Compartir Eufóricos, cientos de aficionados mexicanos cargaron en hombros a un ciudadano coreano que estaba viendo el partido de México contra Suecia en el Zócalo capitalino y le agradecieron en medio del llanto, risas y alegría que su selección eliminara al actual campeón Alemania, del Mundial de Rusia 2018, y con ello ayudará a la calificación del Tri
Con gritos: "A güevo, coreano, ya eres mexicano", y "Corea, Corea, Corea, Viva Corea", los aficionados mexicanos se tomaban selfies, abrazaban, palmeaban en la espalda y hombros al coreano que dijo llamarse Kim, quien sólo sonreía y se dejaba querer por cientos de fanáticos que en reiteradas ocasiones lo levantaron en hombros, lo felicitaron y pasearon por la Plaza de la Constitución
El coreano Kim, quien no habla nada de español, recibió una bandera mexicana y en lo alto de la multitud, en hombros de los agradecidos fanáticos tricolores, ondeó el lábaro patrio y arrancó el alarido de la multitud
Miles de aficionados al futbol se reunieron desde temprano en la plancha del Zócalo capitalino para presenciar en las megapantallas instaladas ahí el tercer partido de la Selección Nacional de México de la Copa del Mundo Rusia 2018 contra el equipo de Suecia
A pesar de ser ombligo de semana, desde las 7:00 horas había más de 200 aficionados; sin embargo, la Plaza de la Constitución recibió al grueso de los fanáticos conforme se acercaba la contienda deportiva, incluso muchos llegaron cuando ya había iniciado el partido
Jóvenes, hombres, mujeres, niños, personas con discapacidad en sillas de ruedas, muchos con sus playeras verdes, otros con sombreros, pelucas tricolores, siguieron el encuentro
No faltaron algunos "godínez", que con traje que los delataba que escaparon de sus empleos, no pudieron abstenerse de la tentación y del ambiente, y se quedaron a ver el partido
Grupos enteros que se organizaron para acudir al Centro Histórico de la Ciudad de México, torsos desnudos pintados con los colores de la bandera tricolor, hombres-tigre, nahuales con sus cascabeles en los tobillos y grandes penachos en la cabeza, eran los personajes que destacaban como aficionados
Uno que otro extranjero de diferentes países como Noruega, Ghana, Brasil y de Estados Unidos se mezclaban entre el público aficionado, que en cada jugada celebraba con gritos a garganta abierta, como si el Chícharo, Herrera o Guardado los escucharan
Un par de suecos, que anónimos veían el partido, manoteaban cuando en varias ocasiones México estuvo a punto de concretar, pero sin mayores festejos, sólo levantaron las puños, en señal de triunfo cuando en los primeros minutos del segundo tiempo su equipo metió gol
En contraste, con las caras largas, los aficionados mexicanos sólo observaban el segundo gol por un penalti y un silencio sepulcral invadió el Zócalo, en cuyo centro la bandera mexicana ondeaba en lo alto, como si reflejara tristeza en señal de duelo
El tercer gol fue el fin, algunos abandonaron el lugar dando todo por perdido; sin embargo, el intenso sol que se dejó sentir esta mañana, sólo por algunos instantes tapado por los nubarrones negros que adelantaba una tarde lluviosa en el centro de la ciudad, no impidió que la afición permaneciera los más de 90 minutos que duró el partido
Trompetas y tambores se hacían sonar en cada jugada del equipo nacional, algunos levantaban las manos extendidas enviando buenas vibras, pero el tan ansiado gol no llegó
La vendimia de café, pizza, refrescos y otros productos que ofrecían las franquicias permitidas en el Zocafut, dio trabajo como siempre al heroico cuerpo de limpia, mientras que decenas de policías vigilaban el buen curso del evento
Durante la contienda deportiva un helicóptero sobrevolaba el Zócalo, pero no hubo mayores incidentes, sólo una afición decepcionada y al final alegre con su nuevo cuate coreano

4.1 - Video 1 - Angles - Duration: 2:26.
As we begin our study of trigonometry, it is important for us to establish a bit of
vocabulary.
An angle is a shape formed when line segments intersect.
The corner formed by the intersection is called the vertex.
One of the two lines is called the initial side and the other at the terminal side.
We use these to decide which way we're measuring the angle.
The choice of the initial side and terminal side is context dependent, and in many cases
it doesn't even matter.
The one case where this is extremely important is when we're drawing angles in standard position.
This means that the angle is drawn on the XY plane with the vertex at the origin, and
the positive x axis as the initial side.
In this case, angles in the counterclockwise direction have a positive measure and angles
in the clockwise direction have a negative measure.
You might notice that there are multiple ways to measure an angle.
For example, this angle can be measured in either the positive or negative direction.
When two angles start from the same initial side and end at the same terminal side we
say that we have coterminal angles.
In fact, any angle has an infinite number of ways to measure it as we can wind our way
around the angle as many times as we want and in either direction.
Geometrically there's very little reason to do this.
However, we will later see that there are contexts in which this makes sense.
But for now we will mostly just stick with the natural geometric angle.
If the initial and terminal side are perpendicular to each other we say that they form a right
angle.
If the angle is smaller than a right angle, then we say it is an acute angle.
If the angle is larger than a right angle but does not exceed the angle of a straight
line, we say that it is an obtuse angle.
When labeling angles we often use lowercase Greek letters.
Traditionally, we use theta but you also see alpha, beta, and gamma sometimes.
Later on in class we will also use capital Latin letters specifically when we're labeling
the vertices of triangles.
If two angles combine together to form a right angle we say that they are complementary angles.
If two angles combine together to form a straight line we say that they are supplementary angles.
These relationships are important in trigonometry.
In the next video we will talk about ways that we can measure angles.
