This is honeyberries, or haskap. A superberry for the garden.
Compared to blueberries honeyberries are easy to grow in a garden since they do well in normal compost.
They don´t need peat moss as blueberries do.
It´s easy to take cuttings from honeberries to get more plants.
I simply cut pieces, about fifteen centimeters long.
I remove the leavs and put the cuttings in pot with compost.
Then watering and place in a shady place. After a few weeks there are new plants for my garden.
Don't forget to take cuttings from more than one variety
because honeyberries are best pollinated by different varieties.
