THE DRACONIANS Then come the Draconians, as the name suggests they are the theorized race

of battle-crazed reptilian creatures that can measure anywhere from 14 feet to a hulking

22 feet and weigh as much as 2000 pounds.

With a full-scale plating protecting their skin from attacks while the most powerful

ones reported to have wings for quick travel and getaways.

Experts claim that the Draconian's would have been the first species to attain interstellar

flight and travel and have ever since been purposely hindering planets and preventing

other cultures from achieving the same level of interstellar technology and understanding.

They are a warrior culture that reproduces via eggs and use battle-hormone to speed up

the birthing process and ensure mighty warriors.

Because of the cold-blooded nature of reptilian-like beings, they can live deep underground and

in the most remote areas of the arctic and antarctic.

They believe that they are the only species that matter and are the only species that

should flourish.

THE NATIVE REPTILIANS Next up are the Native Reptilians who are even BIGGER reptilian like

creatures than the Alpha Draconian warriors.

These reptilians are believed to be indigenous to Earth and have a long recorded history

being to their gain using us as some resource.

They are theorized to be holding positions of power from the highest ranks of government

using their human puppets to control the world from the dark.

Because they are the superior species, they live deep underground in the Earth's core

THE TALL GREYS And finally are the Tall Greys who are the most commonly reported aliens

in alien sightings and abduction reports.

As represented on TV and other media, they are tall eight-foot tall bald, pale looking

creatures that have mastered technology that allows them to travel across the universe.

They are the purported genetic engineers of the little greys that are just as they sound

like, a small version of the Tall Greys used for abductions and other covert operations.

They are said to possess mind control techniques which explain why they can mobilize so freely

and without witnesses most of the time on Earth.

They're super excellent grasp on technology means they could be from this solar system

or the deepest reaches of our galaxy.

They see humanity as a resource and nothing more and should be feared, and they won't

Whether you believe in aliens or not, it is safe to say that I would never want myself

or any of my fellow man to run into one.

um recently guys you may have known as

YouTube has been being very awkward the

last few weeks

well actually no those way for the Mets

struggled last six months actually

probably more than that i'm not kidding

so anyways guys that is right i don't

exactly want to make this video i mean i

want to i feel i need to i should

because I think I need to talk to you

guys about this it's an actual problem

and I don't know I feel youtube is

literally glassing on your on itself so

i'm gonna tell you guys why i believe

youtube is going to end up killing

themselves soon and I just end up

destroying their entire website so yeah

let's just get started first of all I

think the really obvious thing is

YouTube as a way now of like looking out

a lot as we saw there was a giant driver

goes you guys probably know about all

the stuff but ok it was where if

somebody subscribe to say a channel i

had a hundred subscribers and they on

subscribe to that channel will be back

and sit down the person would be a part

of the hundred subscribers so they would

subscribe and then it would take that

subscribe or say they unsubscribe them

then it will take them down to 98 and it

counted as two for every on sub and it's

just like not all like that was a whole

thing where people were even in negative

subscribe and wanting you to resolve

them pretty sure everybody got their

things back but that is scary for

content creators like how is that even

happen

that's going to actually have to be a

problem like i don't know how how do you

two systems you're so messed up or that

even but i can't i can't process a

situation where that would become an

actual problem in you two would I

I just don't know how the heck that

happens I I don't know another thing

they have been that they did have a

problem with one of you count very

messed up something they took away like

2,000 views for me we cannot let not

that much but some people are getting

millions of views taken away from them

content three videos a week that's a lot

LED Retrofit Kit 2X4 Fluorescent UL Listed Class 2 – Tutorial - Duration: 5:44.

Hi guys my name is Jorge again here with SIRS Electronics

and today I would like to explain to you

How to install your brand new SIRS-E LED Retrofit Kit

As you know this LED Retrofit Kit

will enable you to replace your old fluorescent lights

with new and high-quality LED lighting

Before doing anything make sure that you read the Retrofit Kit instruction manaual

and the data sheet

and if necessary seek assistance from a licensed electrician

when handling AC power lines

Now you are going to want to start by disconnecting the main power

from the circuit box by turning off the switch

to the room or the luminaires that you will be working on.

