CORNWALL UK ROAD TRIP: Best Things To Do | 4K Travel Video - Duration: 5:59.
We just took an amazing 4 day road trip
down to Cornwall
One of the most beautiful places
in the whole of the UK
Our goal was to find our way
to one, very special castle.
I was last in Cornwall when I was 16 years old.
It was a school photography trip during my...
Awkward scarf phase.
Looking back through the film reels and photos,
one image really stuck in my mind:
St Michael's Mount, the castle in the ocean
and the cobbled causeway that leads up to it.
I never walked across to the island
So 9 years later...
I went back.
<MUSIC: Computer by State Shirt>
Near the Cornish border, the heavens opened.
Before long, it cleared and we hit the road again.
<MUSIC: There's Still Hope by Ketsa>
From Penzance, we got our first view of what we came to see.
The causeway shuts during bad weather, so we had to hope that the rain was gone for good...
Blue sky...
Storm.
Despite the weather, we decided to try our luck.
and before we knew it...
the rain stopped.
We made it to the mount, but the road trip was far from over.
Now, we had a new target in our sights and every stop in between.
<MUSIC: Computer by State Shirt>
We drove until there was no more road left...
And the English coast, met the Atlantic Ocean.
<music>
A trip that started with old memories, ended with new ones.

Video Game Character You'd Like To Play Games With? | Community Question | Backlog Battle - Duration: 10:28.
Hello everybody and welcome to this week's Community Question! My name is Alex and today's
a huge gaming release day, with Dragon Ball FighterZ AND Monster Hunter World both coming
out! Who's picking up either game? No, no, no, that's not this week's Community Question
- but regardless of your answers, I hope this weekend will be a fun gaming weekend for each
and every one of you!
Before we ask the real Community Question this week, we need to read and reply to all
your answers from last week's question today! Some people have submitted video replies for
previous week's questions and while I have watched all of them, they were sadly not for
last week's question, which is why we won't be covering them this week. Sorry guys! Maybe
click the bell icon so you'll always be updated whenever a new video comes out? For
the people who missed it, last week's question was, "Name your favorite RPG villain!"
This was a really fun one, especially since some of you thought I was going to pick Sephiroth!
Alrighty! Let's read your answers!
CryMor Gaming writes:
Shodan, man
I've never played either System Shock games, but I do believe people when they say that
both games were better than Bioshock in every conceivable way. I've also heard stories
of Shodan and how she (computer AI can be gendered, right? I mean Cortana's a she)
can be conniving and manipulative. Great choice for a villain, CryMor!
TokenGeek writes:
Easily Xemnas from Kingdom Hearts 2. I don't remember much of Kingdom Hearts' plot (who
does?), but I remember Xemnas creeped the hell out of me as a kid, and that fight took
forever for me to beat. I spent maybe a full week trying to beat him!
I never finished Kingdom Hearts 2 because, of your own admission, Kingdom Hearts' plot
really fell off the deep end with 2. I can rant and rave about my dislike for KH, but
that's not why we're here. And Xemnas truly is a terrifying villain, especially
for what's being touted as a kid's game. I do have that KH collection on PS4. Maybe
someday I'll dare play through that Roxas section that took forever in the beginning
of KH2 one… more… time?
BioPhoenix writes:
Good choice on Kefka! He's also a pretty big favorite of mine, but my pick will be
Albert Simon from Shadow Hearts 1. Reason why is that he looks like a gentleman and
he's polite and intelligent, but yet he is actually very sadistic with how he wants
his goals. The interactions with him and the main party are also really interesting since
he does not act completely batshit insane. He stays calm while doing so.
"Sane" villains are interesting to me because they're the complete polar opposite
of Kefka. They embody a twisted value and morality system that makes them feel like
they simply could argue their point and your protagonists will say, "Oh. Ok. Carry on!"
They're generally convincing, and their demeanor often charismatic. They're quite
a dangerous lot! Albert Simon seems dangerous for all the reasons you and I have listed.
Now I want to play Koudelka...
TheJustinShow writes:
Probably the most standout one for me is Smithy from Mario RPG since it was my first completed
RPG.
One of the best SNES JRPGs that I missed out on as a kid, Super Mario RPG will be that
one game that stands out as a magical collaboration between Squaresoft and Nintendo that doesn't
seem to be something that'll happen any time soon. Thankfully, Nintendo's continued
their Mario RPGs with competent directors and studios and have given us some great games
like the Paper Mario series and Mario and Luigi: Paper Jam, which we'll talk about
later! Nice pick!
This next one is full of spoilers for Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. I will read the
non-spoiler sections, but I'll try and reply without talking about the spoilers.
Bufudyne writes:
If Fire Emblem counts, then my favorite is Mad King Ashnard from Path of Radiance, for
the insane acts of cruelty he enacts upon his kingdom and those around him, alongside
introducing something that others would abuse that will offer some of the most bleak and
tragic moments in the entire franchise.
