ARTIFICIAL TELEPATHY 101.

by John Finch

The experience of Artificial Telepathy is really not that extraordinary. Its as

simple as receiving a cell-phone call in ones head.

Indeed, most of the technology involved is identical to that of cell-phone technology.

Satellites link the sender and the receiver. A computer multiplexer routes the voice

signal of the sender through microwave towers to a very specifically defined location or

cell. The receiver is located and tracked with pinpoint accuracy, to within a few feet

of actual location. But the receiver is not a cell phone. Its a human brain.

Out of nowhere, a voice suddenly blooms in the mind of the target. The human skull has

no firewall and therefore cannot shut the voice out.

The receiver can hear the senders verbal thoughts. For this reason, the experience

could be called hearing voices but is more properly described as artificial telepathy.

Now, if artificial telepathy were entirely voluntary, like a conversation between friends

sitting across the room from one other, it might be kind of cool. One could talk back

and forth with ones friend, exchanging verbal thoughts exactly as if speaking on

the phone, but without ever using ones voice or mouth. Its a completely silent,

subvocal form of speech. Between lovers, this would be beautiful.

The problem is that artificial telepathy provides the perfect weapon for mental torture. It

provides an extremely powerful means for exploiting, harassing, controlling, and raping the mind

of any person on earth. It opens the window to quasi-demonic possession of another persons

soul.

When used as a non-lethal weapons system it becomes an ideal means for neutralizing

or discrediting a political opponent. Peace protestors, inconvenient journalists, and

the leaders of vocal opposition groups can be stunned into silence with this weapon

Like a perverted phone caller, a hostile person with this technology in hand can call at any

time of day, all day long. Sleep can be disrupted. Prayers can be desecrated, religious beliefs

mocked. Business meetings can be interrupted, thoughts derailed. Love can be polluted, perverted,

twisted, abused. Dreams can be invaded, fond memories trashed.

The attacker cannot be seen or identified, the attack cannot be stopped, and the psychological

damage is enormous.

But there is no physical damage, not one single mark is left on the body and there is absolutely

no proof that any crime or any violation ever took place!

Everything that happens to the victim happens inside the victims head. What physical

evidence is there to give the police? Without physical evidence, how can one photograph

the crime scene or fingerprint the stalker?

There are no footprints leading to or from the scene. Indeed, there is no physical scene

at all, and no evidence that an attack ever took place.

Most people who experience this abusive form of artificial telepathy feel as if their

mind has been raped.

They find themselves hunted, stalked, harassed and abused by a person or persons who refuse

to give their names, who defile ones mind with the most foul and perverse language imaginable,

and who refuse to hang up or go away.

The caller or callers delight in the perverse and sadistic torture of their targets. Furthermore,

they delight in violating the privacy of their targets and demonstrate as brutally as possible

that the target has no privacy at all.

Put into the hands of a secret police unit, the potential for abusing such technology

is even more chilling.

Now, the natural reaction of a normal and intelligent person who undergoes the horrible

experience of mind rape for the first time is to panic and reach for a phone. They call

family, contact their doctor or call police with a bizarre complaint that someone is

beaming voices into my head.

But if the police are the ones behind the abuse, the victims arent going to get much

help, are they? Its much more convenient and easy to believe that the caller is a nutcase.

In short order, the victim of mind rape finds herself or himself undergoing the additional

humiliation of being carted off to the psych ward, often being committed involuntarily

by a loved one for ones own good.

The more vehement the efforts to prove that the voice or voices in ones head are real,

the more smug become the smiles of the medical doctors, who gently insist that such technology

does not exist, that the voices cannot possibly be real, and that one must take a powerful

psych med and lie down for a good long rest.

The experience of hearing voices especially voices that give a running stream of negative

abuse will gain one automatic admission to the rubber room. Indeed, hearing voices

is a classic example of schizophrenia. If you hear voices, you are, by definition, crazy.

Yet when released from the psych ward with an expensive supply of meds, voice hearers

often find that the meds are ineffective exactly as one would expect if their problem had nothing

to do with brain chemistry and everything to do with a bio-electronic attack by unseen

stalkers.

Voice hearers often puzzle psychiatrists, because many of them dont fit the classic

model of schizophrenia, which usually begins onset in the early twenties.

The victims of artificial telepathy are often well into their thirties or forties

and many have no prior history of serious mental illness or drug abuse. Many seem to

be alert, healthy, and rational even while insisting that they can hear voices.

They agree with the psychiatrists that, yes, they are depressed, but who wouldnt be

a bit depressed under such trying circumstances? To be stalked and verbally bullied every waking

hour of the day is a form of mental torture.

Victims of mind rape quickly learn not to discuss their psychological problems

with family and coworkers. Its embarrassing, its bizarre, it gets very little sympathy

and only serves to alarm most people.

The only way that another person can help is to suggest that the mind rape victim see

a psychiatrist. The result is a very stiff medical bill, which only adds financial pain

to the mix. And the verbal harassment continues.

As they learn to endure their daily torture, voice hearers can usually return to mainstream

life, where they are able to carry on intelligent, coherent conversations, hold down jobs, and

function quite normally.

In fact, if they dont discuss their problem they usually cant be told apart from normal

people on the street. Because they are normal people.

