Waching daily Feb 23 2017

A rare day, 51 degrees out. Not cold at all!

Today is February 18th 2017. I'm on the way to Newbury st.

You've seen many Newbury st. videos in the past. But today I have to go buy some clothes.

I need to go get jeans at Newbury because I only have two pairs. thats not enough

I can't just alternate between two pairs forever. I'm going to buy some new ones at Urban Outfitters

I've shopped here in the past. But I saw my friend Jason wearing an Urban t-shirt so I got the idea

This is the long sought after jean jacket. Its an over sized fit.

Its perfect to throw over a hoodie

I'm in a good mood today. The weather is nice. And I got some good items

I got five items in total. One jean jacket. Two jeans. and Two t shirts

The Cheap monday jeans have a nice cut

I had a certain cut I was going for

I'm really glad it worked out

I'm walking to meet Tew right now. Tew's one of my friends. He hasn't been in a lot of my videos though

I'm going to meet him at the Boston Public Library.

If anyone was wondering I wear a 34 w and 32 L in the jeans. I'm bulking right now so my waist is slightly bigger

Normally I would take a 30 or 32

Stopping to hydrate at CVS

We got nothing to do now, so we're just gonna reflect on life

I'm going to drop my clothes off at home, then go out to have dinner

Today's a rest day. Its a well needed one because my whole body aches.

Especially my lower-back because of yesterday's deadlifts lol

Aite! drop off clothes the EAT!

Browsing around All-saints. Not buying anything though

We are at "Legal Seafood". Its a popular restaurant. They have chains all around Boston

I ordered the shrimp and garlic Pasta

I got 50% extra pasta. Let's try it oiut

I'm going back to my room to get my passport. Then going out with the crew

I'll start this back up again tmrw

Its the next day. Tew is visiting me

He brought his camera. (canon 5D m3). I'm going play around with it. And try to learn a few things

Incase in the future i'll purchase my own.

We're gonna film a cooking video to test out the quality

And also just hanging out with Tew.

This is the first time i'm seeing this set up in real life. Its beautiful. Immaculate.

I'm gonna start off by apologizing for the mess.

Alright. I'm just going to make what I normally eat everyday. 4 eggs. 1 cup of rice. 1 piece of bread. 1 yogurt and one banana

Let's get started

While waiting for the pan to heat. We whisk

People don't usually eat scrambled eggs with rice. But i'm weird like that so...

whisk until theres suds

I prepared 175g of white rice and one piece of bread

This meal totals 985 calories

45 protein 124 carb and 35 fat

(Not including the cheese)

The app i'm using is "Myfitnesspal"

I decided I want to put cheese in it now. So just use the app.

Use the scanning function. Simple and easy as that.

Here's the final product. Eggs, rice, bread, nanar, yohgurt.

It might not be aesthetically pleasing but I don't really care about that.

Alright, were on the way to the BU campus center

Just walking around. Then we'll get something to eat later

I thought my Mom was asking if I was sleeping over at your house

Its 6:55 and I'm at Chipotle with Tew

I eat chipotle everyday so.. nothing special lol

This is my usual bowl. White rice, black beans, vegies, half chicken half steak. Pico, corn, lettuce, cheese

Gonna eat this up, then go train

Tew went home. I'm omw to the Gym now.

I'll be hitting a push day. Which means everything pushing motions. (chest, shoulders, triceps) as apposed to "pulling"

Nothing beats filming on a Saturday night! No ones at the gym HAHAHA

What's good fam. Ben here. Back with another push day commentary.

I'm training with Aom. He is one of my friends from uni. We started off with the Over Head Press

This is my style of training. Start off with heavy compounds then do isolation movements later

Spend time on the compounds like around 20 to 30 minutes

for compounds, I take long rests between sets like 3-4 minutes

But then for isolations i only rest 45 seconds to a minute

I started out by working up to a heavy set of 5 (5 rep max)

As u saw, I used 125, and got all five reps

After that I lowered the weight and did 3 sets of 12

So all in all: 4 sets

Next was the incline dumbell. I already completed 3 sets but forgot to film it

So I did an extra set, (with light weight)

Aom was messing around

I did three sets of 10 - 12 focusing on pausing

Just stopping at the chest for like half a second before pushing the weight back up.

After that we did machine flys. Here I like to lower the seat all the way down to focus more on the upper chest

You might of heard that you should go light and control the weight on flys

Which is true, u should be able to control the weight and properly contract the muscle

But if u can also go heavy, that would be extremely powerful

I like to go as heavy as I can still control the weight.

After flys, we did dumbbell lateral raises. I really like this movement.

I like to rest no more than 45 seconds on this one

Don't clench the weight really tight. Use ur hands as hooks to hold the weight.

The second to the last movement was face-pulls. Here, my form is a bit off. Don't copy this form.

Here, i'm pulling the rope up and over which u shouldn't do. It should be a straight line, so there is always resistance. Here, i lose resistance.

I'll have to continue to check my form on this one. Because its a great rear delt exercise and I really enjoy doing it.

Last movement was straight bar push downs.
