first! happy Chinese new year!
today is new year's Eve
so i'm here to make a chinese vlog~
and show you guys what do we do for Chinese new year's eve in Auckland
i think seriously...
wait, it's so hot, let me just open my window
it's doesn't really have that kind of feeling for chinese new year's eve over here
for example, when we having our new year's Eve dinner
In China, it's already dark outside, specially it's winter now
we'll eating the dinner while watching Spring Festive Gala
but first it's summer over here, and
when the outside is dark, the time is almost 9pm
and the latest time for dinner is around 7or8 pm
it's still day time outside when we are having our meal
it's kind of wired for me
so we'll do something to make our spring festival has that traditional festival feeling
so today we'll go shopping to buy new clothes, and receive red pocket..
red pocket, having new year's eve dinner and paying the new year call...
so today's plan is go shopping, and making dinner afternoon,
i'm going to take you guys with me today!!!
oh right!
it's my new pajamas
i found it yesterday when i was cleaning my room at the wardrobe
i think i brought it from China before,
but i never wear it.. kinda forgot
it's feels really good and i had a good sleep last night as well

this is feta & garlic flavor corn chips
it looks like this
it tastes totally different with the chia seeds flavour
that one is like really healthy corn chips taste
let me see the ingredients of this
it has starch something like that i think,
it doesn't taste that kind of like pure corn chips
but the seasoning of this is ok
if you like regular chips, this one is good for you
if you can find the Quinoa&chia seeds one, you should definitely try it!

the first time i ate this is on the plane, they gave the small version of this to me
it was so good!
the flavour of that one is slightly salted
i didn't find this flavour in auckland
it look like nachos
i can't taste anything!
not even salted
i think i supposed dip this with some guacamole or salsa
let me see the ingredients again
this is why..
there's only 2 ingredients, corn and vegetable oil
so its super healthy
i think I'm going to put some salt on it

Whether you�re here because you�ve heard about the importance of magnesium with adrenal
fatigue, but you�re not sure why or how to use it.
Or maybe you�ve taken magnesium and it didn�t help with your insomnia
or other symptoms as promised and your trying to get more information.
Don�t completely rule out magnesium as a healing remedy just yet even if it didn�t
help with your insomnia it doesn�t mean your body couldn�t benefit
a great deal from this amazing mineral.
And studies show 50% of americans are deficient in magnesium.
Magnesium deficiency can cause: is not something to ignore since it contributes to many health
problems and diseases such as heart disease, stroke, adrenal
fatigue, diabetes, fibromyalgia and infertility Also, it is important to consider that maybe

Why is our magnesium intake so low?
First, the American diet is made up of highly processed foods and foods
high in white flour, dairy and meat.

sometimes our bodies are able to absorb certain forms of magnesium easier than
others, so it�s important to try several forms before ruling it out.
To further complicate the issue, magnesium levels decrease with excess coffee, alcohol,
soda, stress, diarrhea, antibiotics, and medications to treat acid
reflux, which are common substances we consume in this culture.
and in order to properly absorb magnesium, we need: quite a bit of magnesium in our diet,
plus enough vitamin B6, vitamin D, and selenium to work
with in order for us to properly absorb magnesium.
How to tell if you�re deficient?
Do you have difficultly falling asleep?
Do you wake up easily?