The growing number of voice hearers in our society is therefore well masked. Those who

continue to insist that there is a secret society of people beaming voices into our

heads are simply laughed at. They are completely discredited.

In fact, many voice hearers have by now internalized the idea that they are mentally ill, and they

struggle to understand how their auditory hallucinations could continue to seem so

very, very real.

Naturally, many of these voice hearers are deeply confused. They turn to support groups,

including such on-line communities as the Voice Hearers support group at Yahoo.com.

Anyone who doubts that artificial telepathy exists need only contact such a Voice Hearers

community, where they will encounter people who continue to insist that they are being

harassed by real people using an unknown or unexplained technology.

New Masters Of The Universe Vultak,Angella, Peekablue Skeletor, Heman Mattel Unboxing

masters of the universe classics the

adult collector series 5 littell I like

I said on the last episode of this

series has its good has it done as well

as i thought so I'm going to start off

showing three at a time and again

finished ears off

ok so then today we have peak of blue

and jela & voltaxx we're going to start

off with the peekaboo one of these ones

that if you haven't seen me open these

before the adult collector series they

come in a nice Brown block once you take

the figure out of the box the figure has

its own box so that is cool

this Christmas of our people blues

watchful feathered friends and then the

back of these has a good description to

our zoom in on this and if you want to

call it and read about her and then here

is some of the other of female

characters to fly that sweet be and Joe

luck dinner roll off and this people

blue trim it up and double bit

so this is what she looks like before I

removing ok so here is the code blue

she looks cool she's called speak of

blue because she has these peacock

feathers you can see the attached behind

her and they go from 30 these spread out

here so that she has a tail like a

peacock and that does off off right off

then you could see she has like green

hair her head does hurt but i guess not

too much I think your hair is stopping

your head for attorneys all the way

movement wise 360 degrees on the arm she

bends at the elbow and mostly at her

wrists dog does turn 360 degrees she

comes with this soft cool shield here

then here is the other side the movement

on this is some type of it looks like

some type of a slate fan or something so

that looks like a pretty cool weapons

she is a little bit hard to stand off I

mean you could get her to stand but

there it is a little hard because for

our tail part for feather parts so heavy

and she's got like a food

hop on

skirt movement lies on the legs 360

degree movement on the legs and like

also been and her foot move up and down

and then I was in our go ahead and

remove the peacock feathers for you to

see what she looks like

so that is what she looks like yellow

skirt she does have the whole here where

the peacock feathers dip it in and then

here is a good look at the peacock

feathers so i'm going to go ahead and

put that back in there

ok and then we're going to go ahead and

open up and jela mgl off same nice brown

box protect and here is a look at and

show up that princess of power so says

angelic wings speakers so she just have

then here is a look at the back of the

package i'm going to do with degrees do

subscription of offers and then here is

some of the other ones you see it

she robbed most powerful woman in the

universe suppose jela that light whole

symmetrical protector of the crystal

castle matter of Rods magical relations

of history

flutter we have

and remember the guys like the way and

here is what she looks like before i

take them out of the package

ok and here is what she looks like out

of the package she does have school

foldable wings so the wings they're each

side is two parts so it will fold all

the way out like that or you probably

want to keep it over laughing a little

bit like that because it looks cooler

and that let's go ahead and take a look

at her first of all her head it would

spin 360 but the collar here is stopping

it and then off she does spend her way

to so she could spend 360 degrees at our

way that she is like she has a pink and

all this she has some type of our

diamond over there

wait there then I she does come with the

silversword 360 degree movement on the

arm PR move ask the shoulder her arms

bend at the elbow and so he and still 3

360 so great movement there and then I'm

not really sure what he's thinking this

for looks like she hold in your hand

through the reason that you know what

it's for all of y'all had never seen in

the shoulder and then she's got like

site and food we went wide 360 on the

leg

she's been at the knee and foot moves up

and down and then here is it will hit

the back of first her wings do full and

then here is a good look at the backup

for the wings to fold all the way down

to the sensor sometimes they do pop off

like that a lot of pop back on really

easily so she could fold their wings all

the way down or spread them all

I prefer them spread out they look a lot

ok

third one we're gonna have today is bold

let's go ahead and look at this

ok this guy son Gary looking vault a kit

said evil flying key you can see he's

got like themselves across photo hands

of clothes in there and then this one

doesn't actually have a file which is

kind of surprising but there's some

other figures you got both special

friends and help she rocks we have full

sack there have been tena will spiral

pop-out eyes that she wrote most

powerful woman in the universe for

trooper evil mechanical force of for dax

30 she figures with three

so here is ball pack in the package

before I remove anything that you can

see off the head

it's all here in fault that he is one

evil looking guy if you ever seen the

vulture and spider-man he looks very

similar to the vulture and spider-man

so you see that wings that fold and then

you could unfold his wings just like the

last figure so this guy could slide that

he's definitely not angels that got one

mean-looking guys you got like a whip

here has got like some type of a collar

on it i get to capture animals and then

he got it looks like some type of a bird

crossbones got like wings and everything

I don't know that shoots out like an

