Waching daily Sep 24 2018

Hey there!

Don't mind me. I was just hiding in the darkness back here in my secrets, which,

I don't know why we do.

Why do we do that? How do we hide in our secrets?

Why don't we bring them out into the light and get exposed?

Like, what do we think, what's in

here that we think is gonna protect us?

Because even if people love us when they

haven't figured out all our secrets, then we're always left with that secret

suspicion that if they knew the real us, they wouldn't love us.

So, even if you're loved,

but you're keeping all your secrets,

you're not really being loved.

They're just loving the projection of you you're allowing them to see.

So, we wrote the song called "Secrets",

because I was kind of tired of watching

leader after leader after leader blow up in flames

when some secret allegation came out.

Like, where did that start?

Why didn't they get that in the in the open a long time ago, you know?

James 5 says confess your sins one to another and

pray for each other that you might be healed.

I always was thought that was interesting.

It says in 1st John if we confess our sins to Him, He's faithful

and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

So, we confess to God, we get forgiven.

We confess to other people, and we get healed.

Healed from what?

I think namely we get healed from the mask that we've been wearing.

We get healed from the fake, awesome person we're trying to convince

everyone we are. We get healed from trying to be our own savior, because

when you step into the light, and people really see you for who you really are,

then you can actually be loved for who you really are.

So, whatever secrets you got, bring them into the light. If people don't like that

person you're still gonna find healing, because now you can find out who does

actually like you.

Take a comfortable position, sitting or lying down, and do

a few deep, calm inhalations and exhalations.

Focus on the excruciating You feeling.

Do not try to stop it.

Feel his temperature, weight, movement or immobility.

Imagine - how could it would look if this were

there was some kind of physical an object.

Consider its color, how much places he takes in the body,

whether he has a boundary, does it change over time.

Feel the breath in and out, how they change each other.

Feel the movement chest and motion

air by respiratory ways.

Try completely get away from the environment

of the world.

Concentrate all your attention to sounds.

Imagine how more cool air comes in

in the body, and when he leaves it becomes more warm.

See how he comes in and fills the lungs, clean

bright air brings in the body oxygen on the breath,

and on exhalation carbonic gas leaves the body.

And now imagine that You inhale and exhale

air and direct this flow to the place where

already extinguishes you tormenting you feeling.

Fresh air penetrates there and, as a solvent,

dissolves it in itself.

And on exhalation - takes it out from the body.

It dissolves in this flow, like sugar in water,

and leaves.

As water washes off the paint, and itself acquires a color.

So does breathing come in in this place, transparent

air is gaining itself little by little the "color" of torment,

which you saw, and on exhaling out of the body,

drop by drop.

Gradually his color grows dull.

Inhale and exhale - with each respiratory movement

You are getting easier and easier, fresh air frees

You.

Unpleasant feeling becomes less and less, paint

fades and decreases with it and its power.

And now plunge into the healing the sound of a bell chime.

His melodic overflows cleanse your body of the ailment.

Health to you!

Okay, so the #MeToo movement. We have silenced victims of sexual abuse forever,

and they have been alone with the trauma.

Victims often take too much responsibility, and they feel shamed, and

fear of being judged. The #MeToo movement is letting our community know about

the real impact of sexual abuse. There is too much of it, and it needs to be

stopped. In terms of people being falsely accused.. the individuals that are

bringing this up as concern, sometimes we've got many, many victims coming

forward identifying the same offender and, it is, it is, that, it is that we want

to pretend that it's not happening. There are very few false allegations in terms

of sexual abuse, and I've been in the field for 40 years now and I could count

on one hand the number that I have run across. I have ran across many times

when we have gone to court with strong cases of abuse, and the the verdict comes

out as not guilty. So to me the second, the second part about

has a pendulum swung too far - I don't think so.

We're starting to deal with the reality of the violation of sexual abuse.

Gregory Sonis - SecOps '18 Video Interview - Duration: 4:55.

How are rising Recs volumes and scalability pressures impacting manual systems?

First of all, about the volume. The volume is raising dramatically.

And it is not only the simple reconciliation between, for example,

cash versus bank, and some other things.

But it's also reconciliation between the different things.

For example, it would be a third party portfolio in our portfolio.

However, how servicing it how servicing it is.

So, the volume grows dramatically, not in a number of the existing or installation processes,

but also the number of the process of themselves growing up.

Right now, definitely, a manual process won't work because you need to

hire an army of people to do all those reconciliations.

First you need to figure out how to do this, and then you need to figure out how many people you need to do.

Only technology will help us. We'll see, I mean, I'm hoping that probably in 5-10 years

we will have a full technological platform for reconciliation and that's what we are working on

internally developing that system.

So, what technologies might help firms move away from manual reconciliation?

Well, there are different, there are many vendors outside right now.

We do have some vendors today at the conference as well.

For their purpose we do have some more vendors. it's also come,

It always comes out with a profit or actually cost analysis of that.

Whether your reconciliation really worked to go with the technology, or still do the manual process.

But definitely, the technology will go on the scalability.

It will go cheaper and cheaper over time, and it should substitute the entire, manual process.

So, it's very important for us to go into technology.

There's no way that manual processes will handle anything within five or ten years from now.

How should firms deals with the fears that cutting edge technologies will cause

layoffs in the Ops and IT Departments?

Well, first of all, I don't believe that the fears is a red word, honestly.

There shouldn't be any fear for that purpose.

First of all, the firm themselves need to explain to the people whenever they are

doing technological innovation. But they need to explain that adaptation to

this technological innovation is very important for them, for those people who are going to be...

they are not replaced. They will replace the process, but the people will stay on jobs to oversee that process.

That's the most important thing because that needs to be trained, the people need to be trained.

The people need to be explained, and there won't be any substitution of the human interaction for now.

Overseeing the process is the right word instead of doing the process itself.

(Eugene) That might be a more challenging yet more interesting job.

It will be much more challenge job. And as I said, for example today at the conference,

I know exactly that the people in those type of jobs, those projects, they are working

not the normal hours, eight hours, seven to eight hours. They're working I would say ten to twelve hours a day.

So, it will be nice to have eight hour job and have a little bit better life.

That's what we probably should be having in the future whenever we have those

innovations, technological innovations.

(Eugene) And get a better sleep patterns too.

Better sleep patterns, or it depends how they worry about those reconciliations.
