Some of the negatives before High Performance Salon Academy were our retail was way down.
Definitely not where we wanted it to be. Not where it's been in the past. And were having trouble getting the girls motivated to get to where we knew we could be.
We knew our potential ,but we just didn't know how to get up there.
Our retail per guest started out probably less than $10 per guest and now we've got girls doing $25 a guest, $20 a guest,
So as a whole at the salon, we're up there at around $15 to $18 per guest.
So number one, we start with a diagnostic.

And we have no idea how far we're gonna go.
So we find that a lot of people come to us when their life is more complicated than it needs to be.
They're working way too hard, they're putting in maybe hours behind a chair, hours behind a desk in their business,
and they're not growing at a level they need to be and they figure there's gotta be a different way.

One of the most things I'm most proud of is to see how much we increase our retail numbers.
We went from a $20,000 to a 40 something. So, we're really excited about it.
But yes, our retail numbers have changed a lot. Right now, it's a lot better.
We're having a lot more fun, and it's a lot less stressful for me because now I have a game plan that I can just put out there and everybody can see it, which is really awesome.