energy ready or something I've never

seen him on the show either so probably

just missed that one then are going

we're going to take a look at him from

the top down on his head those have

360-degree movement and it moves often

and Don 363 movement on his arms he does

rotate here at his bicep his arm holds

off

sdl balls and his hand freezer

so just like the other one this guy you

could put him into a lot of completion

and the overemphasis it's of the what

you literally applies to everything that

he's got some type of glue like risk

staying here

so same here all the way out and

wondering if is just eat up here some of

these the chest piece does pop off

okay it looks like it does let's go

ahead and unclasp it there you can see

he does actually have a chest where your

muscular chest gray and black and then

he also does sound the way over there

the law against him into a lot of

different poses and that his wings are

attached to this chest piece here so if

you want to you could unclass the whole

chest piece and takes his wings off so

that would be kind of cool you know like

play why did you pretend like he lost

his wings or something

there's somebody cutting off

coupe and then he does have something

like like up for you Nick I guess

something similar to that then

lengthwise 363 movement on his legs

they're like give it back

he bends at the knee there and his foot

was hurt all the way up and down this

guy who should after flying with its

feet all the way down that would be kind

of freaky looking because he does have

like word feet with like sharp falls

poke your hands and then are they they

do turn off sideways to show you that

sideways movement for loop and then here

is a good look at that he spread all the

way out the movement why is on the wings

again they do fold and that you come to

a sensor there so when you put him like

that

his wings are almost hidden

so that also let me know which one of

the three and your favorite there's one

more quick look at that

yeah that was a lot of fun and if you

enjoyed the video make sure you click

Subscribe and the thumbs up button down

below the video in today's secret word

is a word

go ahead and put that in the comments

The Real Life Truman Show | Susunu! Denpa Shōnen - Duration: 6:33.

We all know the Japanese love crazy shit.

Weird-ass candies, tentacles and

ridiculous game shows. But there is one

game show that took their batshit love

of batshit insane games to a whole new

level. It made the truman show

look like a morally pure experiment

where nobody was hurt. The star; Nasubi.

The game; Susunu! Denpa Shonen

Let's dig a little deeper you and I.

Susunu! Denpa Shonen featured a 22-year

old comedian nicknamed "Nasubi". His

nickname meant "eggplant" a reference to

his long face.

He was hoping the show would kick-start

his comic career. Didn't fuckin do that

let me tell you. after he'd auditioned

producers told Nasubi that he would

appear in a segment that may or may not

air but if it did air it would make

him a star.

The young man was then blindfolded and

taken to a room that was empty

aside from a radio, a cooker, and a coffee

table. There was essential plumbing, a

small cushion, and piles of magazines.

Other than that the room was bare. Then

the producers told the Nasubi to strip.

That's when producers explained he was

in a contest called "Sweepstakes Life". if

he wanted clothes food or anything at

all, he'd have to win his supplies by

entering sweepstakes.

That's why were are so many magazines.

Once he reaches ten thousand dollars

worth of prizes he'll be free to leave the

room and begin his life as a celebrity.

Until then he'd have to stay in the room.

Cut off from the world living on only

won. And oh yeah, he'd have to change the tapes in

the video camera. Tapes that may or may

not end up on TV someday. So yeah he was

in a tiny room, pretty much nothing in it,

bare-ass naked and he had to fill in

those shitty post cards you get on the

backs of magazines to win prizes. Sounds

awesome!

Of course, the kicker is he can only get

food by winning prizes. Nasubi got

to work filling out postcards and

entering nearly 300 contests a day. Of

course it takes a while to win the

sweepstakes and soon Nasubi was losing a

lot of weight.

Thankfully the crew gave him a little

bread and water but when he finally won

a few sodas two weeks in the free food

stopped. Four weeks later he won a bag of

rice but since he didn't have a pot he

have to cook his food in a soda can.

He also won crazy prizes like Spice

Girls tickets and a TV.

I mean you can't eat TV you just use

can't. And he never wore any clothing that

fit, so he was naked the entire time.

How long did the contest last? Well Nasubi

was shut in the room for about

a year, it took him 10 months to win any

toilet paper. As you might expect the

isolation took a toll on Nasubi and

soon he stopped grooming and started

taking advice from toys he'd won. He was

literally going crazy, but what Nasubi

didn't know is that he was already

famous. The producers had lied, his crazy

antics were already all over the TV and

16 million people were watching him run

around naked, barely making it up rice

and beating off. Beating off the boredom

by talking to his penis.

Of course producers covered up Nasubi's

groin with an illustrated eggplant

and the show was enhanced with silly

sound effects and bizarre graphics. So

tasteless. Strangely the show was so

popular that Nasubi was already

popping up in commercials and on

magazines unknowingly. People

watched him on a 24-hour live feed and

read his diaries which producers

published. Nasubi's entire life was on

display. Once Nasubi reached his

ten-thousand-dollar goal, the producers

gave him clothes and flew him to South Korea.

He spent the day enjoying the scenery

but that night they snuck him in a Korean

apartment that looked just like his old

one

they ordered him strip and said if you

wanted plane tickets back to Japan you

have to play the game all over again.

Frustrated and tired Nasubi obeyed and

spent four months in Korea living off

only what he won in magazines. When that

was finally over the producers took him

back to Japan and they let him go.

Sike! Of course did it they're Japanese.

They took him back to Japan put them in an

entirely new apartment and told him to

play the game again. Assuming he had to

play another round, Nasubi took off his

clothes. And that's when the walls fell

down.

