Waching daily May 25 2018

Buyers today want information, authenticity, and flexibility.

But giving them what they want while building a meaningful connection is harder than ever.

Unless you use video.

Today we're going to go through three easy ways you can use video in your sales process to make it better.

Adding a video to your email signature is a great way to add a personal touch

and let your contacts get to know you better. It can be as simple as adding a

link in your email signature to a YouTube video of you introducing yourself.

The level of formality and production quality for these videos

should really depend on your audience. But as a general rule of thumb these

videos should feel really raw and personal. Remember the point is to build

a relationship so we want these to feel really authentic.

FAQs are where video really helps start saving you time in the sales process.

As salespeople we could ask the same question over and over again.

Create short video responses to those questions

and you can use those videos whenever that question comes up.

This will free you up from having to write that same email answer every day and it'll make

your responses feel more personal.

We've all had those prospects that fall off

the face of the earth and just stop responding to you.

To get them to take action, you need something that stands out.

Try replacing your emails with a short

customized video you shoot in your smartphone. Reference past conversations

and try to give them something valuable like a tip or industry insight.

They'll see that you took the time to make a video and are just there to help.

Meaning they're much more likely to respond.

Those are just three of the ways you can use video in your sales process

but there's many more to consider.