When reading Bufudyne's response, I couldn't shake the idea that all this was coming from
a turn based strategy RPG… which counts, by the way, since it's got the letters R
P and G in it. Keep in mind that I'm not saying that it's impossible for RPGs to
tell deep and rich stories, but rather how amazing it is that there's a ton of deep
and rich stories that we still have yet to play, even from games in the past! Yea, I
have my bias against turn based strategy RPGs as it's a genre I have an extremely difficult
time trying to get into, but I absolutely loved hearing this story about Mad King Ashnard
and I urge anyone who's played this game to keep this discussion about this villainous
monarch alive in the comments. Great choice!
Nauto-Ace-211-EX writes:
I have to go with the evil dynamic duo of Bowser and Paper Bowser in Mario & Luigi:
Paper Jam, where you have a JRPG where the world of Mario & Luigi collide with the world
of Paper Mario.
I love the Mario & Luigi series. As mentioned earlier, it's a great way to continue what
Super Mario RPG started while delivering fresh new takes on how a Mario RPG can be in this
day and age. Admittedly, the pairing of Bowser and Paper Bowser seems like a no brainer,
as Bowser has been fighting the Mario Bros. - mostly - by himself this whole time. A PAPER
version of himself seems just as dangerous. Awesome pick!
The following comment has some spoilers for Fallout: New Vegas. Same rules apply!
Wavec Gaming writes:
I guess Fallout is an RPG (yes it is!), so I'll have to go with Ulysses from Fallout
New Vegas. The three DLCs (excluding Honest Hearts) all seem like separate stories. But
after delving into the lore, you find that you're essentially just following Ulysses
all the way to the explosive conclusion. Amazingly well-written and exactly why we need another
Obsidian Fallout game.
The mention of Fallout: New Vegas in almost every single Community Question speaks volumes
about how incredible this game is to many players and I've gotta say that I've looked
at the PlayStation Store one too many times to see if it's available digitally. (Spoiler
alert: It ain't) That said, Ulysses' motivations and reasoning is what makes him a truly cunning
villain and if you haven't played Fallout: New Vegas, I urge you - on behalf of many
of its players who's mentioned the game here on Community Question - to check it out!
downphoenix writes:
I'm going to go with someone else - Vaas from Far Cry 3. A fantastically well written
villain that was extremely well acted, and I wanted more of him for sure.
If you've ever watched my Try Play for Far Cry 3, you'll know that I share downphoenix's
admiration of Vaas. Vaas was ruthless, intelligent, and often psychotic. The travesty is that
he still felt underutilized in the grand scheme of Far Cry 3's storyline. I often look back
at Vaas' first appearance as striking and memorable, and it's one of the best moments
I've encountered in any video game opening.
shortstacks0 writes:
You put FFVII as the game and the thumbnail has Sephiroth. How dare you swerve and steal
my favorite villain Kefka. You are going to become the next big villain.
Who's to say I'm not already? (Maniacal laugh)
This next one might be spoilerific for Valkyrie Profile 1 and 2. Same rules apply!
Terry 309 writes:
Lezard Valeth from Valkyrie Profile 1 and 2. He's such an interesting character that
you can't help but root for him despite how evil he is simply because of how ridiculously
eccentric and creepy his character is! Plus he has one of the greatest laughs of all time…
which is important for every villain methinks.
Kefka's laugh is iconic as Joker's laugh is iconic to him, so I think you're onto
something here! Valkyrie Profile's a fantastic game series from Enix, and if any of you haven't
checked it out, you should! From what you've said, he doesn't seem all too different
from Kefka in many ways, which always makes things a bit more interesting compared to
most RPGs.
And that's all the answers we managed to get in this video! Remember, if you want to
make sure that your answer appears on next week's Community Question, make sure you
subscribe to the channel and click that bell icon so you won't miss the release of the
latest episode and post a comment with your answer right away! Also, if you've got the
time, you should go check out the channels of everyone who's replied: you'll never
know if they make YouTube videos or not!
Because today's game releases involve multiplayer components - whether it's fighting competitively
in Dragon Ball Fighters Z or cooperatively taking down monsters in Monster Hunter World
- I thought of putting a little spin to today's Community Question. Ready to answer? This
one might be a tiny bit tricky, if only because the possibilities can be endless.
Name a video game character who you'd want to play multiplayer games with.
As with most Community Questions, this is open to interpretation, so have fun with it.
It could very well be that this video game character would be playing video games with
you as a second player, or they're partnering with you in Monster Hunter World as an actual
player character in the game to help you down baddies as their own selves, or even fighting
against your Goku, Vegeta, and Frieza combination in Dragon Ball Fighter Z as their own selves.
But you have to pick one. Sounds tough… But while you think about your answers, let
me give you mine.
If there's one character I'd like to play video games with, it'd have to be D.Va from
Overwatch. The game we'll most likely play would either be a MMO or some form of cooperative
game. But the Korean video game wunderkind turned hero will prove to be an incredible
ally regardless of any challenge I might face in games, whether it's actual video games
or inside video games, whatever the case!
And that's my pick for a video game character I'd like to play multiplayer games with!
What's yours? Post your reply on the comments below or send me a video response. Just remember
to message me and let me know where I can find it! Thanks for watching and I'm looking
forward to reading and watching your replies!