Suddenly he found himself surrounded by an

audience, laughing, clapping and cheering.

That's when the hosts of Susunu! Denpa Shonen

informed the bewildered comedian that

he was already a star, that he'd won the

game. Now it's fair to say his life was

ruined by the experience, he had trouble

talking and wearing clothes for years, he

had been on display for quite some time.

The entire thing lasted 15 months. But I

mean some good must have come from that of it

right? Wrong. His comedian career, the

entire reason why he did it

basically kind of flat lined after he

got out of the show, because it's hard to

make jokes when you've been held

prisoner for 15 months. The kicker?

Nasubi could have actually left

the apartment anytime he wanted, the

doors were never locked. When asked why he

stayed Nasubi simply replied "I said I'd

do it and I do what I say." Okay. Well at

least he says is given him a better

outlook on life and he's not in the room

anymore. Not like me I'm in the same room

every fucking day.

Thanks for watching, Mike-Out

Ferrari F12 TDF Review | Hartvoorautos.nl - Duration: 10:05.

Sometimes there are days that you are very grateful

Thanks to everyone who is involved to make this possible

And today is a day like that; I'm driving a Ferrari F12tdf, Tour de France!

This one is even more special but more about that later... I'm on the German Autobahn!

I just reached 240 km/h but this car can go a lot faster

This car has a top speed of 340 km/h

It makes you scared, this car is a bit frightening

The Ferrari F12tdf is a limited edition, an extreme version of the F12berlinetta

A car which we have driven in 2016

In comparison with the F12berlinetta is the F12tdf more powerful, lighter and better to use on trackdays

This particular car is on Dutch plates, is extremely expensive

You might think that when you buy a car like this, a limited edition (1/799)

That you won't drive it much, you put it away in your garage

But this car is being used on a daily basis

This car is built in February 2016 and we picked it up at Thijs Timmermans

It now has a mileage of 56,000 kilometers!

And today I'm the lucky one to drive about 200, 300 kilometers

In Germany... Lovely!

Hallelujah what a power, what an emotion!

For years I'm a big fan of the brand Lamborghini

I always loved all kind of Lamborghini's so much

But I have to say... The love chilled after I drove several Ferraris

It all started with an F430 Spider and the 430 Scuderia, 458 (Speciale), 599 GTB and F12berlinetta followed

And today the F12tdf, maybe the most delicious Ferrari ever built!

Unbelievable, what a feeling!

When I received the keys this morning, I thought 'Wow, how special to get the chance to drive this car'

Because they are really rare, unique and special

And I know that a Ferrari can be tricky in the rain, but this car...

It has no mercy when you don't know what you are doing

You only have to look at the gas pedal and you're already spun

So yes, you really need some driving skills

The F12 Tour de France is powered by a 6.3 V12 without turbos

Maybe it's one of Ferrari's latest models without turbos

Probably a good investment in my opinion

And that engine is good for 780 hp which is 40 hp more than the F12berlinetta

But the increase of power isn't enough; Ferrari has put so many effort in creating more downforce

It has 84% more downforce compared to the F12berlinetta

It makes sure that the car is really glued to the tarmac

It also has wider tires in the front to increase the grip

The better grip you will notice when it's dry or in warm weather

But today... the grip is hard to find

I have to slow down now; we are corssing to road, we are back in Holland

Yes, I have to give it back back today. Unfortunately!

The price of the F12tdf was €465.000,- when it was presented

Adding some options and carbon parts will get you easily to €500.000,-

But the F12tdf is worth that amount of money

Of course it's very enjoyable to drive, it's incredibly fast but you can also make some money with it

The value of this car is gone up to +€800.000,-

Depending on state and mileage of course

The shift times are also improved in comparison with the F12berlinetta

The F12tdf shifts 30% quicker

With a soft touch it pops into the next gear

We spent the day driving in 'wet-mode' because we wanted the best gip

In 'sport-mode' it shifts even quicker and in 'race-mode' it's get really aggressive

Back to third gear...

Now you will get a kick in the back, I love it

It's so aggressive, it produces such a loud noise... That's the magic of Ferrari

It has so much emotion, it's such a great feeling to drive this car

It's really a special feeling

People often ask me if I ever get used to driving cars like this

And yes of course, everything can get used

But of course it's special every time I get in a car like this

But it's really special when you receive a phone call or text message 'do you want to make a video with my F12tdf?'

'Because I would love to see my car in a Hart voor Auto's video'

Then your heart starts beating faster and you can only think 'thank you!'

And that's what I think today

Pedal to the metal with 120 km/h can be tricky, the back is still losing grip

It can be really dangerous at 200 km/h; be careful with this car

The biggest difference with the F12berlinetta is that the F12berlinetta is more like a gran turismo

More a car to drive in a relaxed way

This car will get you tired, you have to work

You feel so much power and torque behind the gas pedal

And they say that the F12tdf has so much more grip but to be honest...

We couldn't really test that today, thanks to the weather...

In Unhinged Tweet Storm, Trump Claims Obama Wiretapped Him During Campaign - Duration: 5:21.

Obviously the biggest story over the past weekend was the fact that Donald Trump decided

to wake up on a Saturday morning, get one Twitter, and accuse the Obama administration,

Barack Obama himself, of wiretapping Trump Tower during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Now, many people were quick to point out the fact that the president of the United States

does not have the authority to issue a wiretap and that is absolutely true.

