So, we did not die yesterday
The footage just cut out because my battery died
I'm pretty sure the demons drained my battery
And they kept it on 1% for like... three hours

It was nuts, we got so much exercise in

Oh! The ride home was amazing
We got home in like half the time
We like halved our travel time on the way back
because we knew the way
And we just followed one road the whole way through
Which was like 90% downhill
At one point we were flying
We were keeping up with the traffic
It was very reckless
There was one point where my bike wobbled and I could have died
Mine did too! I went really quickly around a corner
And the road was cracked
And I went like... *wobbles*
So yeah, maybe I'll have to invest in a GoPro next time I travel
So today we might be going to...

We can't miss it because our bus to Hiroshima was like $100

If all else fails and this is a bit far

We'll probably just walk around and explore this close little Kawaguchiko town area
It's quite pretty and I really like all the houses and stuff
So at the moment we're staying in the cutest little hostel
And I thought I'd just show you around a little bit
She said this was the smallest room but it's actually quite...
It's like double the size of our hostel in Tokyo
You can actually walk in because the beds are on the floor
Which I actually prefer because it's easier to get around
The lady who owns the hostel has 10 dogs
Oh yeah, that's right
It's quite cute
A little common area for upstairs, there's one downstairs too
but um
This one's quite open and
There's lots of cars in there. How do all those cars get out
There's a microwave...
Water
Cups and stuff
And then there's a fridge
We've got some of our food in there
But there's hot water too, so you can bring tea bags and stuff
Through here there's a bathroom
There's an (open) men's bathroom just there so I can't really show you it, but the women's bathroom is here

Here's a better view of the room 'cause both the beds are packed up
It's quite spacious it could fit
I reckon if you tried, it could fit three people but
You wouldn't wanna put three people in here
It's a little bit too small for that but
For two it's kinda perfect

The walls are cute, they're painted and stuff

We only stayed here one night and we're a bit disappointed we only stayed one night

We won this at the convenience store and it was so funny
I was so confused
Roberta was like "What did I win?"

The cashier pulls out a box and starts saying something in Japanese and I was like "What do you want from me?"

When you spend 700 yen or more at the convenience store, they pull out a lucky draw box
And um...
And so the cashier was telling us that, if you spend 700 yen or more you can try it
So I said to Roberta, "Oh, just take one out of the box"
So we took a lucky dip and won

Jess didn't win anything
I didn't win anything, I got unlucky. I was like "damn"

She's already destroyed her ice cream, but it was really cute when it started

When we were in Aokigahara
The ants were so big, every time I'd look on the ground I'd see them and they were massive

Which is really brave for Jess because she hates spiders

Except for that one time when I freaked out and I was like

I held back the leaf because it had a spider on it and Jess was like
"Don't let it gooo!!!!"
"Don't let it land on meeee!"
But they were everywhere

So we were walking around and we found this cute little tree spot
Aren't we in a sitting area? (Yes)
But you can see mountains in the background, but you can't see Fujisan today
Which is kind of a shame, but we got to see it yesterday
We got to see the tip yesterday, which is the best part, obviously

As you can see, it's pretty cloudy
Can't really see many of the mountains, but
that's alright
We just had some ice cream so we thought we'd finish it off here

Roberta didn't like hers, well, she liked the lavender but she liked mine more
I only wanted to taste the lavender
But I liked Jess' more so I gave her my lavender and got another ice cream
So I have two ice creams
And Roberta was like "They're gonna think we're fat"
And I thought, I'm the one holding two ice creams, they're gonna think I'm fat
We've eaten so much ice cream today
I don't care, I'll eat all the ice cream
When we poop, it's gonna come out like the soft serve machine
OHMYGOD
That's so yuck
We probably shouldn't have done that anyway
It's like riding a bike all over again
Except with water resistance
We've just had some lunch
We bought bracelets!
Had a bit of a walk around and we bought

Incidentally, we both just thought they were really pretty

Now I think we're going to head back towards the hostel but
Not sure what we're going to do yet, it's starting to rain
so we might be able to hide out there for a little bit
