it in English, "core"

and Chinese Sentences

So, core is important words, which I want to learn

and you'd use in almost a conversations

and Chinese sentences is, of course, sentences

So, when I learn a new sentence

and I want to remember how to use it

if it's transitive or intransitive etc ...

and I put five sentences into my deck

which use that verb etc ...

of course, that creates so many cards but that's not really important to me

So, I also have Esperanto pronunciation

So, we all know that each sound in Esperanto has only one sound

but there's a problem for me ...

when I speak Esperanto

some times I tend to pronounce or incorrectly accent words

because of my native English influence

So, when I often do this and people bring it to my attention

I put the word here

to practice how to say it regularly

it's a little funny

and, of course, I have Esperanto sentences

because I do the same thing with that

and there's another category

there's three

there's computer acronyms

computers ... no, there's Office 365

which is just a program

and computers; general terminology and concepts

So, I often study computers because I need to study servers etc

because it's part of my work

and I've discovered that when I read a new article

about some field and I want to make sure I remember it

I just put the sentences here and

I practice ... I don't really think about it

but when I do that enough

the information just some how adsorbs into my head

and, recently, I've started studying Monero

It's a Crypto-currency

and because I'm an actor, I study Shakespeare

because, it find it a little funny ...

a lot of actors need to do theatre - no, scripts

I need to remember that

need do theatre pieces, which are about Shakespeare, right?

but they don't really know the language

they just repeat what they've read etc ...

but I really want to speak the language

it would be really cool, if I could speak like Shakespeare

and read the texts and immediately understand everything

without have to search through massive encyclopedias for that and that

and what that means ...

So, I'm studying that

There's two categories for Toki Pona

I'm now conversational in that language

I'm not studying it fast; it's the least urgent

area of study, which I have

I'm just studying it for fun

and recently, I've studied ... where is the other ...

Oh, you can see it because

I started it a few days ago

I'm studying fitness, physical fitness

I want to lose weight ...

because I got really fat during the last year

and I didn't watch that

So, now I'm studying that

Often for me ... I have problems that

if I don't understand some are of study

I don't want to mix into it

It's strange, for example when I study exercise

I don't want to go to the gym with others

the public gym because I'm worried that

I won't know what I need to do here

I think, "What do I do with that machine and that"

So, I study everything there before I go there

so I don't have to be worried

So, of course, I already know everything in the gym

but there are many other faculties

I'm now studying muscles etc

just so I know how to best exercise

So, that is all

Now I ant to ask you how you study

and if you've liked this film

you know what to do

like it, share it

sub to my channel if you haven't already

and I'll see you all in the next film

and if you're not there

I'll find you

and break you with my strong muscles, right?

HOW TO STOP BEING SENSITIVE TO 'NEGATIVE' ENERGY AROUND YOUR MIND & BODY - Duration: 16:51.

HOW TO STOP BEING SENSITIVE TO NEGATIVE ENERGY AROUND YOUR MIND & BODY.

Have you ever cried for no reason or expressed emotions for inexplicable reasons? Well, this

could mean one of two things: There actually is a reason and youre just avoiding it,

or youre sensitive to energy around you.

For example, I attended a funeral last week and immediately after walking into the room,

I felt a dense and heavy energy. For a few days afterwards, I did not feel like myself.

Yes, many may attribute this to mourning, but to me death represents more of a celebration

than a goodbye.

I realized that at least some of the emotions I was feeling didnt seem like my own because

they werent; I hadnt energetically cleansed myself since the ceremony, so I was still

extremely susceptible to other peoples energies.

Learning to Accept and Love Negativity

Before you go blaming all of your emotions on being sensitive to negative energy,

lets clarify what exactly negative energy is.

There seems to be a genuine misunderstanding surrounding negativity within the New Age

Spirituality movement. When discussing negativity, I often hear people say negativity is non-existent

or all that exists is the Light. Yes, the fact that we come from and are one with

Source (or Love or Light) is a universal truth, but that doesnt mean we may not perceive

and believe in negativity, which makes it something we feel.

We are all souls, individual fragments of Source manifested, and were here expressing

our human experiences. Part of that experience is living in a dualistic world at this time,

and in this dimension, duality still exists: light and darkness, love and fear, negative

and positive, and so on.

So, if a perceivably negative emotion comes up after you suffer a trauma, to brush it

off by saying you dont exist may lead to you suppressing that emotion. The

point isnt to run away from darkness, but rather to face it head on and accept it. After

all, could we fully appreciate the good times without the challenging ones?

I say perceivably negative because, when it all comes down to it, its all about

your perception. What makes something negative negative in the first place? Our minds and

particularly our egos develop these programs that can cause us distinguish right from wrong

and positive from negative while in this world. However, would we still view things as negative

if those programs werent there?

There isnt a simple answer to this question, but Ill try to provide you with an example.

Earlier this week, my door broke as I was leaving my house to meet a friend. My mind

immediately started to elicit a stressful response to what had happened, so I originally

perceived the situation as an issue or as a negative situation. However, I decided

to remove myself from the drama my mind was quickly creating, silence it, and follow my

gut instead.

My door breaking actually ended up being a wonderful opportunity for me to fix it myself!