You have to go through the FISA courts.

These types of things are initiated by intelligence agencies or law enforcement agencies and only

when they believe a crime has been committed, or that there's some conspiracy to commit

a crime, or illegal contact with foreign nationals.

The fact that Donald Trump blames Barack Obama for this is completely moot at this point.

Obama could not do that, however, law enforcement agencies absolutely could.

More importantly, Donald Trump absolutely provided no information whatsoever to show

that this actually happened.

We do not know at the moment whether or not Trump Tower was wiretapped, or if anybody

was listening in on Donald Trump or any of this staffers phone call.

That really is the most important part of this story.

If they were wiretapped, it would have to be because there was a crime suspected of

being committed or in the process of being committed.

These FISA courts that issue these wiretap rulings do not do so lightly.

This is not something that you can just go before the FISA court, say, "I want to wiretap

this guy just because I want to," and they grant it.

They don't do that.

Now, the big question becomes not what he was wiretapped for, but whether he was even

wiretapped because if he was, that's a pretty good indication that somebody within the law

enforcement agencies had reason to believe that the Trump administration was committing

illegal activities.

Until we get more information, we can't really say one way or the other whether he was wiretapped,

but the fact that he did this on Twitter on a Saturday morning shows just how unhinged

this man is.

If he actually had some issue with this, or if he had some proof, do you know who has

the power to declassify information like this?

Donald Trump, the president of the United States.

If he suspected himself of being wiretapped, he could contact those agencies and say, "Send

over the files.

Declassify this information.

Release it to the public right now," and they would have to do it.

You don't go on Twitter and make these baseless accusations to drum up sympathy for yourself

and your campaign without following through on the back end there.

If you are wiretapped and you want to make president Obama look like the bad guy, release

those files.

Declassify them.

Send them out the public, but the fact is you probably weren't.

You just want to make Obama the enemy because, in the eyes of republicans, everything that's

happening right now in Washington DC is still Barack Obama's fault.

I remember a couple days after Barack Obama was sworn in as president in the year 2009,

republicans on Fox News were bitching about the fact that liberals were still talking

about the economic mess that George W. Bush had left.

They said, "Nope.

This is Obama's economy now.

Everything that happens is on him."

Well, that's not true because George W. Bush's final budget remained in effect until either

September or October of that year.

It was still the Bush economy, but that's how fast republicans wanted to move on from

George W. Bush.

The day Obama was sworn in, every disaster that Bush created suddenly became Obama's

disaster.

Now that he's left office, every disaster that Trump creates somehow is still Obama's

fault.

These Jeff Sessions issue, the perjury, somehow Obama's fault.

They honestly believe that he set up Jeff Sessions to meet with these people only so

that later on down the road, assuming Trump won the presidency, and assuming he nominated

Jeff Sessions to be attorney general, and assuming Sessions would lie about it, that

was Obama's plan.

How in the hell do you even pull off something like that when there's so many assumptions

to be made along the way?

This isn't Ocean's Eleven.

He's not planning some massive heist that requires every single piece of the puzzle

to fall perfectly into place at every given opportunity, but that's what Donald Trump

believes.

That's why he's out there on Twitter blaming Barack Obama for every problem that he is

currently having in his presidency.

If information comes out that shows that Donald Trump was wiretapped, I can't wait to find

out the reason and find out what his campaign was actually doing to deserve to be wiretapped.

China's Plan for Your Internet | China Uncensored - Duration: 8:23.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

the future of the Internet is peace and security -

run by the world's biggest violator of human rights.

Hi, welcome to China Uncensored,

I'm your host Chris Chappell.

Nothing makes me feel hopeful about the future of mankind

like a new world order run by the benevolent

Chinese Communist Party.

But that's a long way off.

We may just have to accept a China's new world order

in cyberspace for now.

Last week, this policy paper called

"International Strategy of Cooperation on Cyberspace"

was issued by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs

and the Cyberspace Administration of China.

Among other things,

the paper calls for "upholding sovereignty in cyberspace."

Basically, it means the Chinese regime wants cyberspace

to be viewed in the same way it treats China's land,

air, and seas.

Can you build artifical islands in cyberspace?

Don't worry.

They only want to do benevolent new world order stuff—

like "prevent cyberspace from becoming a new battlefield."

Nice try, China!

Cyberspace is already a battlefield.

That's what I learned from my favorite 90s live-action kids show

adapted using stock footage from Japanese television!

What?

Like you didn't watch Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad.

Yes, cyberspace is crawling with monster viruses that are...

knocking down lots of things.

The Chinese Communist Party wants to pretend it's Servo,

our cyber hero.

But don't be fooled.

It was Kilokahn all along.

Mwuhahahaha!

Anyway, like Kilokahn,

what the Communist Party wants is not just control

of its own domain,

but the entire world.

Last week's latest policy paper

essentially lays out that plan...

but in warm, fuzzy language.

It mentions "peace" 18 times in 12 pages.

I mean, did you know that

"China has been a force for world peace,"

"advocates the principles of peace,"

and is "committed to upholding peace and security

in cyberspace?"

If they say it often enough,

it must be true.

