GOP Leaders Hiding From Angry Constituents To Avoid Obamacare Questions - Duration: 5:05.

The Republican Party still wants to repeal Obamacare.

The Republican Party still has no idea what they're going to replace Obamacare with.

They know that, but more importantly, the public knows that and that's why over the

last couple of weeks, people have been showing up to offices of Republican representatives

demanding answers, saying tell us what you're going to replace it with.

They're not even necessarily saying don't replace it, don't get rid of it.

They're just saying, "We need to know that a replacement will be in place the second

you repeal this, and we want to know what it is.

After all, we elected you.

We put you in office.

The least you could do is tell us what you're working on.", but the public knows the answer.

They know that the Republicans have absolutely nothing in the pipeline that would indicate

that they have a replacement ready to go for Obamacare.

That's why the public's starting to get angry, and that's why Republicans are starting to

hide from their own constituents.

Tom Cotton, you know the big tough guy who committed borderline treason by sending a

letter to Iran telling them not to comply with the Iran nuclear agreement, directly

undercutting the President of the United States, that guy, the military guy, big tough guy,

you know, he is running away from his constituents.

He told his office in Arkansas, when a group of voters showed up demanding answers, to

lock the door, to turn off the phones.

They only spoke to the protesters outside via intercom from inside, to let them know

that they wouldn't be answering any questions and that they were directed to do that by

the office in Washington DC.

Tom Cotton is afraid of his constituents because Tom Cotton doesn't have a freaking clue what

he's going to do to replace Obamacare.

It's not just Tom Cotton.

Peter Roskam in Illinois, same thing.

His office is no longer taking calls.

They're not accepting any calls from angry constituents wanting to know what the replacement's

going to be.

They're not taking calls from people who just want to know what you want to repeal it.

Can you just answer that question and tell us why and not because Obama did it and not

because you want a patient-centered healthcare plan?

As Paul Ryan likes to say, fancy words that mean absolutely nothing.

Patient-centered?

Seriously, what does that mean, Republicans?

Representative Barbara Comstock, same thing, hiding from her constituents, just like Tom

Cotton and just like the entire Republican party right now.

The Affordable Care Act came into existence in 2009.

Republicans have hated it since then, but they have had eight years to come up with

a replacement, eight years, eight years and they're no closer today to having a replacement

than they were when the idea of an Affordable Care Act came about.

They have no plans because they're not good at their jobs.

That's the only logical conclusion that a rational thinking human being can come to

at this point.

You know what, Republicans?

I know most of you right now are mad and upset because you finally realized that Obamacare

is the Affordable Care Act.

It's actually funny because most Republicans did not know that the two were the same.

They hated Obamacare but they loved the Affordable Care Act.

Now that they know it's the same thing, they're upset that they're going to lose their health

insurance, but you voted for people who promised they were going to do this.

You have to accept some blame here.

You voted for a guy who walked up to you and said, "I'm going to take away your health

insurance.", and you said, "I like that.

I like this guy."

I'm running out of sympathy for Republican voters.

I just, you feel bad for these people at first but then after eight years of doing the same

thing, voting for people that want to take away your health insurance and then getting

upset when they finally get close to achieving that, there's no more sympathy left.

You get what you pay for, and all of America's going to pay for the Republicans working in

Washington DC against the best interests of American citizens.

That's what happens.

When you vote for somebody who promises to do something, you don't have a right to be

pissed off when they actually follow through with it.

❰Mapmaking Tool❱ Template Manager by Xiantis | Cloning made easy! - Duration: 5:16.

Do you get tired of building the same thing over and over?

Do you wish cloning was as easy as this?

Hi, I am Kooleyy and this is the Xiantis Template Manager.

The Xiantis Template manager lets you create a structure and clone it as many times as

you want at the click of a button.

It is quite easy to set up and works in only two commands.

First, place a command block in the world.

The structure will spawn facing east or the positive X direction.

Before we can use the commands in-game, we have to edit them a text editing software,

such as Notepad.

Copy the command into the editor.

In Notepad, use the shortcut Ctrl + H to bring up the find-and-replace menu.

This shortcut may be different in other editors.

We will be replacing the variables <x> and <z> with specific coordinates.

We find them by looking at the coordinates of the command block.

Take the X coordinate of the command block and add 16 to it.

In my case, the command block has an X coordinate of 0, so the X coordinate becomes 16.

We do not have to do the same with the Z coordinate.

Just copy it straight in.

Once both the X and Z variables have been changed, you can copy the command into Minecraft.

Do this again with the second command, remembering to replace both X and Z variables.

Once installed, you are presented with an iron box with all the commands inside.