Now wait just a few seconds to allow the lights to cool down

and then open your 2x4 fluorescent fixture

and remove the four fluorescent lamps

remember that these lamps are made to fit

so you are going to need to move them diagonally a little bit

to be able to remove them. Once you remove the lamps

There should be a cover in the middle of the troffer

that is going to be covering the ballast and protecting them.

Remove this cover by pinching on the edges on each end and in the middle.

once you remove the cover

you have to remove it the same way as the lamps, by moving it diagonally.

Now that you have uncovered the ballast

You are going to cut first the black wire,

then the white wire

and finally all the yellow wires which are the socket wires.

Since you have the power disconnected from the main circuit box

you should not worry about which wire to cut first.

Because there is really no voltage

coming from the AC main line at this point

After removing the ballast

You can remove the tombstones which are basically the connectors to the tubes

by unscrewing them from the troffer

You might want to save these components

In case you want to re-install your fluorescent lights in the future.

Now after removing your old fluorescent light system

You are going to want to start by cleaning the troffer with a glass cleaner

like Windex and then rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt

or adhesives, or grease left by the old fluorescent lights.

This step is important

because an unclean or dirty troffer

will prevent the LED strips and the power supplies from adhearing correctly

and they will lose adhesion due to the heat with time.

Ok, now connect now your Meanwell

Your Meanwell power supply AC input

to the main AC line using wire nuts

and then secure them with electrical tape

The white wire is hot and the black wire is neutral

Once you connect the power supply

remove the backing film from the 3M red adhesive tape

and secure it to the troffer

before connecting the LED's

turn on the main breaker switch

briefly to be sure that you have 12V DC on the output

Now you are going to install the LED strips

You are going to want to do one by one

and start by peeling the backing film from the adhesive and securing them to the troffer.

You are going to want to tape them like this in the following picture.

as you can see the main power supply should be right in the middle.

and it should be close enough so the wires can reach

to the AC main line

and close enough so the other DC output wires can connect

to the strips, and also the strips should be

evenly distanced from each other

Now install the old ballast cover to protect them and hide the power supply and wires.

After putting the LED strips and the cover

you might want to put some RTV clear silicone

in key points of the strip to help them secure better

You can also use it to hide wires or secure them

or whatever kind of securement that you want to use

this step is not really necessary

but it is highly recommended and helpful

because it will help protect your strips from detaching in the long run.

now connect the wire leads from the power supply to the LED strips

and test the LED's

To test the LED's you have to once again turn on the main breaker switch from the circuit box

and then turn on your lights

Once you are happy with the lights close the fixture carefully

Ok now for some trouble shooting

If your LED retrofit ever turns off

check to see if your wires are properly connected

and that your power supply is properly connected to the AC line.

If you ever see a strip hanging,

this is due to not properly securing them and you will need to add some silicone or reattach with some adhesive tape.

The Ivanka Trump-Nordstrom Controversy, Explained | Racked - Duration: 5:09.

First Daughter Ivanka Trump has her own fashion brand,

but good luck finding it.

Over the last few weeks,

stores have removed the Ivanka Trump line from their websites, their racks,

or sometimes both.

It started with Nordstrom, and since then,

Neiman Marcus, Belk, and Burlington have followed.

So how did we get here, and are these decisions based on sales,

or are we supposed to see them as thinly-veiled political statements?

Let's start back in October of 2016,

when that tape of Donald Trump dropped.

Immediately after, many women across the country turned to Ivanka.

They saw her as the only voice of reason in the Trump campaign.

I mean, sure, people could understand Ivanka had to abandon her former progressive views to support her father,

but as a self-proclaimed champion of working women —

someone who even launched a campaign called #WomenWhoWork —

"And let's show the world what it looks like

to be a woman who works..."

surely she would have something to say about all of this.

"You know, that's not language consistent

with any conversation I've ever had with him, certainly,

or any conversation that I've overheard,

so it was a bit jarring for me to hear...