And last Thursday,

an official from the Cyberspace Administration of China

told reporters that

"The Chinese Internet is fully open"

and that "all Internet companies are welcome in China."

Did you hear that, Google?

Oh wait, "as long as they comply with

Chinese laws and regulations,

refrain from undermining China's national interests

and interests of Chinese consumers."

Never mind, Google.

The fact is,

China's Internet Freedom ranking is just below

Iran and Syria.

So not super free.

The Chinese Communist Party maintains

a tight grip on the Internet

with what's known as the Great Firewall—

a massive,

nationwide censorship and monitoring system.

The regime claims it's necessary for national security.

Or in other words,

cracking down on dissent.

Fortunately, last week's policy paper

doesn't have any power to let the Chinese regime

control the world's Internet.

It's just something they're going to present

at the BRICS economic summit later this year.

Unfortunately, this policy paper won't be the end of it.

And it's not the beginning, either.

For many years,

the Chinese regime has been working towards grabbing

more control of the world's Internet.

In an episode last October,

I told you about how China is trying to influence ICANN,

the world's Internet address book.

So why does the Chinese Communist Party care so much

about controlling the Internet in the rest of the world?

No, the end game is not about censoring Americans

from searching for topics banned on the Chinese Internet,

like the Tiananmen Square Massacre.

A key part of it actually has to do with economics.

The Chinese regime can only do so much

with its draconian Internet security laws

and tons of secret police.

To maintain power,

it has to keep the Chinese middle class happy

with economic incentives.

So to keep the economy running,

the Chinese regime has invented

a vast system of economic espionage

to steal other countries',

and particularly America's,

innovation and intellectual property.

"U.S. companies and the U.S. economy

lose approximately $5 trillion each year,

or over 30 percent of the U.S. GDP

when you factor the full value

of the stolen innovation."

And so in 2015,

then President Barack Obama sat down

with Chinese leader Xi Jinping,

and they agreed, no more to economic cybertheft!

Other forms of hacking were still okay.

That's not a joke.

But a big chunk of the Chinese economy,

and by extension the rule of the Chinese regime,

depends on stolen innovation.

So whaddya gonna do?

Simply find legal ways to do the same thing.

This is when you start to see China

rolling out all kinds of cyber security laws,

for national security.

Laws very similar

to what China now wants to roll out globally.

In July 2015,

China passed the National Security Law,

"to make all key network infrastructure and information systems

"secure and controllable."

Later that year,

the Counter Terrorism Law was passed that

"Requires internet service providers

to help authorities decrypt data and provide

'technical means of support' in terrorism cases."

And at the end of 2016,

the Cybersecurity Law was passed.

It requires that network operators

must accept government supervision.

According to Forbes,

it could "theoretically cover every organization or business

with a linked computer system."

And companies around the world freaked.

Because basically what that all meant

is the Chinese regime can look at anything that happens

on a computer inside China,

including the computers of Western companies

operating in China—

or even Western companies that don't operate in China,

but use servers inside China.

And it's done under the guise of national security

and counterterrorism.

Essentially, if the Chinese regime requires companies

to give it access to any and all data passing through China,

this is a "legal" way to get a hold

of foreign intellectual property.

Of course many companies tried to rebel.

And the Chinese regime hit back hard.

Companies like Microsoft, Qualcomm, and Apple

were hit with surprise early morning raids

of their China offices,

fines, heavy criticism in the media,

the whole shebang.

And then they mostly backed down.

And gave in to the idea of following Chinese law.

Because who doesn't want a piece

of the magically delicious China market?

And that's just one example of how the Communist Party

is trying to influence Internet policy.

This latest proposal,

is really just a small step in a much larger plan

that's been going on for years.

And the end game, as always,

is maintaining the Party's control over China.

Argh!

That blasted Kilokahn,

trying to rule the internet!

Speaking of which,

where's my gritty reboot of Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad?

Get on it, Hollywood.

I mean, it's not like Matthew Lawrence

is doing anything right now.

So what do you think of the Chinese regime's plans

for the Internet?

Leave your comments below.

While you still can!

Thanks for watching this episode of China Uncensored.

Once again I'm your host Chris Chappell.

Now go out there and kick some giga-butt.

Alcoholism - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 14:45.

Alcohol is one of the most widely used psychoactive substances in the world, and has been a part

of different cultures for hundreds of years.

Drinking alcohol can have serious harmful consequences, it's been linked to various

cancers, gastrointestinal diseases, and metabolic problems.

Over time, regular use of alcohol can lead to alcohol dependence and bouts of withdrawal,

and this can take a serious physical and emotional toll on a person's life.

Alcoholic drinks contain the chemical ethanol, which is a tiny molecule that reduces the

activity of various inhibitory and excitatory neurotransmitter pathways in the brain.

Inhibitory neurotransmitters make neurons in the central nervous system less likely

to fire an action potential, and the brain's major inhibitory neurotransmitter—gamma-aminobutyric

acid or GABA—acts as an "off" switch and restricts brain activity.

Ethanol is a GABA agonist, so when it binds to GABA receptors it makes that inhibitory

signal even stronger.

Ethanol also activates opioid receptors and induces the release of endogenous morphine—known

as endorphins.