Im a young woman without much experience using tools, so I felt extremely empowered

after I fixed the door myself using the random tools I had. The situation that many would

perceive as a negative, to me, was actually a positive experience!

You can do this with anything in life. For example, if youre super late for a meeting,

perhaps you avoided a car accident as a result. If you get fired from a job, perhaps you wouldve

been miserable if you had stayed. The moment you decide to change your perception and look

at things for what they are, the more youll understand that everything is in perfect order

and somehow serving you.

How Do We Define and Recognize Negativity?

So, how do we define negativity? Well, its important to acknowledge that what we define

as negativity has a lower vibration than what we define as positivity. In simpler terms,

imagine a time where you could feel something as being right or wrong. Im

not referring to the programs stored in your mind and societal constructs, but rather your

intuitive feelings. For example, you may have had this sinking feeling in your gut when

something felt wrong. Thats your intuition picking up on vibrational frequencies!

And there is science to back that sort of feeling.

Everything has its own vibration and frequency. When you really think about it, everything

is made up of energy, so this makes perfect sense. For example, when it comes to various

emotions, these can raise or decrease your own vibration, causing us to emit a different

field. The HearthMath Institute has actually scientifically proven this, as their research

shows that positive emotions create physiological benefits in your body and negative emotions

have the opposite effect.

Much of HeartMaths research is actually on the heart. Their findings show that the

electromagnetic field emitted from the human heart can be measured and that by simply shifting

our emotions, we can alter the information thats coded into these heart-radiated magnetic

fields. The heart has a system of neurons with both short term and long term memories

and so, when heart signals are sent to the brain, they affect our emotional experiences.

In fact, HeartMath has shown that by thinking positive thoughts, you can boost your immune

system. Read more about this in this CE article.

Have you ever cried for no reason or expressed emotions for inexplicable reasons? Well, this

could mean one of two things: There actually is a reason and youre just avoiding it,

or youre sensitive to energy around you.

advertisement - learn more For example, I attended a funeral last week

and immediately after walking into the room, I felt a dense and heavy energy. For a few

days afterwards, I did not feel like myself. Yes, many may attribute this to mourning,

but to me death represents more of a celebration than a goodbye.

Part of that experience is living in a dualistic world at this time,

and in this dimension, duality still exists: light and darkness, love and fear, negative

and positive, and so on.

advertisement - learn more So, if a perceivably negative emotion comes

up after you suffer a trauma, to brush it off by saying you dont exist may

lead to you suppressing that emotion. The point isnt to run away from darkness, but

rather to face it head on and accept it. After all, could we fully appreciate the good times

without the challenging ones?

How to Rid Yourself of Negative Energy

If youve noticed youre susceptible to negative energy or feel you need to block

yourself from it, here are a few things you can do:

Energetic Shielding

Im a huge fan of this, but you need to be careful about your intention behind it.

All you need to do is envision a white light (or specific colour that resonates with you)

around you thats shielding your body from any outer energies. For example, Ive

done this at funerals, while driving, or in other settings people perceive to be full

of negative energy or danger.

However, if youre energetically shielding yourself from the negativity youre perceiving

to be coming from another individual, this may be a good opportunity to look inwards.

Why is it that youre perceiving this individual as being so negative? Since were all, at

least to some degree, reflections of each other, if that individual has a trait youre

perceiving to be extremely negative, perhaps that trait is one that you hold within you

as well.

Its also important to note that energetic shields force you to spend a lot of energy

holding them up. If youre consciously thinking about creating and maintaining that field,

then you may not be fully present. There isnt necessarily anything wrong with energetic

shielding it is a beautiful practice with many excellent uses but you should consider

the intent behind your shield as well as weigh your other options before using one.

Cord Cutting

Emotional cords are bound to you, often from specific events, traumas, and/or from other

people transferring energy to you, and they can be considered as positive or negative.

For example, positive cords can be found when youre in love, as your partner wishes the

best for you. Negative cords could be created from your own self-judgement or from someone

pushing negative emotions onto you. Whether the cords you have are positive or negative,

it is ideal to have no emotional cords whatsoever. Read more in this CE article here.

Sound Reiki Healer Catherine Varga shared this simple method with me to release energetic/emotional

cords. Whenever you feel an energetic tie or emotional cord has been established, you

can release it by physically pulling it out of you. Once you notice its presence on one

of your chakras, you can use your hands to pull the cord out of you, as if youre pulling

a rope, and then visualize it leaving your body.

Washing Your Hands or Body

Much like your physical body, your energetic body needs to maintain good hygiene, too.

Water is one of our greatest assets because it can cleanse both our physical and energetic

bodies. An excellent way to rid yourself of other peoples energy is to actually physically

wash your hands or whole body. As you feel the water flowing down on you, envision all

of the negative energy washing off too.

Sage or Smudging

Not only does sage smell awesome, but it can also cleanse your home and your body of negative

energy. Smudging with sage has been used for many years to cleanse peoples energetic

auras and rid outer environments of negative energy.

Final Thoughts

Its important to note that negativity can always serve you in some way. Your soul chose

to incarnate onto this planet and experience duality, so how can negativity be a bad

thing? Dont run from darkness; treat it as a learning opportunity. By learning

about and accepting the darker parts of ourselves and the universe, we can begin to fully appreciate

the light.