Make sure this is kept safe, otherwise the Template Manager will not work.

The first sign links to the Xiantis website, where you can find out more information about

the team.

The second sign gives you the necessary items for the Template Manager to work.

And if you need to uninstall it, simply click the uninstall sign.

You will receive two command blocks from the machine.

The first one is the Create Template command block used to copy a structure,

and the second is the Spawn Structure command, which as its name suggests, spawns the structure.

To create a template, you will need to create a structure like this.

Place a block of your choice, in this case I chose green clay,

and connect iron blocks to it.

Place a lever on the underside of the block and turn it on.

You can activate and deactivate a template by flicking the lever on or off.

To confirm the platform as a template, place the Create Template command block on the main

block and destroy it.

You should see a particle effect, which shows that the platform has become a template.

Now all you need to do it build what you want above it.

Make sure you build above the iron blocks otherwise it will not be cloned.

To spawn a structure, place the block you chose of the corresponding template.

Place the Spawn Structure command block on top of the block.

This will spawn the template that relates to the same block, in this case, the tree

that I just built.

You can do this as many times as you like.

The Template Manager also randomly rotates the structure you build.

This means that you can build structures such as trees, plants or other structures without

them all facing the same direction.

This can be very helpful on large scale builds.

Blocks that can oriented horizontally such as stairs, pistons, sideways logs, signs and

dispensers do not always rotate correctly.

The templates do not have to be square.

They can be any shape you want as long as they are flat and all the iron blocks connect

to the main block.

It will copy any blocks above the iron blocks at a 64 block limit.

You can create multiple structures using the same template.

Build as many templates you want using the same main block.

When spawning these templates, it will chose a random template to clone.

This gives more variety when cloning as not all the templates will look the same.

If you want to remove a template, simply destroy the main block of the template.

The particles should disappear.

On behalf of Xiantis, I would like to thanks for watching.

Donald Trump's Real Life Cry Baby Commercial - Duration: 1:25.

[male in voiceover] Donald Trump's presidency is under attack,

and we need everyone, whether you are a former Trump supporter or decent human being,

to listen to this very important message.

Donald J. Trump is a big whiny baby, who can't take criticism.

CNN was declared fake news after reporting unflattering truth.

Saturday Night Live was been dubbed not funny after mocking Mr. Trump.

And Rosie O'Donnell was called a fat pig despite being nice woman who cares about people.

Donald Trump is a teeny toddler trapped in an old man's body,

who can't handle his own reality.

President Baby cries whenever a mirror's pointed at him be it literal or figurative.

Donald Trump is trying to block the American people

from seeing any unflattering image of itself, such as this one.

Or this one. Or these three other ones.

We need every American to pick up the phone and call 822-Cry-Baby

and press 1 to leave a criticism of Donald Trump.

If we can make him cry enough, he will go away.

Time is running out.

We have Donald Trump on the ropes and we must keep throwing punches.

We will stop at nothing to prove that Donald Trump is a giant screaming kid

fitted with a stinky poopy diaper, who is also afraid of stairs.

Make your voice heard and help us dump the Trump before he wets the bed.

Call 822-Cry-Baby now.

The committee to defend literally any other President

is responsible for the content of this message.

Donald Trump has never gone pee pee in a potty.

Jamaica Inn | Page to Screen - Duration: 8:46.