The opioids then bind to receptors on dopaminergic neurons in the nucleus accumbens, which trigger

the release of dopamine and serotonin in that part of the brain.

Ethanol also acts as a glutamate antagonist.

In other words, ethanol blocks glutamate, which is an excitatory neurotransmitter, from

binding to glutamate receptors, making it less likely that those neurons will fire.

The combined effect that ethanol has on these neurotransmitters varies by the location in

the brain.

For example, in the nucleus accumbens and the amygdala, which are the reward centers

of the brain, ethanol produces pleasant or rewarding feelings like euphoria.

This is important because if a person believes that drinking leads to euphoria, they are

more likely to drink again.

In the cerebral cortex, the thought-processing center of the brain, ethanol slows everything

down, making it difficult to think and speak clearly.

Ethanol also slows behavioral inhibition centers like the prefrontal cortex, making people

feel more relaxed and less self-conscious.

In the cerebellum, the area responsible for movement and balance, ethanol causes individuals

to lose their coordination, making it harder to walk or do complex tasks like driving.

Ethanol also affects the hypothalamus and pituitary glands, which regulate various hormones

and mood.

In these areas, ethanol typically increases sexual arousal, but decreases a person's

ability to engage in sex.

In the medulla, which controls automatic functions like breathing, consciousness, and body temperature,

ethanol increases sleepiness, slows breathing, and lowers the body temperature to a point

where it's life-threatening.

Alcoholic drinks have varying amounts of ethanol.

For example, 355 ml or 12 fluid ounces of beer typically contains 5% ethanol by volume,

148 ml or 5 fluid ounces of wine has 12% ethanol by volume, and 44 ml or 1.5 fluid ounces of

80-proof distilled spirits like gin, rum, tequila, or whiskey contains 40% ethanol by

volume, all three of these alcoholic drinks therefore have about 18 ml of pure ethanol.

Ethanol's effects on a person are directly related to the blood alcohol content, or BAC,

which is the percentage of ethanol in a given volume of blood.

BAC is affected by the amount of ethanol consumed as well as a person's blood volume, which

depends on their size and sex, as well as situational factors like how much they've

had to eat or drink, what other substances or medications they may be using, and how

well the body is prepared for the alcohol.

At a blood alcohol content of 0.0 to 0.05%, people typically feel relaxed and happy, but

might have slurred speech, and some difficulty with coordination and balance.

At a blood alcohol content of 0.06 to 0.15%, there is more impairment in speech, memory,

attention, and coordination, and some individuals can get aggressive and even violent.

Complex tasks like driving can become dangerous, which is why it is illegal to drive in some

countries with a blood alcohol content of 0.08% or higher.

At a blood alcohol content of 0.16 to 0.30% individuals can experience alcohol poisoning

with blackouts or periods of amnesia, vomiting, or even a loss of consciousness.

Finally, at a blood alcohol content above 0.31%, the effect of alcohol can severely

suppress breathing and even lead to death.

Over time, individuals who consistently use alcohol can develop tolerance to its effects.

This means that with repeated use, they have a reduced response to alcohol, and therefore

an increased dose is needed to achieve the original response.

At a cellular level, there are a couple theories that explain why this might happen.

One is that repeated exposure to ethanol may cause GABA, glutamate, dopamine, and serotonin

receptors to become less sensitive to alcohol.

Another is that neurons may remove these receptors from the cell wall in a process called down-regulation,

leaving fewer receptors available for binding.

In either scenario, tolerance leads to the need for higher and higher doses of alcohol,

and often times that tolerance stays for a long time even after decreasing alcohol use.

Now, let's say that you're at rest, without alcohol or anything stimulating your reward

pathway.

In this situation, your brain keeps your heart rate, blood pressure, and wakefulness in a

normal state, called homeostasis.

Now, let's say that your secret crush sends you a text.

All of a sudden you may feel sweaty and flushed, your heart rate may jump a bit.

You're now above your normal level of homeostasis, because something has changed, right?

But it doesn't stay that way for long, and after the text, your brain brings things back

down to this baseline.

With repeated alcohol use, a few things start to happen.

Let's say you drink at a specific time and setting, like 5pm in the kitchen, and, being

a depressant, it makes everything go slower, including heart rate, blood pressure, and

wakefulness.

Your brain, being the smart brain that it is, will pick up on that pattern for next

time.

Now, next time, at 5pm in the kitchen, the brain preemptively increases functioning,

since it knows that when you drink the alcohol, everything's going to decrease.

Now, let's say 5pm in the kitchen rolls around, but there's no alcohol.

In that situation, the brain still increases heart rate and blood pressure, but the changes

aren't countered with the effects of alcohol, and so the person can feel awful, and these

are called withdrawal symptoms.

These symptoms can persist, to the point where a person may need alcohol just to feel normal,

and if that's the case, they are considered to be dependent on alcohol.

Now, on the flip side, let's say that you use alcohol in an unfamiliar setting, like

at a party at 11pm.

Well in that situation, your body's not ready for the alcohol and there's no physiologic

"counterbalance" to help offset the effect of the alcohol.

When that's the case, it can lead to overdose, even on a dose or amount that the person's

been normally taking, and that's often times what happens.

Symptoms of alcohol withdrawal include can include anxiety, depression, irritability,

fatigue, tremors, palpitations, clammy skin, dilated pupils, sweating, headaches, difficulty

sleeping, vomiting, and even seizures.

