hi it's Gifty you welcome to my channel and now if he days ago I told you I'll
come up here to tell you what kind of videos you could upload to kick-start
your YouTube channel in the two previous videos that I did I was talking about
encouraging you to start a YouTube channel because in my community of women
who are actually and starting their micro lots like what I have they are
just a few of us who are actually documenting their journeys and by
documenting your journey you're actually inspiring other women who want to have
their head up with to also start their own micro looks I have done that with
this channel and that's how I actually you know kind of started with this whole
YouTube kind of thing I was just documenting my natural hair journey I
stopped using a chemical relaxer to relax my locs as are in my hair and then
how I eventually started my LOC journey so this has led some of you to join me
on this channel and now I want you to start a YouTube channel as well because
this is a thing that would always be helpful to other women and I know there
is a fear of starting a YouTube channel that's obvious I am still challenging
myself to upload videos on a regular basis which I still don't do all the
time so and I'm here to give you five video ideas which he constructs your
YouTube channel and we are not comparing ourselves to all those huge youtubers
who are out there we are comparing ourselves to just us you know it's about
challenging yourself and not challenging anyone who is already in the millions or
have hundred thousands of followers but eventually you could also get there if
you are consistent and if you really mean to become a youtuber so the best
video idea would be for you to introduce yourself that's very simple you just
mentioned if you wanted to mention your age you
could say where you live what your hobbies are if you don't have any
hobbies don't even mention that oh and you could just tell the person who is
watching what you are about and why you are starting this YouTube channel and
how many times you are planning to upload a video maybe you would say I
would upload a video every other day or once a week or maybe once in two weeks
and then just let that person be hopeful because if you don't tell a person when
you'll be uploading or how many times then there will be no need for the
person to subscribe if you could get what I mean so you do have to give that
person some kind of you know hope that this is not the last video that you are
putting up so let the person know how many times you get uploading a video and
when to expect the next video and that's actually very simple fun introduction
video and let the person also know what your channel will be about then the
second idea of what you could have blowed would be also kind of
introductory to the person which is 10 times about you or 10 talks about me and
there you could mention your name you could mention your astrological star
maybe your Aquarius or maybe you are you know Pisces or whatever so you could say
that so that people can kind of relate to who you are and then maybe you
mentioned your favorite color if you have siblings if not if you are living
in a specific country which is not so common maybe you live somewhere in
Scandinavia or maybe are somewhere in Europe because if you are not from the
States or not from the UK which is kind of common then people would also like to
know something about the country you live in
then another video idea would just be to have a morning routine if you're a woman
and you know you know women we always like kind of know facials about beauty
stuff so you could just share what you do in the morning to get
and in that way the person you get to know oh I have something in my oven so
it's time for me to get it out but I'm going to finish this quickly and yeah
people would like to know what she used maybe on your skin or why you look the
way you look and especially if you have very very good skin people might be more
curious and in doing that you're not concentrating totally on the camera you
are just doing your thing and a person come what you're doing it so a morning
routine be a good idea an evening routine how you take down
your makeup and how you take care of your skin or how you take care of
yourself it's also a very good idea and then
so that would be introductions and talks about me morning routine evening routine
and in the last video which is the fifth video idea is to do what's in my bag
video that's what I started off with on this channel I'm now around 3,000
subscribers and most people told me that the reason why they subscribe to my
channel because when you're doing a what's in my path video which is super
for beginners you're not solely concentrating on the person who's
watching you you're actually looking into the bag picking out things telling
them why you have it in your bag and it helps it to be more real and more
natural you know so and there's so many things in your bag maybe even if you
don't have a specific bag you could just pack a bag and then bring it out and
then start talking about all the little purses you have in your bag what you
have in your meeting your purse or why you have those things and so on and it
will help you to just be yourself and not focus too much on the camera I don't
know why you do have to look into the camera but it's more being narrated and
then just saying something and that will help the person who is watching you to
kind of bond or kind of say oh I like the way she is and talks and stuff like
that or I have something similar so the person fine
molarity is with you and then maybe the person would then decide to subscribe so
those are five video ideas privateer ideas you could do to kick-start in your
YouTube channel I hope this is helpful to you I really want you to start please
get your courage together and start I'm also challenging myself all this
while because I know it's not easy and I know YouTube has become a little bit
harder it's a little bit harder to get views and subscribers and they face me
because it looks like everybody wants to start a YouTube channel which is fine
because you're still sharing some kind of information somebody needs so on this