Hi everyone, it's Lauren and welcome to

another episode in my Page to Screen

series, in this series I read or reread a

classic book and then compare all the

different film and TV adaptations that

there have been. If you enjoyed this video

there's a playlist in the description

box of all the other Page to Screens that

I've done to date. In this episode I'm

going to be talking about Jamaica Inn

by Daphne Du Maurier. Now,this is quite

an interesting Page to Screen

because there are only two adaptations of

it, one from 1939 and one from 2014. So two very

different perspectives there on how you

go about adapting a book for the big

screen and there will be spoilersr obviously

for Jamaica Inn all the way through

this video. Just so that everyone's up to

speed on the plot, Jamaica Inn follows

the story of a young girl called Mary

Yellan whose mother dies and she

has to go and live with her Aunt Patience and

her Uncle Joss who she's never met in

Jamaica Inn, which is in the southern

moors of Cornwall. While there she

learns that her uncle involved in

smuggling and much of the plot involves Mary

trying to get her Aunt Patience away from

Joss and away from the bed of evil which

has become entangled in.Other characters

include Joss Merlyn's brother Jem and

also the vicar of Alternun, Mr Davey

who turns out to be quite a shady

utoward character. The first adaptation

that we have from 1939 was directed by

Alfred Hitchcock and stars Maureen O'Hara

as Mary Yellan. This is a hilarious

adaptation I think apart from the title this

barely barely resembles the plot of

Jamaica Inn at all. For one thing Mary Yellan

is so beautiful and so posh and she has

such manicured eyebrows, it's just one

of the most ridiculous things I've ever

seen

considering she's supposed to be a farm

girl from another part of Cornwall.Tthis

film takes the characters of the

magistrate and Mr Davey the vicar and

molds them into this buffoon of character

of Sir Humphrey Pengallan who is both

magistrate and also orchestrator of the

smuggling. A lot of film takes place at

his estate which is just a lot of

buffoonery happening around these lavish

dinners that he's throwing and the

smugglers themselves aren't that scary, they're

kind of a little bit naughty and in fact

the character of Jem Merlyn doesn't

exist either, instead we have someone

called Jem Treehearne

who is part of the smugglers'

gang but he;s actually a police officer, he's

not a bad man he's just pretending to be a

smuggler to get in with Joss, and Mary

saves him from being killed and she

falls in love with him and it's all okay

because we can't have Mary falling in

love with a thief now can we?

There's really not much for me to say

about the film because it's just not

Jamaica Inn it's just a film about

smuggling with this kind of cartoonish

pantomime villain. I mean the ending is

absolutely ridiculous, he turns up and

ties people up and I'm it's just all

a romp

I mean there's nothing really that happens

that follows the plot and so it's hard to

take a critical view of this film

One thing this film does do is make it very

obvious from the outset that Sir Humphrey is

a baddie and he's actually behind all the

smuggling .This is a fault I found in

Jamaica Inn when I was reading it that

I thought he was quite obvious that

the vicar of Alternun was the baddie

like I think it was made very clear, but

Mary had no idea and I didn't feel like

the book was written in the way so the

reader was meant to know something that

Mary didn't, I felt like it was just a

fault in the writing that I knew

that. What this film does is what I think

should have been happening in the plot

really which is that Mary and Jem don't really

know what's going on but as a viewer

you know that this person is evil and they're

going into a trap

so I think that it handled that little bit

better, apart from that I mean it's just...I mean...

The real adaptation that we want to be

talking about here is the 2014 TV

mini-series. Now I think this is a really

really good adaptation and it doesn't

say very true to the book but I think it

handles all the themes of the book

really really well. When the series came

out it was actually criticized quite a

lot for the actors mumbling and

particularly Joss Merlyn. I do feel

like half the time I can't understand

what he's saying

to be fair I found that's okay because I

found it very a realistic, it's very

atmospheric and he's quite a scary

character so if you don't really know

what he's saying I almost feel

like that adds to it, so I didn't have a

problem there but I think potentially if

you're not from the UK it could be a

struggle to listen to people talking in

a Cornish accent under their breath if they're

mumbling quite a lot so

that could be a criticism there. What I

most enjoyed about this series is that I

felt like it corrected a lot of the faults

that I personally found in Jamaica Inn

when I read it so Jessica

Brown-Findlay is a really good Mary

she's quite tenacious but I mean, just by

nature of where she is, of her situation and

her being a woman, she is quite

powerless but she's very involved all the

time. When you read the book it's very

obvious that Mary is against smuggling

but she doesn't really seem to know what

to do and I like that Jessica

BrownFfindlay had a little bit more

to her

similarly with Aunt Patience, in the book

Aunt Patience is so downtrodden she barely

even speaks, she's so scared of Joss but she

also won't betray him. I loved Aunt

Patience in this adaptation because she

knew full well what was going on, in the

first episode

she's there helping the smugglers

getting the stuff off the beach

as is Mary in face, and they are very

upfront with her from the beginning like

'we are smugglers that's what's

happening here' There is a relationship

between them which is quite believable

although I think a bit laboured, like

they do lay it on a little bit thick but

I love that she knows her mind and she's

standing by her man but she's doing it

consciously not just because she's

scared of him. Something else that I found a

bit lacking in the book is that there

weren't very many main characters and

what I really liked about this

adaptaion is that they added characters

in. Mr Davey has a sister who is in

with him on all of the bad things that are

going on. There's a young sailor and

his fiancee who are involved in the smuggling

and it just feels like there's more

characters, that the story has a little

bit more depth and it gives us this

backstory to what's going on I mean

Mary comes along saying 'my father

was killed by smugglers' and then Joss is

like 'no, your father was a smuggler!'