A severe complication of withdrawal, called delirium tremens, can take place a few days

into the alcohol withdrawal, and includes symptoms like a high fever, intense agitation,

visual hallucinations, and even tactile hallucinations where it feels like something is crawling

on the skin.

These symptoms are so severe that they can lead to death.

So, given how awful alcohol withdrawal can be, people will sometimes continue to drink

simply to avoid them, a process called negative reinforcement.

Negative reinforcement or drinking more to avoid discomfort, often combines with the

positive reinforcement or drinking more to increase feeling euphoric and leads to alcohol

addiction or alcohol use disorder.

Now, the DSM-5 (or the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, the 5th edition)

defines alcohol use disorder as a maladaptive pattern of alcohol consumption that includes

at least two of the following behaviors within the past year: 1.

Consuming more alcohol than intended.

2.

Being unable to cut down on alcohol use.

3.

Having alcohol use take up a lot of time 4.

Having cravings to use alcohol.

5.

Having alcohol use affect responsibilities 6.

Using alcohol even if it causes interpersonal problems 7.

Giving up important activities in order to use alcohol.

8.

Using alcohol in physically dangerous situations (like while driving).

9.

Using alcohol even if its worsening a physical or psychological problem 10.

Becoming tolerant to the alcohol.

And 11.

Feeling withdrawal symptoms from alcohol.

Having 2 or 3 of these symptoms is considered mild, having 4 or 5 is considered moderate,

and having 6 or more is considered severe.

Even mild alcohol use disorder can be debilitating because of the negative effects it can have

on a person's ability to function at work or in relationships.

In addition, alcohol use disorder has serious long-term health consequences.

Chronic alcohol use can damage the heart, causing dilated cardiomyopathy—where the

heart muscle stretches out and like a large floppy sack.

This also leads to other problems like arrhythmias or irregular heartbeat as well as strokes.

Chronic alcohol use can also cause inflammatory changes in the liver affecting its ability

to function.

The complications include steatosis, steatohepatitis, fibrosis, and cirrhosis.

Similarly it can cause pancreatitis—inflammation of the pancreas.

Alcoholism is associated with the risk of developing certain cancers, including mouth,

esophagus, throat, liver, and breast cancer.

Finally, it's common to see vitamin deficiencies in those with alcohol addiction, largely thought

to be due to having a poor diet.

This can lead to problems like Wernicke–Korsakoff syndrome which results from thiamine deficiency

in chronic users of alcohol, and causes problems like vision changes, ataxia, which is a problem

with movement and balance, and an impaired memory.

Excessive alcohol use can also end a person's life in an overdose, most often due to severe

cardiac and respiratory depression, to the point where a person may lose consciousness

and simply stop breathing.

For individuals with alcohol use disorder, the most effective treatment is a combination

of individual and group therapy.

For example, motivational interviewing is an individual therapy that can be used to

understand why an individual wants to stop using alcohol and identify specific barriers

to treatment.

Cognitive-behavioral therapy can help an individual learn about withdrawal, discuss the thoughts,

feelings, and behaviors that lead to alcohol use, and create a plan to navigate triggers

for use.

In addition to individual therapies, peer-support programs that use group discussions to help

individuals commit to ending the use of alcohol as well as provide a space to hold each other

accountable and build up their support groups.

There are also medications for alcohol dependence, including naltrexone, acamprosate, and disulfiram,

which work best in conjunction with therapy.

Naltrexone is a mu-opioid receptor antagonist that blocks the euphoric effects of alcohol

and feelings of intoxication.

This can help people with alcohol use disorder reduce heavy drinking enough so that they

stay motivated to continue treatment and avoid relapse.

Acamprosate can be administered immediately following acute withdrawal, and reestablishes

some of the GABA and glutamate pathways that are disrupted by alcohol.

Finally, there's disulfiram, which works by inhibiting the enzyme acetaldehyde dehydrogenase.

In the body, alcohol is converted to acetaldehyde, which is then broken down by aldehyde dehydrogenase.

So when acetaldehyde dehydrogenase is inhibited, acetaldehyde levels build up and cause the

effects of a "hangover" to happen immediately after alcohol is consumed, which decreases

the likelihood that a person will drink alcohol again.

All right, as a quick recap, alcohol consumption affects different neurotransmitters and neural

systems in the brain, which produces impairment that is initially pleasant or enjoyable, but

can become more problematic and unpleasant if drinking continues.

Long-term use can cause tolerance which is the need for increasing doses to achieve the

same effect, as well as dependence which is the reliance on the alcohol to function normally.

The most effective treatments can include a combination of therapy and medications—with

a lot of love and support from family and friends.

What Is Agenda 21 Depopulation of 95% of the World By 2030

Most people are unaware that one of the greatest threats to their freedom may be a United Nations

program which plans to depopulate 95% of the world.

The name of this plan is Agenda 21, and it was developed by the United Nations Department

of Economic and Social Affairs, Division for Sustainable Development, as part of a sustainability

policy.

According to the United Nations website, Agenda 21 is a comprehensive plan of action to

be taken globally, nationally and locally by organizations of the United Nations system,

government, and major groups, in every area in which humans have impact on

the environment.