...and he was very sincere in his apology."

But many felt like her words weren't enough.

People saw Ivanka as more than just a bystander,

and so they turned to social media.

People began to declare that they wouldn't buy Ivanka Trump products anymore

and that they wouldn't even shop at stores that carried her line.

Two women took it one step further and created an official boycott.

They made a Google spreadsheet documenting all the stores that carry Trump family products

and encouraged shoppers to take their money elsewhere.

The #GrabYourWallet campaign eventually went viral.

And the most talked-about store was Nordstrom,

because it was the one boycotters were most eager to shop at again.

Where else can you simultaneously shop for Crocs

and Cartier?

Fast-forward to the morning of February 2nd,

and the Nordstrom site is down to just three Ivanka Trump products.

Nordstrom also took Ivanka off the master list of designers it carries.

Later that night, Nordstrom confirmed to me it would no longer be carrying the Ivanka Trump label.

But while the #GrabYourWallet community began to celebrate,

Nordstrom said in a statement that based on the brand's "performance,"

it decided not to buy it this season.

And sales of Ivanka at Nordstrom have been down.

Over the past year, they've dropped over 31 percent,

and in the month of October alone, when the boycott started,

sales plummeted 70 percent.

But we can also point to other reasons why Nordstrom might have dropped the line.

After Trump's immigration ban, for example,

Nordstrom sent out a memo reassuring employees that they value immigrants and appreciate diversity.

After all, the founder of Nordstrom himself was an immigrant.

There was also an open letter from a lifelong Nordstrom shopper

begging the store to drop Ivanka's brand,

and that letter went viral.

Either way, Nordstrom's move basically kicked off a domino effect.

The next day, Neiman Marcus confirmed it would no longer carry Ivanka Trump's jewelry collection —

the one she wore during a "60 Minutes" interview and promoted right after.

Then came Belk, which removed the brand from its website,

and it, too, was vague about the reason.

Soon enough, Marshalls and T.J. Maxx employees were told to throw Ivanka Trump signs in the garbage.

And then came Burlington, which also took its products offline,

although it's still carrying the Ivanka Trump label in stores.

Obviously, shoppers are noticing.

There's the #GrabYourWallet community,

which believes these stores are dropping the line because of the boycott.

And there are celebrities like Chelsea Handler, RuPaul, Rosie O'Donnell, and Mark Cuban,

who have proudly shown off that they're supporting Nordstrom's decision.

But the story doesn't just stop at shoppers.

It's made its way all the way up to the White House and into the Oval Office.

President Trump took to Twitter to scold Nordstrom,

calling the company's treatment of Ivanka unfair.

The official POTUS Twitter account even retweeted it.

White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer has said that Trump had every right to defend Ivanka,

since she's his daughter.

"And for someone to take out their concern with his policies on a family member of his...

the President has every right as a father to stand up for them."

But then things got slightly more complicated when Kellyanne Conway,

senior counselor to the President, dove in.

"This is just — it's a wonderful line. I own some of it.

I fully — I'm going to just give it a free commercial here.

Go buy it today, everybody.

You can find it online."

Turns out, it's not okay to use your government position to tell people to buy things.

Since then, Spicer has told reporters that Conway,

professional counselor,

has been counseled.

Now, the Office of Government Ethics is involved,

saying Conway's plug on Fox was a clear violation of ethics.

They're asking for her to be further disciplined.

Some are finding this whole Nordstrom episode pretty funny.

Melissa McCarthy even wore real Ivanka Trump jewelry and heels on "SNL."

"I'm wearing one of her bangles right now.

It's beautiful. It's shimmery. It's elegant,

and at $39.99, it is unbelievably affordable!"

As for Nordstrom, its stock continues to rise.

Of course, there are those who feel loyal to the Trump family,

and to Ivanka herself.

They've started a boycott of their own.

They're using hashtags like #BoycottNordstrom

and #BuyIvanka to show their support.

Where these shoppers can go to buy Ivanka, though, is rapidly changing.