you know, it's not in the book

but it's fine because it is it gives a

little bit more and background for the

plot

it depends how purist you are about

literature I suppose whether you

would enjoy this adaptation or not I

mean it does get a bit racy between Mary

and Jem in a way that is quite

unrealistic I think for the time but

I loved it, I mean you know Jem Merlyn,

marry me tomorrow, he was gorgeous. There was only

one point where I felt it went a little

bit too far and that was in the end with

the finale I felt like it all got a

little bit weird I mean the end of the

book I think Jem and the police come and

find Mary, the vicar's taken Mary

away and they come and find her and rescue her

but with this, Jem went by

himself with the vicar's sister and they have this

weird shoot-off and it just, it went a

bit strange and I felt like we never

really got a sense of Mr Davey's motives

like we never understand why he was...what

he was doing with Mary. But you know

I think the plot of the book's a little

bit poor in that regard so I think it did

really well with the source material

the sweeping shots of the moors were

absolutely beautiful

I thought was really atmospheric

I think if you're a fan of Jamaica Inn in general

I think you'll really enjoy this adaptation

but it is not exactly the plot

so just keep that in mind.It depends

what you want going into these

adaptations I think and I am all for

artistic lisence, I find it quite

annoying when filmmakers literally

transpose exactly what it is in the books

because then I think what's the point of

you? I can just read it. So I like when

they do something a little bit different

but you know that's my opinion

so I would love to hear from you below

if you are a fan of Jamaica Inn or not, if

you've seen either of these adaptations

A lot of you asked me to do one on

Rebecca, which I'm very happy to do, I

don't think there's that many

adaptations of Rebecca either

actually, but I will warn you I didn't

like Rebecca either as a book, I'm not

big Daphne Du Maurier fan so you know if

you really want me to Rebecca I am happy

to do one I don't know how it's going to

go down. My next Page to Screen is going to be

a little bit different and it's going to

be on Peter Pan and I'm really excited

because I have a beautiful copy of Peter

Pan and Wendy which I've not ever read

but I am really looking forwrad to actually

reading it because I feel like the story

is so much part of our collective

consciousness, there's been so many

different interesting adaptations of it

So I am looking for that, that will be

coming in about six weeks hopefully if I

keep on schedule, and I will see you in my

next video bye!

February TBR | #FeministLitFeb + Black History Month [CC] - Duration: 7:36.

