Hi, my name is 彭淳莊.

I would like to apply for Human Resources intern.

Now I studying in National Chiayi University,

and my major is Business Administration.I`m interested in Human Resource Management (HRM)

When I was a senior high school student, I went to an Education UK Exhibition with my friend.

It was my first time that I knew Human Resources Management.

Since that time, I decided to major Business Administration and learn HRM.

Learning how to make organizations have the right people in the right place at the right time is exciting.

The more I learn, the more I like.

I have been a Minister of Administration Section in the orientation camp.

What I should do includes food, transportation, accommodation and insurances.

Through this experience, I learn to deal with different things, communicate and cooperate with others.

I am detailed-oriented and prefer to follow the SOP to do things.

SOP can make me have preliminary thoughts on the task.

I also prefer to report unknown factor to the supervisor for working effectively.

I always have a positive attitude to face challenge.

Though it may be a rough way, I will get a good outcome by trying hard consistently.

I have a good command of Microsoft Office, especially PPT.

As for my weak skills, if I get the training, I will try to do my best.

When it comes to English, listening and speaking aren`t my strengths.

So I take "English Presentation and Public Speaking Skills course".

Although I am a little bit afraid to face my weaknesses, I can be better after overcoming them.

I don`t possess practical work experience, but I am like a paper which can absorb fluids much.

You can paint your own color on me and make me being who you need.

hello my name is Christophe Villa and today I'll be talking about my final project

for the class so for my final project I decided to do something else simpler I

created a player class and the player driver that would write to a file

basically it's a standard class as these variables name yard age

position atBats and successful hits and everything that a class usually has

the constructors methods and so on I'll be talking about for the most part

is gonna be the player driver so the player driver is basically what runs it

so we create a file then create an array of players that the user will then be

able to create however many players they like and then the project writes the

players to a file so let's run it so upon running it you'll be prompted

you'll be asked how many players of you will be inputting information for this could be

any number of players in this case i will just input three then you'll be

told the name of the player I'll put myself for the first one and you'll be

asked to position of the player let's go second base for this player

then the 40-yard time which will then be used to calculate other things

that is g in the main player class let's just make something up

about five point three then the number of times the player was at bat let's

say twenty then the amount of successful hits the player got this will then be

used to calculate the batting average later when printed then let's go to the next

player let's say Bob Jenkins random player let's say he plays

catcher hes 23 6.0 40 yard time 25 at-bats 17 successful

Next player John handcock first base lets say hes 20

he has a 4.7 40 yard he's been at bat 17 times in successful 10 times and that is

that would be the code running now we created a a playerInfo file that will be

found in wherever this this project is stored there would be a a file created

so if we opened that this is what was written your players name the

position the age the batting average the time to first was calculated at the time

that it takes for them to run to home plate from first so yeah that's

basically what my project does it can do it for any amount of players and it it's

very useful when you need to keep track of a lot of players and if you run it again

it'll keep adding more and more and more it would it will overwrite these answers

here or these players here so that's my final project thank you
