IOHK | Daedalus - Pinning to Windows Taskbar Issue - Video Tutorial - Duration: 2:16.

Hello everyone! I would like to show you

a very common mistake people do with

Daedalus on Windows which prevents Daedalus

from connecting to the network. First, I

will start Daedalus using the desktop

icon created by the installer and I will

accept "User account control" prompt.

Daedalus starts and it connects to the

network. Now, I will right-click on the

icon in the taskbar and I will choose

"Pin this program to taskbar", This

creates a taskbar shortcut which won't

work.

I will close Daedalus now and I will

start ut using the shortcut I've just

created. It will start but it won't

connect to the network.

This happens because the icon I've just

created is pointing to the wrong

executable which is "daedalus.exe" and it

should point to "cardano-launcher.exe".

I will close Daedalus now and I will drag

the icon created by an installer to the

taskbar to create a working shortcut.

If I open properties now I can see it's

pointing to "cardano-launcher.exe" which is

the correct executable.

I will unpin the other one and I will

start Daedalus using the shortcut I've

just created.

Daedalus starts and it connects to

the network. So, if you're using taskbar

shortcuts to start a Daedalus, please make

sure they are pointing to the correct

executable which is

"cardano.launcher.exe"

Nankai 50000 'rapi:t' for KIX access

was built with Hitachi GTO-inverter.

Unfortunately, this beautiful sound as my most favorite, has been replaced by IGBT completed in 2018.

'Super Seat'

English LED display (Lower small display) were broken.

Here is the refurbished 'rapi:t' has Hitachi IGBT.

Display was replaced from LED to LCD. Also, announcement system has been changed.

Enjoy watching other Nankai and Senboku trains. That's hitachi paradise!!