hey guys I'm Mel and today I'm going to do my February TBR

so there are two things that are

happening this month and that i want to

participate in one is the readathon that

is happening that you've probably seen

a lot of people participating in

because it's a wonderful readathon and

that is #FeministLitFebruary and that readathon

has five challenges and it runs

throughout the entire month and it was

created and hosted by ItsJaneLinsday

the first challenge is read a book with

a feminist protagonist and for that one

I'm going to read The Girl Who Beat ISIS by Farida

Khalaf this is kind of a memoir of Farida

Khalaf's life when isis attacked her

town and she had to survive that and I

feel like with everything that's

happening in the world is so important

to listen to these voices the second

challenge is read a feminist

nonfiction and for that one I'm going to read

everyday sexism by Laura Bates this is a book

that I've been wanting to read for so long because I've

heard nothing but amazing things about

it is basically the stories of a lot of

women who had to go through sexism in

their daily lives and I know we all go

through this in our daily lives

so it's really great to listen to these

stories and figure out what are micro

aggression and sexism the third

challenge is read a diverse book

preferably own voices for this one i'm

going to read hidden figures by Margot

Lee Shetterly

this is the book that the movie is

based from and I absolutely adore the movie

is one of my new favorites it made me

think it made me know things that I didn't

know before and I know the book goes into

much deeper detail on all the things

that happened and I've been wanting to

read it for awhile now because is black

history month and because it's Feminist

Lit February i think is the right time to read it

the fourth challenge is read a book by an

author who identifies as female

non-binary or genderqueer and for this one

I'm going to read You're Welcome universe by Whitney

Gardner it's a book that I got

Netgalley but I've been eyeing it for so

long now it does come out on march so I

highly recommend you check it out is

about a deaf Indian graffiti artist that gets

kicked out of school because she did a

graffiti in the wall of the school

because there was a slur there that it was

directed to her best friend and her best

friend tells on her and that's why

she gets kicked out and then she has

to move to another school and she has to

adapt to that school and it does sounds so

good I know someone in the book riot

page recommended it and honestly I trust

that page so much for diverse book and I

know they said that the author did a lot

of research for everything that happens

in this book and the cover is gorgeous

as well the fifth and final challenge is

ask a feminist for a book recommendation

and read it and for this one I took

a liberty and i wasn't really

recommended personally to read this once

but Anna from Echoland has been

raving about this book for so long and I

want to read it because she mention it

and is the art of asking by amanda

palmer I know Amanda Palmer is a

musician and is an activist and a lot of

other things but i don't really know her

but I've heard amazing things about this

book it's basically about how she became

comfortable with asking for help

I know there's been a bit of controversy

with Amanda Palmer but i really really

want to read this book because it

changed a lot of people's lives and because

Anna speaks wonderful things about

it so the other thing that's happening

this month is of course black history

month and i thought i would read some

of the books that I have that are

written by black people and that have black

characters so the first one that I have is

The Blazing Star this is a book that I have

from netgalley but i think it already

came out it's a complete black cast of

characters so i think that's so

important and I've heard really really

good things about it it's about a girl

who time travel to Egypt and i think

i've heard that everything from Egypt is

not romanticized is not the image that we

have of ancient Egypt I really want to

read this because I love time travelling

and I love the kind of things that they

have to figure out how they're going to

live there now and the other book that I want to read is

ascension by Jacqueline Koyanagi

this is a sci-fi book about a girl who repairs

spaceships and then she kind of

sneaks into the spaceship and she goes on an

adventure and I know the main character

is disabled and black so I've been wanting to read

a lot more sci-fi that is diverse

because sci-fi and fantasy are genres

that don't have that much diversity I

think we should support the books that

do have diversity the final

book that I want to read for Black History Month is

beloved by toni morrison i read the bluest eye

by Toni Morrison and really changed

the way I saw diversity on books three

years ago completely changed the way

I saw books and the way I looked for

books is about a girl who lives in the

slavery time and she kills her baby the

ghost of that baby hunts her now I really

really want to read it especially this month

because Toni Morrison is such an

activitist and outspoken person about

everything and i don't know i just want

to honor her this month then I want to

read some other books of course i want to

read History is All You Left Me by

Adam Silvera if you don't know i'm in

a collab channel that is called the

rainbow library that we're all queer

people talking about queer books this

month's book is History is All You Left Me I know

it's super super sad so i have to be in

a very particular mood to read it

that's why i haven't read it then I

put myself a goal of reading at least

one Latin American book every month

this month I want to read two so let's hope

we get there the first book is The

deep rivers by Jose Maria Arguedas

this author is actually indigenous

as he is from Peru he tells the

story about this teenage boy who goes

on a journey with his father

and basically he starts learning a lot

about indigenous people in Latin America

and in Peru and about colonisation and how

that affected the indigenous people and about

social injustice and desceptions and

difficult things to accept and I've heard

brilliant things about it mainly from my sister

because most latin american books that I

want to read she recommended them

because i don't know much about Latin

American books but this is an own voices

book and I want to read more about

indigenous people and indigenous and

indigenous voices especially from Latin

America and the other book is an

Argentinian book that is super super known

and that is Hopscotch by Julio Cortázar

or Rayuela this is a

classic i read some passages of it

for university and for school and

everything this is a book that you can read

it like in chronological order or you

can read it jumping through different

chapters so basically is a hopscotch

I know is a vital book to read if you

want to read Latin American books

and especially Argentinian books

ok so that's everything for this

month i know it's super ambitious but I

think i can do is i mean there are ten

books here we'll see that's everything for today

tell me in the comments what you

are going to read this month

hope you like this if you did subscribe and

I will see you when I see you, bye!

Telescopic Doorframe Pull Up Bar - Duration: 2:07.

I've been asked so many questions about those pull up bars that I'm using,

so I decided to do this video.

This is a telescopic bar which means that it gets longer

as you rotate it, because of these screws at both ends.

It is kept in place only by friction and these rubbers at the ends help with that.

This nut here is used to prevent the bar from rotating when you use it,

after it is mounted properly in the doorframe.

How durable is it?

If you keep turning it until you can barely do it anymore,

then it will hold a lot of weight.

The problem is, that your doorframe has to endure that kind of pressure.

As you can see my mine isn't very strong, because it had buckled here and cracked here.

It also caused this crack in the wall.

So the durability of the bar really depends on your doorframe.

In my previous apartament I had one, that could stand everything.

Here, I have to be careful not to break it.

Which bar to choose?

It doesn't really matter, they all work pretty much the same.

This one was more expensive, because of those rubber grips which I don't even use.

However, there is a very important thing to consider – the length of the bar.

There are different doorframe widths, and you have to get appropriate bar.

this one is 80cm, the same as the frame.

This doorframe, however, is 70 cm wide so that bar won't fit in here.

You can buy those bars online or in stationary shops with sports equpiment.

It costs 10 or 15$ where I live.

I hope I've covered all of your questions.

Would you like to see more videos about the gear like this?

Leave a thumb up if you do.
